Bagels are pretty good, though I didnt like the cream cheese that much. Service is fast and polite. I didnt like that I paid over $10 with CC and they charged me 4% without telling me.

Me and my husband love this place. The best bagel store in this area. Very friendly and quick service. Delicious food. Reasonable price. Very generous portions of everything. Always fill us up for at least half a day. Got a bunch of photos to justify it.

No menu area even suggests anything even comes on a bagel. Got an omelet that was supposed to come with bread or a bagel and didnt. The omelet tasted like it had been used with week old ingredients. Staff was nice, but quality went way down due to them being busy. Would be nice if the menu stated somewhere what can come on a bagel.

Small deli with big heart. This is my new bagel store/deli in the area. Breakfast sandwiches are great here. Try the spicy hobo, Delicious! Heading to the beach, this is your sandwich spot. Prices are on par for most delis in the area. There is Plenty of parking, friendly staff. Really good coffee. Very clean inside, which is a very big deal for me. If you know what you want, you might want to call ahead as this place is really good(busy) so walking in may take a little bit to walk out. Ill be back here again very soon.

The people are so nice and the food is good. However they handle money and food and never ever change the one glove they wear. Everything is touched so why bother wearing the glove. Most people dont care but it grosses me out. A few months ago a worker was cleaning with chemicals and then proceeded to make my food without washing his hands or changing the glove after touching the chemical spray bottle and rag. I didnt eat the food of course. I really like this place but I cant take the dirty gloves and handling of food after touching money anymore. I normally dont leave reviews but Im hoping they see this and start changing into clean gloves more frequently or at least take the glove off and on when handling money so I can go back to getting food here. This is my only issue with the place. Otherwise its great. :)

Se Habla Espanol. Great little bagel shop and deli. Egg bagel with cheese on cinnamon toast bagel was great. Cream cheese bagel was good too. Small but adequate sitting area. Plenty of sandwich options.

June 18th. Placed an order i forgot 1 item called back and ordered a plain bagel with butter. Sent someone to pick it up. They forgot the bagel. I called to see what happened and they put me on hold for over 12 minutes. I went there and got the same treatment. Customer service needs some help

Went this morning to get bagels, 5/16/2020, the people preparing the food and all of the workers are not wearing masks properly, one employees gloves were torn, she was handling money and food without changing gloves and her mask was pulled down below her chin, I left. Stop the spread

I have been patronizing Joels for several years. When they told me the cost is $1.90, I didnt bother taking my change. (I get two sliced bagels: I bring them home, but my wife and I have arthritis and cant easily cut them.) Last week when I went the owner took my order and charged me $2.05 [apparently to inconvenience me for asking for them to be sliced]. Very sad. Now I switched to Patchogue Bagel Deli: Cheaper and service with a smile. Goodbye - Joel.
