I could not be happier with this company! Mike and his team are awesome! I’m always going to different job sites, and my schedule is always changing, and they totally accommodate me. The glass was replace, car was cleaner then when they came in. They left a nice surprise on my seat when I open the door, the company goes above and beyond for there customers! I guess this is why I have been using them for over 10 years and would never go elsewhere! It’s a wonderful company to deal with

Called On The Spot Auto Glass - it was super easy making an appointment. Friendly receptionist. Service men came earlier than expected which I was happy about! Service was fast and VERY professional. These guys are top notch! I have probably had 20 windshield installed in my lifetime. These guys did a terrific job and their office staff went above and beyond to find me a windshield for my truck. The dealership was unable to get me a windshield for 75 days but on the spot got me one as soon as they could.

I have called this business 3 times as well as sending an email inquiring about installing glass on my car. (It is an older car which I have sourced glass for myself, all they would need to do is install it). Each time I called I was told, I need to ask my manager and he/she is not in yet, they will be in by the end of the day. I went through this song and dance 3 times, and even sent an email, and have not gotten a single response back. Ive heard great things but unfortunately this has not been my experience since I cant even get to SCHEDULE an appointment.

I used On The Spot Auto Glass several years ago to replace the windshield in my BMW 3 series. My insurance was pushing for me to use SL but they were not going use original glass and I had heard some horror stories about both the quality of repairs and how they treated their subcontractors. I called On The Spot and asked if they could use Pilkington and they agreed and were impressed that I knew the difference. The installers who came to my house were polite and efficient. They also installed the brand new windshield cowl which I had ordered myself since it was sun faded and cracked and insurance was not going to cover replacing it. When everything was done it looked brand new! Definitely recommended!

I have been dealing with this Glass company on the spot for over a month with promises of resolution. First windshield they put on leaked, second time they came to repair leak and it leaked. Third time new windshield leaked worse than first one. Damaged fabric on roof interior. Then they wanted to check for rust??? No thanks. Took car elsewhere to avoid mold and further lost time, finally No rust and no issues!!

Fast and good work. Brought my Accord into their shop a bit before my appointment and they took it right away. The whole process, including paying, took about 30-45 minutes.

GREAT customer service! Got in earlier than my appointment & they began working right away. Very honest & helpful. The actual worker advised me to contact my insurance for coverage (I planned to pay out of pocket). Horrible! Fixed my rear window about one month ago and broke the rear door latch in the process. They never even bothered to put the rear panel back on the door in the process. They tried to tell me that it was not related but the latch worked perfectly fine the night before. Finally got them to agree to fix the latch. Called back 4 times and was told they ordered the part from Amazon and that somebody will call me back. Nobody every called back. I could accept this once or twice but 4 follow ups and no return call!!! The representative who I spoke with each time I called was nice but where was the owner or manager???? This is not a way to run a professional business! Im sure they would have done an adequate job fixing a window if there were no snags but if something goes wrong….Good luck! Going to take my car to the dealer and pay out of my own pocket since I cant believe these guys will fix my car when they say they will.

Requested a quote online for a windshield replacement for a GMC Yukon. Donna (I think, hope Im not wrong) called me back. She was very nice. Explained everything and answered my questions about the glass/manufacturer. Was able to schedule an appointment for the next day and Mike and Greg came to install at my wifes job. She said they were extremely nice and finished the job quickly with no issues. Would definitely recommend On The Spot and if I had to replace glass would definitely use them again.Not to mention, they are dealing directly with Geico for billing!

Way better than SafeLight, which failed to show up twice. OTS was able to schedule me within two days, was on time, took my insurance (SF), and did a neat and professional job! Randy, the installer, is a great guy!

Twice could not keep an appointment with not even a phone call an hour after. Technician was completely rude and hung up on me when i told him i wasnt able to be available after they were late twice!.. Unprofessional to say the least .. Eventhough larger companies may be alittle more money..go to them I can only imagine leaks and poor service in the future

The tech replaced my window quickly and took his time when vacuuming out all the broken glass even though it was after hours.
