We came to this dealership after leaving the Nissan dealership where we didnt have a good experience.We were greeted right away. The sales person was very friendly and very helpful. He listened to us. He actually cared about helping us. We told him what we were interested in and very quickly he gave us options and we test drove a Grand Cherokee and we fell in love with it. The sales person Al gave us a great deal and took care of everything. It was the best experience we have had buying a car. So stress free. I will definitely recommend

I had an amazing experience working with Holly at Grava. She was able to get me into a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited which was exactly what I wanted. She made everything SO easy stress-free. I’ve been leasing since 2006 and, in all honesty, usually HATE dealing with sales people at dealerships every 3 years but I didn’t feel that way at all with Holly. It was the best experience I’ve had with a dealership by far.
I bought a brand new $50,000 jeep this past May and after finding a few problems brought it to Grava for service. Unfortunately, the service department at Grava sets a new low for truly horrible service and I would advise anyone in a similar position to go elsewhere. After waiting weeks for an appointment, and taking time off to bring it by, I was told it would take a little over a day for the issues with my car to be resolved. To my surprise, this couldnt have been farther from the truth, and after no contact for multiple days I reached out to hear that no one had even looked at my car. After a total of 8 days without a car, and multiple attempts to get a hold of them (and subsequent calls not returned or dodged), I received a call from Grava saying that they wouldnt work it because they werent the dealer that originally sold me the car. Knowing that this was absurd, I politely asked why this was an issue and was given long silence and borderline aggression from the representative. Out of concern that pushing back would get my car keyed by one of these people, I agreed to come get my car as soon as I could. After speaking with a manager on the sales side, they let slip that no one had even opened a repair ticket for the car. They asked if I had a rental car to return, but to their surprise I explained that I was told I couldnt have one until the technicians looked at it and decided the issues (from the Jeep factory) were covered under warranty (which after 8 days had not happened). When I got my car back it was visibly dirty and I had spent money and several hours of time off to get literally no where. I am furious with the lack of honesty, respect and professionalism I experienced at Grava and will make personal effort to dissuade those I know of getting tangled in their incompetence.
This is the best service I have ever received when buying a vehicle. Grava has a real ability to treat you has an individual, make you feel supported & respected during the purchasing process. We specifically had a delay to pick-up our vehicle due to needing to shift our out of state license to a MA license and they were so accommodating they enabled a rental vehicle for the week to ensure we were not without a vehicle. This was such a small detail but made all the difference for our family. Also, when we went in the following week to pick-up our vehicle everyone remembered us by name and made an effort to come over and welcome us and see how our week was. These details really make the experience top tier! Definitely recommend Grava - avoid the large franchise spots and stick to this family owned, customer service focused, Dealer!

I made an appointment with Jeff at 1:30pm and by 4:30pm, my car was ready to be picked up with registration, new plates, and insurance all taken care of.I was welcomed from the moment I got there. Bought a 2019 Qashqai for a fair price. Very happy with it. They did a great job. He even made a second set of keys the day before pick-up as two keys were discussed previously. Saturday morning pickup was rushed but thats due to hot car market in Perth - theyre busy!

Ive had several bad experiences with going to a dealership service center before, but these guys actually brought back some of that trust. Customer service was great, very upfront with whats being done, and very chill - although the work itself was a little pricy in the end.Dropped my car off at 8am expecting it to take a day or two, but it was ready at 4pm. Unfortunately, I couldnt get the recall I needed done, but it was a parts shortage - not on these guys.

Several months ago, I had some service work performed on my vehicle. In the last two days, I noticed worrisome scoring on one of my rotors. Upon further digging, I had a caliper replaced at that service appointment. I called in and asked to have my car looked at for a warranty repair. Initially I accepted a date one week in advance; however, after another day of driving on the car I realized the problem was much worse than I originally believed and that the car needed immediate attention. Upon calling back, the representative could not provide me specific information about what service work was performed on my brake system. I urged him to move my appointment forward considering the severity of my issue, but no accommodations were made.Considering the lack of information provided to me, and the inability to prioritize service on a dangerous issue they are likely responsible for, I recommend avoiding this dealership and seeking service elsewhere.

Very disappointing experience when a few days ago I visited this place in the search for a new vehicle. Stepped in not even a hi was said by any of the staff members that clearly saw me and my friend walk in. Walked around the whole store until I came back to the front exit/entrance and still then nobody reached out if I needed help. Waited 3 minutes just in case an available staff would approach me and then again, nothing happened, left the store and nobody even acknowledged my visit there. If a costumer visits a store topically on a weekend is because that’s the best convenient time to run such errands, don’t waste someone’s time because it’s very valuable. I wasn’t there to just chill, I was able to lock a deal if the opportunity seemed like a great deal. I don’t know if they weren’t just in the mood to work or if they just judged us! Thanks for nothing!

I came here for a service on my jeep. The people were nice but unfortunately they took my car 3 hours after my appointment time. They didn’t update me on the delay until I had sat there and waited, asked multiple times to find out it would be 2 hours longer. Frustrating to make a simple service appointment an all day experience. Plan accordingly even if you have a morning appointment.

Grava did a nice, quick, and efficient job on a ABS brake sensor and wheel hub repair. They repaired frayed wiring instead of simply swapping out a module that would have cost me more. It was a labor heavy job but they saved me a couple of hundred based on other estimates.
A lesser dealer mis diagnosed an electrical issue on my Jeep. These guys figured it out and solved the issue first try. A lot to be said about that given the months of head scratching at the other place.Eric is excellent in customer service and his team is the same. My Jeep Wrangler is back to normal now and it’s all due to Grava. Thank you!

