Got a nice Lasko wind machine, very good product keeps my house cool on the HOT DAYS. Works twice better then a regular box fan. Love the product, & its very quiet. So it dont ruin watching TV.

Husband and I were looking for new home improvement store. Saw they had no mask requirements, or covid protocol. Left immediately. Will be letting friends and family know.

Went to pick up some things I ordered. One item not in since December 2020. Still waiting on one item. but, the customer service : update: still waiting as of July 2021 I did get a call from this store in May stating the issue of getting the order was due to corporate. Hmmm I called corporate..their answer. This is all on the store we cant see your order they need to follow up and follow through. So, for me, having been in customer service and trained well in that field, I think I would have called every Ace store within 50 mile radius looking for the item and worked out a trade with them if they had the item to get my customer resolution for the order issue that was not my customers fault. (And I know one store in a 50 mile radius did have exactly what I ordered I even mentioned that to the manager/owner but did not offer the idea to call that store.) So in May when I was *finally* given a follow up call and given the option to wait until August, *next month, the month that corporate would allow orders for this item * OR be refunded. I decided to play the oh Ill wait game I called this store in early May 2021 before going on a trip, a lady with a gruff voice told me this is a contractor store we dont do orders and I explained I have a reciept paid over the phone ect. She stated well youll have to call a regular Ace store. I stated this is the store I placed the order with She still insisted I call another Ace store. Folks, I cant make this up. It actually happened!Stay tuned for the future update review...and hopefully the final outcome to this saga.

Had spring fever and Ace had the compost in stock no other stores in area had it stocked so could prep garden beds.

I work for a company that went to pick up some trusses that had been ordered ahead of time. We needed 7 trusses banded together but when we arrived they werent ready due to miscommunication. The guy working the yard didnt flinch, he was right on top of it. Within a matter of minutes he had them banded together and had us loaded. I was impressed by the prompt service we received.

Best place to get everything you need!

Picked up Hamers Hot One Pellets today. The gentleman who checked me out was pheasent and friendly. Unlike our normal experiences with a dark hair woman who is a raging B**** Every time we deal with her. It was nice being greeted with a smile instead of negative attitude

Extremely rude to us, we asked for a price on dog eared fence boards, 6ft long . $6 .95 a board . What a rip off, same board at home depot . $1.57 . I will never recommend going here to anyone and if I need something I cant find anywhere else ill do without before I go back to this place . The kid working in the yard was very nice and did what he could . But the butthead running register just flat out sucks

They have some things you might not find elsewhere but the manager is such a jerk its not really worth it to come in if you are not a contractor. Aside from the contractors the place is virtually empty of retail customers, and for good reason. Back when Paul managed it it was a much better place for us non-pros. Its too bad too b/c the guys in the yard are A-One. Its no wonder people are flocking to HD and from what Ive seen HD is packed with contractors as well.
