Very difficult hearing the staff with things covering their mouths limiting their ability to breathe. Have been shopping here for years with 5 star reviews. Place used to be vibrant and full of energy. Employees went out if their way to assist you. Now it seems since the employees inhibit their breathing the service is going downhill, as if the employees are not getting enough oxygen. Not as helpful or vibrant as in the past. Would be 5 stars if not for this.
I understand that the pandemic has limited your staff and training, but waiting 20 minutes while multiple staff members talk and ignore customers is pretty unacceptable. The sheer lack of customer service cost you my business. I hope it improves.
The Best buy in Medford is an okay place to shop. Largely dependent on who is helping you with customer service. Our family has encountered some fairly knowledgeable employees there, and then a few that we have learned to stay away from..Their installation department has helped us out a few times. And we have bought stuff in many different departments from Computers, to DVDs, TVs, etc. Definitely worth a phone call, and possibly a visit or two!
Good luck trying to contact your actual local store. You are redirected to a national line. After 20 minutes of awful hold music, I did not get anywhere with the reason I was calling in the first place. After being asked multiple questions before finally being able to explain my reason for calling, I was told that I can go to my local store and they can help me. Yes... of course they can help with my question...the whole reason I was calling... I was then put on hold without even being told so after I waited 20 minutes to be told that they can help at the store. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand that certain customer service questions can be solved without pulling employees from in-store customers, but having a 20 minute hold time along with no answers after waiting.... at least have knowledgeable agents answering on the national call center. Give it up best buy! You can do MUCH better than the service youre providing to your customers.
Nick and his crew rock! Picture this a warehouse converted into a Best buy and not a speck of dust anywhere. Seriously its the biggest and nicest and cleanest Best buy I have ever been in. The crew in my opinion are amazing. It is so hard to know everything when electronics evolve daily but these guys and girls make it seem effortless and they really know what they are taking about! Kudos to you all.
Definitely up their prices for their name. Good selection, but priciest place Ive been to. You can find better deals if you look. They offer payment plans but theyre hard to be approved for any of them.Nice enough staff, but staff is not the most knowledgeable, they made several mistakes for me.
Place is filled with barely any knowledgeable staff. With the labor shortage what it is, I get that they are staffed with a crew of new folks who dont know what theyre doing,but except for a few,every customer service member runs and hides to their other crewmates, sitting back and gossiping. They really would rather be home trolling people online,and it shows...

What service! Received stereo for Fathers Day. Didnt have the right input for my old school headphones. They had me order online the input that could possibly help me. But that didnt work. They helped me exchange it for one that met my needs. Even though the one I bought after was less. They did not hesitate to help. Thank you so much. It really helps to save your receipt. The computer I wanted was not in stock so I picked another one.I paid cash but I could not pay cash for a longer warrenty that includes technical help, repairs etc rom their Geek Squad because I did not have my credit card. Gee you would think a computer place could E-mail you when it was time to renew a policy. I could have paid cash for three years. I am very disappointed.
Best buy usually has what you need for a reasonable price. Definitely not the best buy but convenient. Employees are usually miss informed, occasionally you get a knowledgeable sales representative that can give you good advice.

Best Buy holds true to their name, I purchased a laptop almost 2 years ago, Long story short the laptop needed repairs and I sent off my laptop through Geek Squad at Best Buy with the power cord, but the cord didnt return with the laptop. I talked to Geek Squad and was told to talk to the manager of Best Buy. They settled my issue professionally and off I went quickly and satisfied. Thank you Best Buy, and thank you Geek Squad!!
Bought a Samsung phone today - $500. It was not a good experience. The visit probably took five times as long as it should have, and Ill say this to Best Buy corporate - You almost missed out on $50 worth of accessories sales today for that phone. The implications of that considering all stores and over time blow my mind.One thing that is really aggravating is the sales person that I mainly worked with asked ZERO questions. And something worth noting is after I bought (only) the phone and was on my way out of the store the first time I asked the salesperson, Is there anything, maybe a couple of things you can think of that I might need to know?The answer: No, not really.(I understand my question was very general in nature, but it was an opportunity for a quick discussion that could have been helpful and lead to additional sales.)

