I was hit in an accident and Calibur did the body work . I wasn’t fully impressed my trunk still had a big gap. And my bumper on sides were all scratched up. The customer service was excellent . Loved the text messages . And it was ready when they said it would be . But doesn’t look like they did much . I will be bringing it back .

They were extremely informative throughout the entire repair process. My vehicle was projected to be in the shop for 3-4 days, but I was able to pick it up in 2. When a Franchise fixes your car for the insurance company you get what you get. Customers should always come first. Id Rather go to a five star burger joint then a McDonalds. They Work Cheap for the insurance company which means speedy repairs and no attention to detail. Do the research nationwide on this franchise company, and read the poor reviews. When you become a direct repair shop for an insurance company you cant possibly be for the customer. Correct me if Im wrong but when you become a direct repair facility...... dont you sign a contract with the insurance company to work at a cheaper labor rate then the shop down the street? and in return the insurance company will send you more work? Oh and make sure you use the cheapest parts possible to make the insurance company happy! So who can you possibly be working for? Definitely not the customer. So your company is like a big box store basically.

Great place to repair your vehicle. I dealt with Andrew, and he provided great customer service. He knew exactly what I needed to bring on the day of drop off so there were no surprises, had a rental for me ready when I showed up (a Chrysler 300), kept me informed the whole way through, and drop off was equally as smooth. Quality body work. Honestly, I kept postponing the repair on my car because of my busy work schedule and didnt think I had the time or patience to deal with a car repair, but they made it so smooth and easy that it didnt even feel like I was getting my car repaired. Highly recommended.
