This store has never disappointed. I used to work here back in high-school Im 2003. Crazy how time flies! Amazing selection of sunglasses and service that exceeds most. I didnt intend on purchasing glasses today but wanted to see the selection of options and maybe thered be potential. Mean while, an amazing woman catered to my current sunglasses. She cleaned them so well its like theyre brand new again! Im impressed beyond gratitude. You forever have my heart

Right when I walk through the door the elderly women working gave a nasty glare. She was not patient and extremely rude. She should’ve just stayed home if she was in a bad mood. Will not be returning to this sunglass hut ever. They should fire her honestly i have never seen customer service as bad as hers. She was even being rude to customers before me

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice selection of glasses. If they dont have what you want in stock they will order it and have then delivered to your door!!

They are so amazing and helpful

So I understand that COVID may have brought about necessary changes in a lot of operating procedures within retail establishments. Apparently one of those changes is a maximum of 3 people within this store. That is, unless they are a group. In which case there is no limit, and upwards of 6 people can be in the store. I wanted to exchange a pair of glasses recently purchased but could not due to the maximum capacity of people within the store already being reached and even surpassed by a single group of people. This doesn’t seem logical whatsoever and in fact feels like it might be more than somewhat unlawful at that. I’m going to look into what kind of laws are allowing these conditional entry guidelines to be so undefined and without reason. This used to be the only store I would go to for sunglasses, I will not be returning here again though.

I wish they had more of a selection here I do believe they have a lot of sunglasses but it seems to be one in the same when it comes to the different models. I would like to say that if they had a different variety to swap maybe the lenses so you could choose the frame you wanted and then they could put the lenses in for free that would be great. But I do love the service and the people there they do a really good job of making you feel like youre getting what you want and theres no pressure on buying anything so a list give it a try if youre looking for a pair of sunglasses sometimes they do have a unique pair that you do like

Im giving this place a one star strictly based on the lack of service I had. I went in for original Ray-Ban polarized wayfarers only to be told that they were phasing them out for the new style. I asked the store employee if he would be able to look them up online, but he insisted that if they didnt have them in store they would most likely not be in the warehouse. In a matter of seconds I was able to find them on the Sunglass hut website. So I went ahead and ordered them myself. He was not interested in helping me as a customer, or making a sale. Will not return.
