I dont normally write review but I have to say that Hogan & Van service was very professional. My car was replaced with a new bumper and all the work was done beautifully. They even helped cleaning my car. Not to mention the staffs are friendly and always keep me posted on the progress of repairs. They also helped me to submit all the claims to my insurance, I just need to pay for my deductible. Id highly recommend Hogan & Van to all my friends.

Absolutely bring your car here!! I totally destroyed my front bumper on a root sticking out of the ground and part of my bumper came completely off. I looked for a local place on Google with good reviews and found Hogan had amazing reviews and has been in business for a long time so I called and they got me right in. The people there were professional, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. The manager George explained everything to me, showed me exactly what they would do and gave me a quote. They fixed my car in a day and it looks as good as new. They charged me for exactly what they quoted me and were very reasonable. Thank you so much! I’m definitely coming here again and would 100% recommend them.

I went to drop off my car after an adjuster looked at my vehicle. The paperwork on their end was pretty quick, and they had everything prepared for when I drop off.

Hogan & Van Auto Body handled a TSB involving fender rust on my VW Jetta back in 2014 (Im assuming Colonial VW down the street was a corporate account,) removing some sound deadening foam that was known to collect moisture and then rust out from the inside, as well as fixing and repainting the rust that had developed. Well, they did such a good job that theres now rust and rot in that same location on an otherwise rust-free car. Even the rockers I treated with rust inhibitor at the time of repair have not gotten worse. They had the car for weeks I remember. Its a shame they didnt do a more thorough job.

Hogan was excellent! Very easy to see why this company is rated so highly. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. A car accident is never an ideal way to meet people, but it was a pleasure to work with Hogan! Highly recommend.

I went in to Hogan & Van after my car was rear-ended and it was making a loud noise coming from the exhaust after the accident. They replaced my rear bumper and the noise went away for about 6 weeks. When the screeching exhaust noise came back I called them to see if they could look at it again. They said that there is an additional issue with my exhaust system and that all they did was replace the rear bumper. I was never told about the additional issues when I went to pick up my car so I assumed everything was fine. This lack of communication was very upsetting and now I will have to take my car to another shop. If I was told this up front, I would have taken the money from the insurance company and used it toward my exhaust issues instead of replacing my rear bumper that was just a slight cosmetic fix. I will not return to Hogan & Van because their communication was lacking.

The team at Hogan & Van is fantastic. My car was mistakenly brought to their site and left at the curb by a less-than-stellar tow company. Hogan took the time to locate my vehicle, evaluated it, resolved several issues with the tow crew, and kept me updated every few hours. I cant speak to their body work, but if it is anything close to the level of their customer service, then Hogan & Van gets an A+.

Someone accidentally backed up into my Honda, so I brought it in for repair. Entire process was very smooth, Hogan and Van even helped me sort out a payment dispute with the other party’s insurance. Didn’t do much comparison shopping since this repair wasn’t out of pocket, so I cannot comment on cost, but very satisfied with quality of work and professionalism.

They predicted the amount of time it would take to do the work, exactly to the day, and even helped set up my rental. New door looks great, and car was very clean upon return! We all encounter unfortunate situations on the road. Accidents happen. While dealing with your insurance company and finding a trustworthy auto body shop can be overwhelming, I never hesitate to contact Hogan & Van. Their team creates a welcoming environment providing exceptional service and quality finishes. Although the experience was second to none, I’m hoping I don’t have to go back there for a long time.

Couldn’t recommend them more. Highly skilled at what they do - insurance told them to replace a safety critical part with a used part which would have jeopardized the integrity of the repair. They caught the mistake that could have not only risked my safety but screwed me at the end of my lease. Always answers calls, and will stay on the phone as long as you need to answer all your questions to put your mind at ease. Advocated for me (not just my car) in negotiations with my insurance company. While I hope I never have to give them business again, if need be I will in a heartbeat.

I have been coming here since I got my license (not the best driver). Every time I come nothing is left undone unnoticed or half done. The work is superior and all employees go above and beyond. I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else. They have been a blessing for me because whenever I mess up or get in any kind of mess up I don’t have to stress out about getting my car fixed. I literally drop it off after contacting my insurance agent and they handle everything else! Oh and there are two car rental places within a 2 min walk. Can’t beat it. Ive taken two different cars to Hogan & Van, based on the recommendation of a family member, and both times they did an excellent, flawless job. I really appreciate how friendly they are. I recently told them that they were so nice, I was considering denting my car just to come back in for service. Haha (but seriously). Also, I appreciate how knowledgeable they are about the service they provide, and how they take the time to explain the process and are happy to answer questions (instead of rushing you out the door). They work really well with insurance companies and local rental car businesses. Ive now recommended Hogan & Van to another family member and a friend, both of whom have taken their vehicles to them. Most people take their cars to an auto body repair facility because something bad happened. At Hogan & Van, they make you feel that at least youre getting treated really well. Good stuff.

