A family business thats trust worthy and thoughtful. One of THE BEST car places Ive been to for 10 years! Rusty and the whole staff have been so kind and helpful to me. Regardless if you own a high-end vehicle or a car that looks like it could fall apart any moment, Rusty and the staff are always willing to help without making you feel embarrassed of your car. If you feel like you knew a lot about cars and knew where you could get parts at a lower price, good for you but it doesnt mean Langs Marathon isnt great for others. They always have their customers safety in mind and always do their best. So grateful to have car mechanics who are trust worthy and understanding! Highly recommended if youre ever in need of a car place to go to. Mayfield Heights is so blessed to have this business in town!

I advise you not to go to this place or don’t even go near this place. I came today morning to change the rear right tire. I had the new tire already in my trunk. I asked them how much they charge for tire replacement if I have the tire already, they said” its for 35” I agreed to this price. I gave them the new tire. They took it to the back and put a hole in it. Then they came back to me and said “the tire you have is no good”. They offered me a used tire that has a hole in it and it fixed for $50 plus tax. I agreed to it. After installing the tire I went online and typed the tire type it came up as $45 new. The tire type is tiger paw u can google it. I don’t recommend going there or making business with them they are terrible.

Extremely professional and reasonably priced. Could have got me for a serious brake job, but replaced a single missing bolt and had me on my way in no time, with a half an hours labor charge. Highly recommended.

I have used Langs Marathon for 10 years plus. They not only service my car but my mobile catering unit. They offer professional, mechanic expertise not only with cars but with mobile units like trailers. I have never had an issue with any of their service. The service has always been speedy and done within a reasonable time frame. I have had many car issues throughout the years as I tend to keep my automobiles for many years. Some over 5 years. I feel that keeping your car in good condition allows for longevity.It is through Langs marathon that I get the adequate advice and service to make this happen.Their prices are competitive. Good quality service is just going to cost a little more and getting the job done right is the priority.Their station is constantly busy which is a good indication that many others like their service, too.Thanks to Langs for the many years of service!

Took my car into Lang’s to have a flat tire plugged. They were very friendly, very reasonably priced and washed my car for me! Hopefully I won’t be back soon, but when my car needs service, I’ll be at Lang’s!

Very expensive, performed other repairs that I did not authorize prior, replaced items without contacting or getting authorized prior, quoted prices for other services recommended up to double the amount of other service facilities...stay clear of this place! Dont be fooled by a free car wash!

Had multiple cars here for service. Prices are reasonable, service is courteous and quick. Never had a problem. Do be advised that if you opt to retrieve your car after hours they ring you out on the gas-station register. For small purchases not an issue, but many banks have a fraud watch on large gas-station charges, and in our case a freeze was put on our account because of a repair we had done which ran over $1000. If thats a problem for you pick up your car during regular business hours or plan to immediately call your bank after the transaction occurred.

Stay away from this place. First off, they will put the cheapest replacement parts they can find on your vehicle. Dont worry though, youll get the cheesy sales line of, I only use parts that Id use on my vehicle. Yea right.Secondly, they charge way too much. $170 part charge for 2 rotors that cost $30 each. $180 for calipers that cost $40 each. $72 pads that cost $15. I was told they will not let you supply the parts, even factory parts. I actually asked them about that and was told, we need to make money on our part sales. Fair enough and points for honesty. But dont put crap on peoples vehicles. I was also quoted $650+ for a simple muffler replacement that I ended up getting done down the street for $75 + a factory spec muffler I found on Amazon for $120 shipped.Thirdly, they dont stand behind their work. Full brake job with rotors, pads, calipers. I take it back in because I hear a horrible popping sound coming when I release the brake pedal. They are able to recreate the noise during a test ride and acknowledge the issue, but after 2mins checking it on the lift refuse to do anything. I dont think they even took the tires off to inspect the brake components and said it must be the stab link, or something, they werent even definitive. Ok, so car runs perfect before hand, now makes horrible popping noise every time I brake right after you mess with it and put on your crappy parts. Parts that I should mention completely rusted out within 1 month. Brand new rotors and calipers completely caked in rust....I mean we live in NE Ohio, Ive seen rusty rotors, this was just cheap parts all around.Why bother. Hopefully someone reads this review and stays away from these crooks. I suggest you do your research and order factory replacement parts yourself and find a shop that will put them on or just take it to the dealer.