A good brand name, that was available in store, and at a good price. I got what I needed in the price range I had told him; which allowed me to get an extended warranty.My interactions with the employees were very helpful and very much appreciated. What real customer service is supposed to be about; and is totally absent in most cases!The general rule for customer service is that they have none.Overall their attitudes and disregard for the customers should have consequences for their businesses. Unfortunately, its a matter of mobility and lack of choice, for most people, thats keeping them in business.Please keep up your standard of customer service and well keep coming back!!
Thank God for Best Buy theyre amazing I went to get my computer fixed by geek squad and it was probably the best experience Ive ever had they were understanding they listen to me they fixed my computer completely and if anybody is contemplating getting their computer fixed Im telling you to go there because geek squads the best.

I waited 25 minutes to get help with phones. And they had called someone after 10! They were nice when they got to me though.
My appt was at noon, but, Geek Squad person helped me when I checked in. He did a great job in adjusting my cell phone and synching my fitnit. I would recommend Best Buy without hesitation. Keep up the good service. 😊

Walked in, asked for tablets, got to where they were, picked it out, shopped and checked out in less than 5 minutes. I would rate 5 stars but the cost of the insurance for 2 years was ridiculous. It was essentially as much as the tablet. Tablet was almost 300, insurance was 200.
It was great walked around the whole store looking for something and finally asked an employee and learned about the setting on the Best Buy app that shows you map of the store and tells you where the item your searching for is pretty kewl I thought.
Unless you really know what youre looking for its a better bet to order online or shop local. It can be very nightmarish for help if you arent very patient.

Every time im there I’m looking for someone to help me....then when you do find someone they don’t really seem to know more then what the back of the box says. You can also tell no one there loves their job, they just grind away lifeless to get paid to little . Y’all should hire people who love tech & then pay those people well so they feel valued!Yes I often find what I’m looking for if I do my own research before I get there, & it’s always about 10-20% higher then just ordering it from anywhere on your google search...This store should be cool and exciting, it’s not just another corporate box store

I have never had the worst customer service ever then at this store. I can not understand what had happened to customer service, especially these days during the Covid you would think that you would want to keep your customers. I guess this store has so many they do not care about customers. I am so glad that you are doing so well customers do not matter to you.
The store doesn’t want to be a store anymore. What they want is for you to do all of your shopping online then come to their store to pick it up locally. They went carrying hardly anything, because they know that you will wait for whatever it is you need, and that you don’t trust online retailers, so you will keep coming back to them. They’ve stopped carrying movies nearly completely, they stopped carrying video games nearly completely, they stopped carrying any relevant cables that you might need. Basically all they have in store are display appliances, TVs, phones, and computers. They are banking on the fact that you will bring them your repairs and pick up your online orders from them. Covid turned pickup into their number one goal, so the already dying storefront has had its penultimate nail hammered into the coffin. Their customer service has been iffy for years, and it’s only getting worse, overall. You don’t have another choice in Southern Oregon, and they know that. I’m sure soon they will turn into an empty warehouse pick up center, with the tech repair drop off, and lose the store front completely. And there’s nothing we can do, because there’s no other game in town.
Not a lot of stuff here but they had what I needed. Was looking for a Eacort 360c radar detector and they had it in stock. Little more expensive, but supply and demand, oh well. Service was okay, tool some time to get it, but payment process was quick. Easy parking like all other locations. Wont returndl due to location (not near by).

Checked out the Best Buy store in Medford, Oregon. It was clean and the shelves were well srocked.They did not have the item I was looking for, many phones and their accessories were not limited. The clerk was helpful and nice. It was a good visit. Will be back soon.
Would have gladly spent a few hundred dollars here this evening.. However, I asked four different people for help in car audio, stood around for 45 minutes, and left empty handed. The employees of this location are absolutely terrible.

I really appreciate that he didnt try to sell me something that I cant use or that I wouldve had to return.Most of the time Best Buy has what I need for home electronics. I have never seen so many employees on the clock and doing absolutely nothing before. There were at least 12 employees standing in various groups around the store ignoring the customers. All I can say is that they learned the trait of standing around and chatting with each other and ignoring customers from the managers because even the managers were not helpful. My family and I literally left the store without making our purchase because the employees were so terrible. They need to be trained better. On the bright side, the store was clean and well-organized.