Scam artists, cant believe how many 5 star reviews. These people are thieves, they run the most expensive auto body shop in Massachusetts, racking up costs anyway they can, holding cars in the shop for extended period of time, disassembling the car in places where a simple tape off would work just add to the costs. I thought the days of shady business scamming insurance companies was over but not so. These guys will turn a $500 dent into $8000 and then turn around and still make you pay the deductible, I dont know what kind of connections they have with the insurance appraisers but its crazy. Anyone with slight knowledge of cars will understand these guys are thieves, shadier than even car dealers.

Someone hit my brand new Toyota Corolla and it had a huge dent in the rear bumper. On lunch break, I brought the car into Hogan & Van for them to assess. George took a look at the car, gave me an estimate, and I scheduled a time to bring in the car. I brought the car back on a Monday and it was ready for me on Wednesday! Im so happy my car looks brand new again. I was very impressed with the professionalism of all the staff, the quick turnaround, an especially the amazing job on the car. I cant tell there was any work done on the car. Its perfect!!

I recently used Hogan & Van after someone backed into my car. The quality of service and repair was outstanding. I dropped off my car, was picked up by waiting rental agent and went 2 doors down to sign agreement, then on my way. A few days later I returned to Hogan and Van, left rental in their lot, signed paperwork, got in my car and drove off. Accidents suck but the team there couldnt have made getting my repair any easier, plus it looks like nothing ever happened. Keep up the great work!!!

TL;DRExcellent service, really nice people, my car is fixed to my full satisfaction.My car was involved in a pretty annoying and expensive accident - someone collided with it while it was parked and caused body damage both externally and to the suspension, to the tune of roughly $7-8K.Not being driveable, the car was towed to Hogan & Van. I didnt know them previously, but in retrospect Im really happy thats where it was taken.Adam was assigned to work on my car. He kept me in the loop as to the kind of damage they found (including inviting me to see it for myself), working with my insurance, the status of ordering the parts and then working on the car. They were very transparent as to where they on completing the job and their estimate as to the finish date, which they have met.Im not an expert, but their work quality seems great to me, and their customer service is outstanding. I really hope not to need a body shop ever again, but if I do, theyll be at the top of my list.

In addition, the miscommunication and/or bad information I received was, in my opinion, resolved by the final outcome.Everyone was professional in a situation that could have easily become unprofessional. I am proud of the managment for handling it well.

Got my car back after being in the shop for 3 weeks, mind me this was a simple fender bender, literally the front fender has a small scrape in it. Somehow these guys managed to pull in over $5000 from the insurance company and of course I still paid the $500 deductible. Best part is they disassembled the door, hood and windshield eventhough they werent damaged and DO NOT need to be touched at all to replace a fender on a 2013 Honda Civic (mustve contributed to the $5000 🤣) Reassembly was done poorly so now my door speaker doesnt work and the interior panel rattles when shutting the door and driving over bumps. Watchout for their marketing tactics, they are all lies, when they talk about repairing to manufacturers specifications it means they will disassemble the car as much as possible and hold it for as long as possible in order to get the most money they can from insurance company, ignoring the needs of the customer. Ive written a letter to the attorney generals office, hopefully they will investigate this business.

This is an update on my experience with Hogan & Van Auto Body. Because of character limits, I had to abbreviate the original review below. The update has been made because after reading the original review, the owner requested that I contact him regarding my concerns and addressed them to meet my expectations.We had a lengthy conversation about my experience and what, and why, some things did or did not occur. He then invited me to come in after he ordered a new foam piece and have it replaced.I changed my review from the original 1 star to 5 stars because they made an effort to read customer reviews, follow up with me and address the issue I had. It seems the dealership/ intermediary didnt clearly convey my concerns, wasnt clear with me about their expectations and like I stated in the previous review wouldnt even contact Hogan & Van about my last concern. However, I believe if they did, based on their actions, it would have been addressed as previous concerns were.I understand that standards and expectations arent always accurately conveyed through a 3rd party. I also understand that mistakes can be made, but it matters more if you make an effort to correct them.After installing new foam, my car was washed as an extra thank you for giving them an opportunity to sustain their strong reputation before returning it to me. However, I was a customer of a local VW dealership, who does not have a body shop and subcontracted a job to Hogan and Van to have a fender replaced and repainted, for rust damage, not an accident.Abbreviated details:-Vehicle was returned unsatisfactory, with bumper, headlight and body panels not mated correctly. Sealant foam was incorrectly reinstalled and left sticking out. Orange Peel was visible in finish.-After concerns were voiced and car returned 2 weeks later, corrections were made to bumper, headlight, body panels and orange peel. Foam was installed correctly but now torn.-Vw refused to contact Hogan & Van about torn foam to have it addressed.

From the call to Dee for the appointment to when you drop off your car you can even have a rental already waiting (hertz and enterprise are literally 2 minutes away) they call you promptly when your car is ready, and most of the time you don’t even have to sign paperwork! My recent car was exactly 1 month old last go around w Hogan & Van and i was literally traumatized by the incident, thinking really? Come on! But i knew who I was calling after the insurance co, and my car came back as brand new as it went in!