Just recently purchased a new grand Cherokee from Steven B. Let me tell you he was the nicest person I’ve ever met. Made a deal for a new Grand Cherokee completely over the phone. When terms are agreed upon the sales person let’s me know the vehicle is not there and that it is also a demo...which was never disclosed. I then ask for the exact miles and no one gets back to me, they also refused to discount the car further after I found out it was a demo. All around very shady and irresponsible for a dealer to run your credit and work a deal out without disclosing all facts about the vehicle. Vehicle I made a deal for still listed on their website as new, with zero mention of miles or demo. Purchased a vehicle at a different dealership for a better deal and they were completely truthful and transparent.Nick Grava,I appreciate your below response, but you have all my info.....if you actually cared....you would have called me already, not just tried to save face with your response.

Definitely have mixed reviews on Grava. I went on a Friday late morning to purchase my new Wrangler, I was pleased with my price and the car.I was told to go to lunch they will get my car ready and I just need to come back and sit down with finance. I only waited about 30 minutes to see finance which was great. They should of then told me to go home and they would call when it was ready. I sat in the waiting room from 1:30-5:00 pm. By the time I got my car I was so upset, no one informed me it would take so long. NO ONE wants to sit in a waiting room for 3.5 hours, very poor communication.

Got at service at 8, had an appointment, left at 9:15. was there for oil change and tire rotation. was told that air compressor was broken so tires could not be rotated. oil change was all i received. i find it hard to believe that two tecks could not fix compressor but can work on cars. felt like i was brushed off

The sales team was very friendly, and willing to work with me to make sure I ended up with a car I wanted. However, the car buying process itself was the clunkiest experience I have ever had. I had to take multiple unnecessary trips back and forth to the dealership, which was frustrating.* A trip to test drive the vehicle and negotiate finances* A trip to sign finance paperwork (this trip included having the wrong paperwork ready for me when I got there and almost resulted in me buying a completely different car)* A trip to swap insurance and register the vehicle (registration was not successful on this trip)* A trip to pick up registration and have the vehicle inspectedThe car salesmen could have done much more to ensure I had a smooth experience. Handling my insurance and registration prior to making me come in would have saved a lot of time and hassle for me personally. I added my new vehicle to my insurance policy an entire week before I ever took the vehicle home because the salesmen asked that I add my car on a specific day. Which was not at all related to the timing needed to complete the car buying process. Things fell through the cracks often, and caused a lot of stress. Ultimately, I am happy with the vehicle I bought, but have an insanely bad taste in my mouth about using this dealership again or recommending friends to buy cars from here. If I knew then what I knew now, I would have advocated for myself for multiple things. But, most people dont buy cars often enough to know what to advocate for, and end up in situations like mine.My suggestions, if you are not able to take your car home the day you decide to buy it: do NOT add your new vehicle to your policy until the day you go to pick it up/take it home. I suggest talking to your insurance provider yourself before the dealership gets involved. Make sure the insurance has been approved, and the registration is done by the dealership BEFORE you go back in. Knowing these two small things would have saved me a ton of stress and trouble.

I recently bought a car here. The price was reasonable. Everything went smoothly. Between the times I signed the papers and when I picked it up, they even put on a better set of tires and replaced the brakes, despite being under no obligation to do so.
Used wave app to schedule appointment then spoke to service for drop off instructions. it was a breeze. they were also able to reconnect my drivers side door return (?) which had gotten pushed in when i too the doors off for the first time.
Mike larochelle was great to work with and Id definitely buy and refer friends to him again.

I have been trying to reach out to the company over 5x now to help with a deal I have done with them. Not only was there a big fluster when getting the vehicle but to be told to make up for it I will receive 1 winter matt’s which have not been given . But 2 to keep being avoided while following up on the payout of my old vehicle and still no response. I was told it it would take no longer than 20 days for them to have everything settled. It now has been a month and still nothing, and my credit score is the one being affected by this due to there incompetence. It is to the point I had to reach out to the old bank to get on them . I will say that this it is a shame I was a customer for 6 yrs with them going on 9 with this contract no more .
I brought my Jeep here out of convenience and I sincerely regret it. When making the appointment I informed the Service Manager of the service I needed, as informed by a different Jeep dealership. The service was covered under warranty. When I arrived to my appointment it was as if I never spoke to anyone. They werent sure if they had the parts on hand and I repeated all the information I already told them from the last dealership. Fast forward 5 hours and I receive a call that apparently it is a different issue, not covered by warranty and at a hefty price tag. I told them Id like to think about it and ended up requesting a formal estimate from the service manager to understand the repairs needed. He emailed one sentence back with what I was told over the phone plus another $1000 worth of random work. Needless to say, I picked my car up that day and returned to the original Jeep dealership that quoted me the repair under warranty. Not a single other issue was mentioned from the other dealership and everything was covered. It was clear I was being taken advantage of by Grava.
Awesome experience all the way around! Great team of people who helped me on my Jeep. Once I came in I had the pleasure of working with Al. Al was very professional, very helpful and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained me my options, got me a great deal on my purchase. Special thanks to the resourceful finance team as well!
Service always takes longer than they quote. Went in for an oil change which they required an appointment for. I was told 1 hour, when I went back an hour and 10 minutes later it was still sitting outside untouched. Total took over an hour and 45 mins.
