I am now very upset with Staples. I can live with their high prices because they have a good selection of office supplies and equipment. However the rewards ripoff totally discussed me when I was told today that all my rewards went away. I was told that all the bags of used ink cartridges I had returned over the past few years would come back to me in reward choices. They will not get the chance to screw me again. Freddys or Office depot just got a new customer..

They had five or six workers quit all at once around the holidays in 2018 and neglected to call any potential new hires to make up for the drop in staff. The lack of consistency and obviously poor employee management makes it hard to count on this store for anything other than very basic shopping conveniences.

The staff at the print center are all top notch, spot on professionals that will courageously and efficiently assist you in your orders either in person or online. Whatever your business needs Staples is the place to go and a special kudos to south Medford location because they are Rock Stars! Now if they could only do something about the transients that panhandle the customers coming and going.....

There employees all over the place. But not one of them asked if they could help me. when it was obvious I was looking for something and couldnt find it but I did finally find someone that would stop for 2 seconds and ask he was very impatient with me

I am just blown away!!! I have been reviewing businesses for Google for a year now and the experience I had here was by far the best.*** UPDATE***2 years later I was informed on line about inventory they said to have in stock. I was dismissed originally but upon returning to question the erroneous inventory information. I was welcomed with a look whos back. I dont think I will shop there anymore. It was extremely rude and not an experience I recommend.

They have self-serve printers here that use a debit card, very handy if you need something printed in a rush.

I brought my iPhone in for a screen replacement and was highly disappointed. Prior to the replacement, my home button worked perfectly fine...not so, with the new screen!I was told by the tech that I could bring it back to the store and they would ship it off to get the home button replaced. When your iPhone is your absolute right hand and contains highly sensitive information — who in their right mind would part with it? There was a plus though — the tech did show me how to use Apples assistive technology.Unfortunately, my old iPhone will be returned to Asurion with the Staples $139 NEW SCREEN — overall, it was a horrible customer experience — I would strongly urge anyone contemplating a screen replacement from Staples to not even consider it.FYI: Ive been shopping Staples for many years and I am not sure yet if I will ever go back. Never forget — customer experience equals customer loyalty.

Rude employees. I was waiting for 10min to make copies and some women walked up and he helps her first. And tells me he will be with me when he is done helping her. Bs u help the person that has been waiting. Im never coming back to this location. You are better off going to office depot.

Eddie P. in the copy center is the most knowledgeable, couteous gentlemen. He knows his customers and treats them like royalty. My hats off to the Staples organization for being smart enough to keep him. I ALWAYS and ONLY see Eddie P. when in the Medford store.

July 2021 visit, Katie was very helpful understanding Staples Connect purchase credits where the Staples system dropped the ball.Katie stepped up and guided me thru the confusion caused be.I made a purchase where they were to give me a $$ rewards of some kind. The store receipt was no help at all, it was filled with information trying to get me make more purchases. It said would be contacted via email regarding my rewards earned. After 3 weeks I got nothing but ad via my email.Katie found a breakdown of rewards were coming to me and when expire.All very helpful.The folks there are very helpful, second year there helping me with my custom Christmas card.Custom card using my images under $1 @. Prossed in a week.Second run at making Christmas cards here. Shakera got me started (even though she was under the eeather) and within 30 min. Id sent images done the lay-out and placed an order.Was told it would be ready in 9 days.Danged if the didnt get it done in 5 days and theyre gorgeous.

I dont know who is in charge of purchasing, but Medford, Oregon Staples was so much fun 3 days before Christmas. I discovered plenty of inexpensive gifts and stocking stuffers. Good job guys!

The self-service copier machines are not reliable. Waste of time

I needed some business cards, stoped in, asked a few questions, I was asked a few questions, I chose the cards at 8: 10 AM and they were ready for pick up before 2:00 PM the same day. Outstanding.

Filthiest bathroom I’ve ever seen. managers are unprofessional and incompetent. the only redeeming quality was the cute blond tech guy that helped me with my ink purchase.

I needed a prink in like 15 minutes because my printer broke! Ordered online (after hours) my prints were ready as soon as the store opened! Thanks for saving me Staples!!!!

One good thing is we can take our ink cartridges back and have some money back. Other than that. The service is not the greatest and there are times that there is not enough staff with knowledge of the products.
