Amazing experience with Charles!!!! Came in to get a battery and he installed it for me and even schooled me on how the battery is not suppose to look. Greatly appreciated, glad to have people like him on the job.

Long story short, my husband and I picked up my car from the body shop only to end up at Autozone with a dead battery and a corroded terminal an hour and a half later. The amazing people (Cle and Tyler B.) at AutoZone stayed with us and attempted to get the old terminal off to put a new one on for close to an hour, even bringing us trash bags to cover up my windows that no longer could go up when it started to rain.When the general manager (Cle) realized my car required electrical work, she spent 20 minutes calling around to see if any shop was still open (at 8:00 on a Friday night) to help us. She ended up getting a hold of someone who showed up in 5 minutes and saved the day.Those wonderful people did not need to take all of that time (over 2 hours on a Friday night) to make sure that my husband and I were okay and that my car was fixed, but they did with smiles on their faces.I can’t say enough good things about AutoZone. If you need an auto parts store, head to AutoZone off 360 in Mechanicsville. There are still good people in the world.

Horrible customer service my fiancé went in there looking for something, nobody showed him where anything was at. They just gave him a product number and turns out it was the wrong product number + the one he told them he needed was out of stock.
