The Baskin-Robbins here in Medford, is an okay place to get ice cream with your friends and family. Much of their customer service depends on who is working, and how long theyve been working there for. We have been there several times, and it seems like they go through a lot of employee changes, understandably..In any case the ice cream is tasty, and reasonably priced. Give them a shot, you got at least 31 flavors to choose from!

Currently the best sugar free ice cream anyone has ever tasted! even kids cant tell creamy smooth caramel salted pecan sugar-free 31 Flavors! go there! its great stuff.

The ice cream was good the staff was a bit overwhelmed and couldnt get to the tables in time to clean them as people cycled through. Some people werent good about cleaning up after themselves either so not at all staffs fault for dirty. I would say more staff on the 31st and all will be well. I will do another review the next 31st.

I was treated very rudely tonight around 7:30pm. I’ve been coming to baskin robbins, even in other states, since I was 7. Sad to see some employees are rude to customers. Will not be going to baskin robbins when I see he is working.

I felt really sorry for the girl behind the freezers, the Air Conditioning was out & it was warmer inside than outside. She had a Great Attitude & was So Friendly. Her Boss should be Very Grateful to have such a Great Team Member on their team.Was there about 5:45-6:00pm

Decent prices and good ice cream

Very disappointed...Everytime I went in to order watermelon ice cream, they were out..Now that it is the beginning if Aug.they dont sell it...If something is in such a high demand, it is bad buisness to be out of your product constantly..It ISgood buisness to order more of that product so that the supply equals the demand..If you dont, then customers give up on going to you establishment..I wait all year and drive long distances to have Watermelon icecream..very disappointed

They do a great job here, and with quality product. Doing very well adjusting to the COVID-19 restrictions.

I love this place. It helps me remember my childhood. The people there are friendly, and their ice cream is still pretty well priced. my favorite is one scoop of rocky road with a scoop of daiquiri on top. Delicious

My husband and I go to your ice cream store 5 times out 7 days a week ad the girls that work there are rude and snotty and they have always been I usely just ignore it, but we went there tonight 04/09/202 to get some ice cream and it was 8:53 pm and there was a sign on the door that had been hand written stating that they were closing at 9 pm, there was two young girls in there sweeping the floor and we went to open the door and it was locked and the two girls looked up at was smiled at each other then put their heads down and continued to sweep and mop they didnt have the decency to say sorry were closed, so I said its not even 9 yet and they started to laugh among themselves. I love Baskin Robins and those girls are not what the company needs behind countered. I will be calling in the morning as well to speak to someone higher than just their store boss.Sara Schy

The owner can be very proud of the two young ladies working tonight, 01/01/2019. They were very courteous and provided exemplary service with a smile. It always makes my day to see young people taking pride in whatever job they have and these two certainly do. My wife and I are from eastern Oregon and like Baskin Robbins ice cream, so I stopped by to get some. I dont know the owners or anyone who works there, but I will definitely be back the next time we are in this area...

Ive got to say theyre great for making the worlds most unique shakes available with all the combinations of ice creams and sherbet anything you can conceive for a flavored shake theyre only too happy to make and the prices are really really good too

Always clean, great costumer service, and variety. I havent gone in for about 7 years, and I decided to go in to see if it had changed. It absolutely has not. They have the classic flavors such as the sherbets and Daiquiri Ice flavors, etc. The prices are the same and probably the cheapest place to get ice cream in the valley. For a family of 3 who both ordered two scoops on a waffle cone it cost about $11.47.I used to go to Yogurt Hut, and I doubt I will be going back, any time soon at least. Baskin Robbins are way cheaper than Yogurt Hut AND Coldstone. Its now my favorite ice cream place yet again.Their ice cream cakes are delicious and also reasonably priced. I havent gotten one bad experience since Ive been buying ice cream, cakes and other goodies from there.

The remodling makes it look updated and courteous employees. Although it is bit expensiveUpdate! The owner is nice and its a nice store but if you want a milkshake after 8 just save the time and go to cold stone. They just tell you the machine is down for the night. I assume they clean it early and are lazy. Sort of like Jack N the Box.

Milkshakes r no bueno...super expensive & Burger Kings are way better. Their ice cream selection is bomb tho & we got waffle bowls with double scoops of pumpkin cheesecake ice cream for less than 8 bucks :-D

Baskin-Robbins is hands down my favorite place to eat. They have AMAZING Customer Service. For example, one of the waiters came by and gave me a free refill (Reading my mind) without me asking. Baskin-Robbins has Bottomless Fries, Drinks, and more. Bottomless items have FREE refills. Baskin-Robbins has Excellent Burgers and Fries. Great place to eat.

Ive cream is always good! Classic Baskin-Robbins work young people working the counter that are very friendly. The ice cream is always great and a little overpriced. But, good for the occasional treat.

I called in a Sponge Bob birthday cake for my sons party 20 hours before I needed it and they were incredibly accommodating! The made him a custom cake for 6 people for around $25. My kids absolutely loved it and even though it had blue icing it wasnt too sweet and tasted really wonderful! We chose vanilla with vanilla cake. His party was at 5:00 and we picked it up at 3:00 without any problems. Ive previously ordered my ice-cream cakes from another chain ice-cream store (it might start with a D & a Q)...the only problem is that theyre not very consistent and sometimes their cakes taste like freezer burn. Baskin-Robbins created this one from scratch for me. Ill absolutely be ordering more icecream cakes from them.

Baskin-Robbins is an American Icon. I absolutely love my visits my local 31 flavors, makes me feel like a little kid all over again. From the moment you walk in, youre in awe and amazement at all the flavors, options and the mind starts going into over drive lol! The thing I like about our local 31 flavors is that its always clean, youre always greeted with a smile! The staff truly enjoy working here and are always waiting to offer suggestions or samples. Yes the prices are a little on the high side but..... isnt worth it to be able to step back in time for some good old fashioned ice cream and service? I highly recommend Baskin-Robbins 31 flavors just do it, you cant go wrong after all with 31 flavors to choose from!

We had a Crater Comets coupon, buy a two scoop sundae and get one free....the person waiting on us started scooping the ice cream, then changed to a very small scoop - we said the scoops were very very small and asked why they switched....turns out when you have a free scoop coupon, there is a free scoop size scoop......bad form. We will not be coming back...shocked actually at the deception.

To cut a long story short, this was supposed to be the light at the end of the tunnel for my husbands horrid week at work. They started caring one of his favorite flavors (watermelon chip, very refreshing during the summer). We walk in when we finally get up to the counter, my husband asks the associate if the already almost empty carton of watermelon chip was all they had. The associate told my husband No we have more, unless you want to torture me and make me pack you some. My husband said thats really the only thing we were coming for. Her attitude when she replied well is that what you want? was the last straw. After a hard day in the heat, already paying way more for over-glorified shaved ice and finally getting attitude we just didnt want to spend out money there. Weve had better service in the past, great service, but it was just the wrong associate.

Unfriendly girl took our order. When she gave me my shake, I said my husband still needs to order, he told her he wanted a waffle cone with 2 scoops of.....and didnt finish telling her the flavor, she didnt even give him a chance and decided to pick for him and gave him 2 scoops of her choice. My husband didnt even say anything as he was very upset.Que vergüenza!
