When you need something quick or you’re in a pinch for time, ask one of the staff members to help you. They will walk you to the item and are very helpful. I joined their membership and receive 20% off with every purchase. The store has never been crowded and each time I have been there the employees have always worn their masks.

Nice and clean and well organized. Typical BBB store. Didnt interact with staff other than at check out. Clerk was somewhat preoccupied with something and didnt engage with us. They pleasantly said have a good day at close of transaction. It was between seasons so we didnt really find things we were looking for other than 1 item. They looked like they were preparing for summer which is the items we were looking for.

We have a new home. We had a great shopping trip. One clerk assisted our, no his, shopping. The gentleman brought products to compare. He was ready for various questions. He even knew the stock available! Now we happily accomplished another piece of our homemaking for our new home.

I did not go here. STOP spying on me! 5 stars. Two big thumbs up, this place is great.

This place does not need advertisement or reviews but since were here my favorite store is Bed Bath & Beyond everything that you could need regarding your beds knee and Beyond I highly recommend this place prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for.

I love walking around in that store even if I dont buy anything because theyve got so much cool stuff.

The store is clean and organized. Some of the employees arent very knowledgeable about the store. In all fairness, they are young. They also could be new.

The store has many delightful items, but does not have sleepwear, something I had expected in a bed & bath store. The selection of bathrobes was limited.

Not as many bed items as you would think

We came here to see stock up on some essentials for our rental. We lost everything last month in the fires and at check out the Manager Bonnie asked us if we were victims of the fire and was really incredible. I like this place. It has a very good variety of choices of scents and has men options too. I like Bed Bath & Beyond.

My experience today was ruined when I heard the female older manager barking at an associate about go backs. She was so mean, condescending, and horrible, it gave me anxiety. So my husband and I abandoned our mission for nice pillows and bailed. I hope in these hard times we are in the company takes a hard look at how employees treat one another and that manager sees what she does affects her customers and their experience. To that associate, and any that are treated like garbage at work, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THAT!

New nothing about this Department.I asked for Assistance at Bed Bath & Beyond, and the Associate Barbara was full of answers & suggestions, and went on line to double check, colors, patterns, and I was at the Cashiers in about 10 minutes!!!This Store is lucky to have an employee like Barbara.👍👍👍Thank you so very much!

They were out of some of the things I was looking for. In this day and age, along with COVID-19 it wasnt surprising that items missing and that I will try elsewhere for the items.

Mall prices however, I love the candles.

This place is packed with stuff you know youve been wanting but never got around to going out to get it. Plan on staying in the store for at least one hour just browsing and they have large carts for everything you want. Bring a $$$ debit card, things arent over priced but youll want to buy more than you thought.

I rarely go in here. I havent been in since last Christmas season and my late husband and I left because other customers were horribly rude.

On the very back page youll either find a 20% or $5.00, or $10.00 off coupon for an item or two in the store. Theyre very helpful too.Youll find As Seen on Tv items, they have a few items for dogs (small to medium size dogs) and cats. They have bed linens, bath towels, quilt sets and comforter sets, kitchen items. You just have to check it out for yourself because theres too many goodies to mention. Dont forget to sign-up for their magazine. Or order online and pick up, and pay at the store. I suggest that you call ahead because they do get busy especially during the holidays.Happy shopping!

I went on line and researched mattress covers. I found two that worked for me. I went into my local BB&B and they found they had what I wanted. As a mater of fact she walked me over and pulled it off the counter for me.So! With there 20% coupon I got a better deal then Amazon had AND walked away with what I wanted in 10 min. flat.

They have literally everything except the thing you need. Customer service was kind about looking up what we wanted (an air popper- where do you buy those things???) but they didnt have any in stock. In general, the store is an overwhelming experience of as seen on TV products and overpriced kitchen tools. But hey, its fun for walking around in if youre looking to be overstimulated.

Great place for many kitchen, bed and bath items and more. It is one of my favorite stores. Many items to choose from. Clean, great service. If you encounter any problems they are quick to make sure you are taken care if.

A very nice store, they carry so many nice quality items. I bought a crosswave here but couldnt find the cleaner for wood floors anywhere. They ordered it for me and had it sent to my home, it arrived in two days, sales persons are so helpful.

Its so full of stuff, so many things to look at. Kind of cool and interesting, some junk, all really overpriced. I feel like this place is just a waste of time to shop for an hour and leave with nothing. I guess if you need something only found here its worth it. Maybe with the right sale or coupon Id consider a purchase.

Sales associate Brian helped me find all of the items I was looking for. He also ordered the items that where our of stock and had it delivered to my home. The only place I received exceptional service out of 5 stores.

Great location behind the mall, Matthew and Chris are always very helpful. I joined the BBB CLUB for the 20% of all the time and free shipping because of the Verismo pods for Starbucks. 20% all the time better than full price at Starbucks. Then all the other things you see along the way

I have had good and bad experiences here over the years. Usually decent and average. Just like the prices. I am a bargin shopper and i usually dont find bargins or a clearence item. I usually only go there when im at the mall and no where else has what i need. They do have some pretty great stuff, dont get me wrong! And a lot to choose from. Its just not a bargin. Something nice when i do go in though, is it makes you imagine. Using your imagination on how you wish your place looked or your dream home. It gets you thinking.

There are so many wonderful smelling things and, the people are awesome.

Lots to look at with reasonable prices and some good deals if you know how to look.
