As you can see... no new reviews of good experiences. Promises the world but can no longer keep promises.... For customers or workers... the run around is the norm now. Some of the rebuild and delivery team of employees do fantastic work and are the salt of the earth... but when the head does not know what to do and other employees waste resource time and effort, there is only one way to go and it shows!

The gentleman who showed me around was polite and knowledgeable. Affordable delivery fee. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because after waiting, I had to call to verify a changed delivery time. Otherwise no other issues. They did a good job of cleaning up the inside of my used freezer.

Highly recommend for appliance repair and used appliances.Allen knows what hes doing, knows a good machine from a bad one and had a great professional attitude. seriously a+ Im tough to please and I was highly impressed with Allens work on my washing machine and his professional attitude and appearance.Also, quoted several other repair places and NOBODY came close to beating his prices, he told me he hasnt raised his rates in several years.Thanks Allen!

With this Surgeon you do not need Anesthesia, before orafter surgery!He makes house-calls on amazingly short notice and is easy onyour budget.Allen and his assistant are competent, very personable and friendly,I much appreciated their performance!

Horrible service. Spent 3 weeks making appointments and nobody showing up. Went into the store didnt know what I was talking about would send messages and not get a response and quoted wrong information. After a month of trying to get my washer fixed finally went somewhere else.

Great service and reasonable prices. Bought a used freezer that is barely used for half the price of a new one. Can’t beat that!

Prompt service. Understood the $ 65 service call. Unhappy with $45 labor for tech to SNIFF my motor and tell me it smelled smokey and no longer fixable. NO testing done of any sort...and NEVER advised could be a vent problem. Will NOT use this service again.

Wow, what a positive experience! Frustrated by the Sears call center morass, and the disinterest of some local businesses, I called the unrated Surgeon Appliance Repair. They were here within an hour, diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator, and fixed it within an hour. Allen and Michael were professional, proficient and competent. They explained what needed to be done, at a price I believe was fair. I will use them for any appliance issue in the future. Wish I could give them 6 Stars!

Their 30+ years of family service certainly shows! Terrific service, prompt, professional and reasonable in price . . . clearly knew what they were doing! Diagnosed the problem, solved the problem, did some preventive maintenance as well. Couldnt be more pleased with the service I received from Surgeon Family Appliance.

I cannot say enough good things about Allen Surgeon. My beloved 10 year old bottom freezer refrigerator stopped cooling/freezing. I had a repair guy whom I had used before come look at it. He waved a temperature measuring device around and said it was the compressor and that if I could even find someone to replace the compressor, if we could even find a new compressor, it would be horribly expensive. I started looking for a refurbished replacement and ended up at Allens used appliance store where I discovered he did repairs as well and asked for a second opinion. To make a long story short, not only was the problem not the compressor (and had it been, he could have easily gotten me a new one), but while not inexpensive the repair cost me less far less than buying that same model new (which Allen assures me is not as well made as the one I have). There were a bunch of quirky things not functioning and Allen worked tirelessly to get them all tracked down and fixed.

Very good selection, fast prompt service. I would highly recommend them. Excellent if you want to buy nicer appliances for a discount.

Looking for used appliances

About to buy a fridge there... so far great customer service, good prices, and I like the 90 day warranty....

Our refrigerator went out. We called Surgeon Appliance and they sent a guy out the same hour. He fixed it and charged us $145. We highly recommend them.

My refrigerator stopped working and I called many places to get it fixed but no answer or sent to voicemail. As soon as I called here Allen was able to come out same day and great price to fix ! My refrigerator now works . I would definitely recommend them without a doubt 😄
