She expedited the appraisal efficiently. Jacob took care of my Acura RDX repair fabulously! He kept us well informed as the job progressed on time. I really was impressed with the detail to customer service. They kept me informed of the progress of my repair and offered a ride if I needed it when I dropped off and picked up my car. Had a great experience until I returned home and realized the mirror was still broken and my door wouldnt close. Airbag that was recalled that I asked to be fixed wasnt replaced. When I called in they said I already signed the paperwork and repairs were final.

There is no other place in this town I will ever take my car for body repair. They have worked on my car 3 plus times now and I have never been more satisfied from any other place. They have amazing care, great customer service, extremely well knowledgeable with what they do.

My car was in an accident last year Lithia was highly recommended. As being very vulnerable with just being a woman I trusted they would do a great job, as soon as I took it on the freeway and got above 45 my car began to shake so bad that I thought I was going to get in a car accident on the freeway, took it back they fixed it again. Then noticed something wrong with my air conditioner took it to them they fixed it. The other party insurance paid for everything. Not only was the service horrible but my car was sitting in their lot for two weeks before I even knew I was able to pick it up. When I called back to express my concern that my car had been sitting in a lot for two weeks I was just laughed out on the phone. My air conditioner again stopped working and I am hearing a noise in the front part of my car they won’t even look at it without charging me $150 and said that the air conditioner was a courtesy. While they had my car it took them almost 3 months. Just super frustrated.

Clean bodied vehicle need 1 minor dent repair and the vehicle painted a different color.....almost 12,000 Dollar estimate....... Id like to know what thier smoking cause I want some...... Now they say they have no copy of the estimate.....lol too bad cause I have a copy of it in my rig..... So they cant lie about it.

Their workmanship is above standards, their customer service could use some work, I was given a estimate of 8 days to complete the work and it took them 16 days.

My Mirage sustained damage to its bumper and quarter panel. Lithia B&P did a great job on the paint job and the few details that were overlooked were addressed in a prompt and satisfactory manner. Ive brought two vehicles in to this shop, and will continue to do so.

We Always enjoy going to the laughing clam. We have never been disappointed and wish we lived closer . We still go out of our way just to come for the fabulous food . Its great for lunch, dinner or show up early before a concert. Youll never regret a visit to the clam.

Last year in February, I brought my car in for repairs after my car was backed into on the front end of my Honda CR-V. Tami, at lithia body and paint handled the repairs on my car. She was amazing. Not only did my car look good as new, but she polished the old head light so it would look new to match the new head light which had been replaced. Several months later, I noticed that the new head light was cracking. I called Tami once again. She ordered another headlight and promptly replaced it and again polished the old head light to look good as new. Im very pleased with the service I have received here at Lithia. Super expensive, so hopefully you have a low deductible. That said, the work they do is amazing. Top notch equipment and technicians make it like it never happened. Weve been there twice. Easy to work with, familiar with all insurance companies, quick assessments, loaner vehicles available, most repairs done in only a few days!

I just had my car repaired after someone hit and scraped the passenger rear bumper. Lithia did a fantastic job on the repair. The customer service from the staff is the best - thank you Lithia team! I would highly recommend them.

I had a very small bulge in my door, by my drivers side window. Took it Lithia Body & Paint of Medford and they took care of it within minutes.Awesome Job!!

Had to get a fender repair done. Looks good as new. Everything put back the way its suppose to be. Charges were the same as the quote and they even took care of another damage they found for the same quote. Would have been done in 2 days, but 1 more for other damage. Pleasant staff to work with. Would definitely use again.

I would not recommend them. My drivers side door and mirror were hit by a vehicle. I took my car to get fixed at Lithia Body and Paint. My mirror is supposed to be a heated mirror. Its not now. It doesnt defrost. Also my automatic window is not automatic. I have taken it in after they fixed it. So twice I had to take it in to get fixed, and it doesnt work.

Ive had my car worked on twice and my boyfriends son just brought his car here to be fixed. They do an excellent job and everything is very organized and well coordinated with insurance and rental cars as well.

I didnt know any Auto Body shops, so USAA recommended them from their list. I went there to get the quote and was nicely told that you have to schedule an APPT before anyone will look the trucks damage. Soonest they could have someone do a 15 min assessment would be in a couple of days. So I happily went across the street where they were more than happy to immediately earn my business. Did not feel that Lithia wanted to earn my business at all.

Although they washed the outside the interior was duster then when I had dropped it off. Also my carseat was uninstalled and my trunk liner tossed up front.A bit more care would have been appreciated.Work looks good but I dont believe I will be coming back.

Worst Experience Ever!!! Originally went in for an estimate for my insurance, and they wanted to schedule the estimate out four days. I told them I would just take it to New Stage Collision and miraculously someone was all of a sudden available. Took the guy three minutes to get the estimate. I told him I would schedule an appointment when I got the insurance check in. I called the next day to ask for an estimate for additional work that I would pay for out of pocket. He told me he would have the estimate to me before the end of the day. Never got it. The day I brought it in for the work to be done, I called him on him not following up on the additional work. He said he got too busy. Horrible customer service! The point was made at the time of setting the appointment (nearly a week earlier) that I had to drop the vehicle off and pick it up the following day before 3 as I was leaving town for a job and that I was pulling a heavy trailer to the job site. He reassured me it would be no problem. The day I was to pick it up, I got no phone call. I called about lunch and he said it would be another day! WRONG. I reminded him I was leaving town and needed it. He offered to get me a rental but clearly the passenger car was not going to handle 15k#s! I was left waiting until nearly 6pm that evening putting me almost 4 hrs late to the job site. To top it off the replacement mirror they ordered was the wrong one!!! I found this out at the time I was picking it up. Then they charged me for the deductible as well as the labor of putting the mirror on even though I wasnt letting them touch the keys to my truck again. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND TAKE YOUR CAR TO NEW STAGE COLLISION.

Best place in Medford to have your car fixed. only area that has the closest paint matching that is as close to perfect as you can get. others cant offer that in the valley.

I took my new Dodge Durango into Lithia Body and Paint. I had some rock chips on the hood and a dent from a shopping cart. All I wanted to do was get a quote from them. Scott Morrison treated me so well and made me feel like I was the most important person there. He assured me of the great work they do. Because of how I was treated, I decided to do business with Scott. I even found someone cheaper, but didnt trust that person. I recommend Lithia Body and Scott Morrison to anybody. thank you for the great work on the Durango, cant even tell I had damage.

No communication, I hit a deer and they had my car for 30 day, and several of the items that were broken were not fixed. I had to continue to take my car back several time. there are still thing not right. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company.when I called them to see how my car was, they had my insurance incorrect, and the car year incorrect. it seams that they are so disorganized they cant keep the customer informed on the progress of the vehicle repairs.Go somewhere else if you can.

The men and women that work here are truely fantastic at what they do. I had a 2014 dodge avenger that got hit and ran in the parking lot while i was at work. The passenger side door was a mess. They were able to put in a new door and paint the rest of the body that had to be smoothed out and refinished. Needless to say it looked brand new again. I have a brand new 2016 chevy that got rear ended. The bumper was bent and scraped up and the frame had some dents in it. They kept my truck a day more than expected but the work was flawless. I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere but here!

I was rear ended and needed a good body shop to fix my Lexus, I worked with Zach and John, I had a hard time getting ahold of them during a pretty stressful week but John took the time to apologize and gaurnteed me my car would be done by the agreed upon time, they did a fantastic job! My car looks better than it did even before the accident. I also had a coworkeer involved in an accident and she was ther one who referred me. I would say if you want it fixed right go to Litha!
