I made the appointment online about 2 weeks ago. I was asked to provide my insurance information so they could verify coverage with my insurance (I have a $0 deductible). Dropped my car off and was informed that I would need to pay $65 for the deductible. I informed the young man at the front desk that I had a $0 deductible. He then told me I will have to verify with your insurance. I thought thats why I had supplied my info two weeks ago.I went ahead and called my insurance to verify myself as I had received texts saying I owed the deductible. Insurance verified that I have a $0 deductible. I received a text stating the repair was done and I could come pick up the car. I was again informed that I owed the deductible. There was no use in arguing so I paid it and called my insurance. My agent checked again and verified a $0 deductible. She went ahead and called higher ups and they verified that no calls came in asking about my account and no claims were filed.I would not have been bothered if I was told upfront that they preferred I pay upfront and then get reimbursed. Cool. Its only $65. Achieving that by saying you verified my insurance when you hadnt is dishonest. I dont appreciate a dishonesty, even over something so small.Lets share a little good though. The text system they have is great for reminding you of your appointment and keeping you informed of progress. It is a good system. The technicians were friendly and informative.

The technicians (Aaron and his assistant)were professional, friendly and very respectful. Replaced windshield in our motor home. We were unable to go to the shop as we were towing a vehicle and unable to disconnect from motor home. They came to us in a nearby parking lot. They were very particular when cleaning up after job was done. Not a trace of debris. Very accommodating. Would highly recommend this shop.

The people working here are very helpful but the National company makes it very hard to reach a real person, especially at their location. I was only able to schedule online after calling many times. I wasn’t told online nor in my email that when I made an appointment it was going to be an all day long appointment. It was so frustrating waiting all day while other customers dropped off their car and picked them up within two hours! Very poor customer service on the National level. Great help in shop. Here is their local number! Call them if you have questions so you don’t end up a grumpy customer like me.

I had a broken windshield so I contacted State Farm for replacement. They suggested a local business but I decided to go with Safelite AutoGlass. They came to my home/garage and replaced the windshield, however, the technician marred the plastic section above the interior mirror and broke off the window guide outside windshield. I pointed these out and he agreed, said he would order replacement parts. Before leaving, indicated he could not reset the calibration as required as his unit was not working? Okay, made another appointment and went to the Safelite shop. After an hour, he was not able to recalibrate because the office in another state was closing at 4pm so this could not be done. Its been 7 weeks, not parts and no recalibration. Nothing, and the job still isnt done. I went to Airport Chevy myself and ordered the two parts - came to $15 dollars. I guess I will pay for them and try to figure out how to get my windshield recalibrated. Its my fault for choosing this place. I never will again. He did install my new wiper blades so I do appreciate that at least...

I can only talk with a computer. A huge Hassel to get a rep, I just called someone else and got it done same day.

From before he arrived, to the moment he left, Devin was great. He made sure I was informed of all possible outcomes when it came to the repair of my windshield, as there are no guarantees when repairing glass. He obviously knew what he was doing and worked quickly and efficiently. Great service and a great professional.

Took my car in originally to fix a chip in my windshield turns out the whole windshield needed to replaced.Iv never had to do this before so naturally I wanted to figure the best route to take.I already knew if I went through insurance it would be a $500 Deductible so when I asked them how much it would cost without insurance to just pay out of pocket because if I could just replace it out of pocket for cheaper I’d rather do that I was told they had no way of knowing the cost unless I paid for the windshield up front (I found that hard to believe)I felt like they were trying to push me into having my windshield done with them.Left went to Bill’s Glass and was very glad that I did they gave me a quote and schedule that day.

Staff was knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure I satisfied. The same cannot be said for the bird that christened my new windshield on the way home.

Make sure that you visit Hemi and Hogs bar and grill while you are waiting on your repair.

The service I received was exceptional. I had plenty of notice for when my appointment would be, and the whole thing could not have been easier. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable and the job was completed before I knew it. This was an on-site replacement, which means they came right to my office to complete the repair. I would use Safelite again for my next repair or replacement.

Worst business, I canceled my appointment and they still charged me 117.00 for one chip in my windshield. That I never got done, they also don’t answer their phones for 2 hours.

The mobile Medford Safelite vendor was rude, unprofessional and snitty. They left glass all over the area and left me to sweep it all up in my public parking lot. They refuse to answer the phone or emails to follow up on a concern. This franchisee should be revoked as its a professional business hes representing. National should be embarrassed.

We had to have a windshield replaced a few weeks ago, due to a crack that was not reparable. Then less than a week later, the same thing happened, huge rock chip and crack all the way across the windshield...Safelite was really great, easy to work with and helpful and friendly. They even gave me a discount on the second one.

Very easy to schedule an appt online. Make sure you have your policy number on hand. This place was hard to find and parking was awful! I would make them come to you to fix a rock chip repair. They had really good customer service.

One star only cause I cannot give them zero.Used them twice. Both times they ruined our windshields and they had to be replaced. They then said this can happen and would not pay for the damages they caused. Only wanted to discount the repair cost from the replacement.The first time the windshield broke during the repair. The second time they repaired it, and said that they guarentee their work and then two days later the crack expanded to cover the whole windshield and again they state, well it can happen.Aweful service definitely would not recommend.

Efficient, friendly service. Will work with you on installation time and place, takes most insurance. I had windshield replaced and afterwards rear view mirror was loose and vibrated when I drove. Took it back and they quickly diagnosed the issue (connector on mirror was warn) and fixed the issue.

I was promised I may still see the three chips in my windshield but they would definitely be hard to see. One looks exactly the same, another is about half fixed, and the other is larger then before they fixed it.

My truck was broken into on Super Bowl Sunday, they got in but shattering my back window with what appeared to be a tree branch. Needless to say it was a huge mess and I was seriously distraught.Safelite was totally there for me, I set up the repair and the lady on the phone was able to give a nice discount on account of how manic I sounded.On top of all that the repair tech that came out in the rain and did the repair for me while it was at work, no questions asked service with a smile.These guys are amazing, I whole heartedly recommend them!!!

Kyle Anderson did a great job replacing my windshield. He cleaned everything up afterwards and was very professional.

So far, so bad. After spending well over an hour trying to schedule a repair to my windshield online over the weekend, only to be asked for the make and model of the vehicle over and over and over again, I gave up and called Safelite this morning. What I learned is that Safelite cant come to my home in Jacksonville, OR, and they cant take an appointment at the store at noon, a time convenient for me, because they apparently have only one tech who takes lunch at noon. If you make everything easy for them, they are probably great. If its a matter of them doing what they advertise - making life easy for you - forget it. After thirty-four minutes of being on hold and being passed around to various people I had to hang up to get on to other things. Ill try wasting my life on Safelite again another day - maybe.

These guys are awesome ! They fixed my windshield, cleaned the windshield, (country living, it was covered with bugs) vacuumed the front carpets, and put a bottle of windshield cleaner in the vehicle !. . The customer service was deliteful . . . You guys rock!!!!

The price was right, they came right out. the window was nice. I went to open the hood of my truck after he left and it got stuck on the cowl. I started looking to see what was going on and the guy didnt bother putting all the screws back in and the ones he did put in he didnt tighten them all the way. My antenna connection wasnt screwed down so now it flops around. ofcourse I found all this after I paid and even gave the dude a tip. not happy and wont use them again. Two people I know needs windows and they will not use these folks because of this.
