I enjoyed the frozen yogurt the swirl with chocolate sprinkles. The owner is nice and the price is good with low calories. I will return again.

This place is absolutely horrible! Yogurt is disgusting and the workers are even worse. I went there a year ago, and long story short, the front worker trapped me in the store because I wanted to leave. He literally closed the door on my face and wouldnt let me out. Disgusting. Theyre lucky I cant put negative stars.

The ONLY reason why I gave a one star is because I have to give something in order to give a review. Do NOT go to this place! The owners are extremely rude. I gave my kids $20 to get the yogurt ice cream. When they went over the amount I had to go in and ask the man at the counter if he could work with me because I did not have the extra $5. I asked if he could pour some out. After a long back and forth he took my daughters bowl and threw some out in the sink. At this point I was so disgusted by his attitude towards the whole situation I told him i did not want the Ive cream. I politely asked for my $20 back! He refused and now was telling me to leave. I called the cops and when they came they were almost going to arrest him because of the way he was screaming at them. Unfortunately they could not because it is a customer dispute. So I lost out on $20. As i was driving away he was laughing and pointing out the window. So now Im taking him to small claims court. No one should have to go through this while their kids are in the car watching. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I truly hope he gets shut down.

Every time I visited I had gotten good service and I ask the workers if they could make an acai bowl with water instead of soy milk because I try to avoid soy at all costs and they were able to make it and were nice and fine with it. Staff seems nice. I saw a review on here talking about the workers staring customers down and yelling at kids for going near or touching the toppings and although it is uncomfortable, what do you expect? This is a frozen yogurt place and people usually steal from there and also, even though they’re just kids, it’s unsanitary to have children or anyone touching the toppings...

I don’t know why this place has such bad ratings. I had an açaí bowl. It was very yummy. They had a ton of frozen yogurt flavors and a handful of fresh and other toppings. People say it’s dirty but it was incredibly clean when I was there. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it was TOO clean. It smelled a lot like cleaning products and the smell was slightly overwhelming. Otherwise, it was a very good experience.

I have been going to YoGoMania for years. Ive seen good and bad reviews. Yes the owners are not the nicest. They watch everything you do. I feel rushed & uncomfortable while Im making my yogurt. Last night I experienced something that didnt directly happen to me but I was very taken back. Oregon Middle School had their 6th Grade concert and after of course the kids want to hang with their friends. We go to YoGoMania and it was packed. My sons friend was also there with his family. While sitting eating our ice cream I come to find out that his friend did not have his Ice cream yet because it was knocked over. So as his father was paying for the family of four (about $25.00 if not more) the male owner was moving quickly and placing a spoon in each cup & knocked over the 6th graders cup of ice cream. Now as an owner regardless of whose fault it may be, they should just allow the customer to make another. This was not the case. The female owner said it was not the fault of the male owner and he doesnt get another one. Mind you the male owner wiped up the scale where the cup was split with a rag he tilted the cup upright and possibility contaminating the ice cream in the cup. She stated she had it on video. His father then asked to see the video. The Father and the poor 6th grader still no having his ice cream, waited while the owners helped the other customers to see the video. The male owner finally showed his father the video & still stated it was not his fault. Im sorry but the amount of money they just made from the crowd of people that were just there really doesnt amount to the $2.00 they would have lost if they would have just let the 6th grader get another cup. Witnessing this has definitely turned me away from ever going to YoGoMania again. I dont care if the kid tripped and the whole thing fell on the floor. As an Owner I would have allowed him to make another cup. Sorry YoGoMania You are not Family friendly, you make people uncomfortable and have no patriotism. I hope all that read this as small as the issue may be please dont give them your business. Ralphs in Farmingville and Good Berry in Patchogue might be further but these owners are just horrible.

How in the world can anybody with a conscience ever frequent this place again? Not only did the owner treat an autistic child like garbage, but then rather than apologize she doubled down and texted more insults at the babysitter.This doesnt seem like an isolated incident. Note to owner. Customers are not to be treated like cattle. Some are not as easy as others. The disabled are to be afforded every courtesy.There are many fine yogurt establishments on LI. I was at Swirls and Twirls in Nesconset recently with my daughter. She made a bit of a mess with the toppings. I apologized but the young lady at the counter didnt care at all and kindly offered to clean up.We dont need business owners like this one on Long Island.

This place has the best acai and pitaya bowls. 4 stars instead a 5 cuz the help can be a little offputing and the place has a bit of a weird vibe if that makes sense. Its very clean tho and the food is good quality. Yogurt by the ounce gets a lil pricey but again is good stuff.

I left this place completely upset. I come in with my 2 daughters and pick my yogurt and my 7 y/o accidentally knocked the cup out of my hand. I asked the lady at the counter if they had paper towels and she shook her head and grabbed like 5 napkins. I tried picking up the remaining yogurt on the floor with another cup and she scolded me as if I was a child about the price of their cups. So I took my kids and left while she was yelling at me, proceeded to follow me outside the store and scream in her language. Then told me I need to pay for what was dropped. Accidents happen. Ive been going there for years. Never again! Steer clear of the angry Asian lady!

Yogurt tastes fine and the employees are fine. Just a warning that it has minimal seating and is normally quite crowded.

This place is horrible!!! I visited this place for the first time a few weeks ago, I went in for an acai bowl. When the lady who I was told was the manager came out with my bowl she packed it with so much granola and very little açaí. I asked if I could have more açaí in the bowl and I was told “no” this is how it’s made. I then proceeded to offer to pay extra and she said to me “you’re asking me to remake this bowl for you?” I said yes I am a paying customer and I would like for it to be made correctly. She proceeded to say “you’re not special I will not remake the bowl fo you. I said I am willing to pay extra and I just did not understand what the problem was. She was very nasty and even called the police on me. When the cops arrived they came in and seen how calm I was and said that when the manager called in she told them that I was being loud and cursing and threatening. Which I was not doing ANY of those things whatsoever. I was in shock that I was being refused a service that I paid for. The officers were on my side thankfully. They understood what I was saying and told me to call BBB. The male worker got in my face and was also very rude. All I wanted was extra Açaí in my bowl and was told No. even though I was willing to pay. They also refused to refund me my $8. I will never return to this place.

PSYCHOPATHS WORK HERE!!! They stare you down as your putting toppings on your yogurt. If your children touch ANYTHING they yell at them and slam their hands on the counter. Fogure I try this place they are so slick figure tell you as you and your kids are adding things to there yogurt to tell you rhey charge you by the weight we got small and we paid $40 just for yorgut never again i will go back to Centerreah where they charge you by the cup size
