Wishing well is my all time favorite place to shop! Anytime I’m asked where to get plants this is the #1 place I recommend. Wonderful selection of plants and great prices. I’ve found multiple wish list plants from here! They’re the sweetest family and are so warm and welcoming! There’s also lots of adorable house decor and pond stuff!

I love Wishing Well! They are an amazing family run business. They really care about their customer and are honest genuine people. At Christmas time I get a Christmas tree from them every single year. It’s become a ritual now to get a customized stones to use as headstones for my passed fur family. And I always swing by to look at their lovely houseplant collection whenever I drive by. I’m so grateful to have such a wonderful family owned business like them in the valley

I should have written this long long ago, but after the devastating Almeda fires, I went into the store to buy a gift for our babysitters grandma who lost her home in the fire. The owners of the store graciously offered to buy a gift for her also, and I didnt even hint at this possibility. The items are beautiful in the store, and so are the people obviously.

I have purchased multiple plant-related items from Wishing Well, all amazing quality. I love that they are a family-owned business with great values. Wishing Well is such a fun store to visit and sometimes I go just to walk around and see what kind of interesting things they are selling.

After reading that masks are required on this web site, I was very surprised to find that staff behind the checkout counter did not wear any face covering and were not behind any barrier. They told me that as long as there was 3 ft between us a mask was not required. This store is welcome to do whatever they want - however - would have been nice if they posted their choice before I entered an enclosed indoor area!

I really can’t describe how awesome this family is to work with! I was brand new to this and they held my hand the whole entire way! I described what I had in my head and boom! Set me up with exactly what I needed! I can’t tell you how many times I walked in for just simply advise and were impeccably accommodated. I’m still fine tuning the flow and rocks but it’s precisely what I wanted! A huge thank you to Ben and his Family ( kind of ashamed I don’t know all their names by heart )

This store was gorgeous. It has everything!!! I loved the atmosphere, the home decor and their knowledge on all things plants!! Small business at its finest!

Ive been here twice and love it. They have really cute houseplants and a huge selection with different plants every week.

Their prices are a lot higher on plants than the grange co op right across the street. They charge $10 more for the same plant, from the same nursery, and they removed the original price sticker AND took cuttings from the plant for themselves (tips of vines were freshly cut and still dripping) Also they seem kind of inconsiderate of their customers with how they are handeling the mask situation.Edited to add: apparently they call their paying customers liars now. Nice. I have photo evidence of this, same exact plant from same nursery (wood burn nursery) at grange for $10 less and they did take sittings from it. They even told a friend of mine that went in there that they are propagation the same plant they took cuttings from.Edit #2: interesting that they come up with a name of a specific plant even though I didn’t specify which plant they cut lolAnd the place they told my friend they were propping (over a month ago) was not “string of hearts”Yes, a lot of stores order from the woodburn nursery, but they do not charge as much as you charge for the same plant. Now where’s the lie?Also, no way am I going back in your store even after being a customer for over 20 years. Thanks for giving me permission to shop elsewhere 😆

Beautiful beautiful amazing dual family business 75 yrs in! Amazing water feature supplies including fish, water plants and indoor plants. Then the other building has some stellar trees paperback cherry trees with gorgeous bark, a nicely established monkey puzzle tree that would look amazing in someones yard!!! And oh my goodness so much more than I can ever list here! Stop in and take a stroll and bring home some new plant pets to join your amazing home!!!! I absolutely recommend the store to anybody and everybody they are super attentive to your needs and listen and help you. I give the store five stars and I also give the family five stars some of the most kindhearted honest down to earth people I’ve ever met I am super blessed to know them.

They are always warm and welcoming every time we go in. Its like visiting with friends.

I bought a string of pearls plant here a few months ago that was beautiful but unfortunately didn’t thrive. I brought it back and a lady working there went above and beyond to re-pot it for me and give me expert tips to better take care of it. The whole store is very cool and lovely to look through, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Employees don’t wear masks or ask anybody else to either. Shop at your own risk.

Darling garden store with loads of pond building supplies. Went to find a gift for my Grandma and was overwhelmed with good options, had fun poking around and came out with this rustic pail planter and some air plants to finish off with rocks and moss at home.

Very nice place to shop! We have a pond, they have a great selection of beautiful pond plants, including the beautiful Lotus flower, koi, butterfly koi and others. My husband always finds pond parts for pond projects hes working on.Complete pond section, pumps, filters, hoses, fittings, you name it.And a very large nursery. Inside many unusual indoor plants, just a great selection! And, and oh yes the gift store section.Very fun place to shop, go with time lots to see.Cant forget the most important part of the review. The family they are great! So helpful, so friendly and knowledge able. Thank you Wishing Well for always making our visit such a nice visit.

Always a joy to come in for the past decade. This is our number one stop for pond materials and plants. The kids get overly excited and want to buy all the plants and fishes as usual. Cant wait to get out pond up and running again!

They deserve 10 stars. The specialty plants I had been madly on the hunt for, I found here. They were in healthy, beautiful condition. The store is Cozy and welcoming as well. Their pricing is phenomenal and I will absolutely be back. You will not be disappointed with their selection or their customer service.

We have a fountain in front of our house that wasnt working, so I called Wishing Well. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day, and the two young men that came (one of which was the owners son) were friendly, efficient, and responsible. Rather than charging me for a new pump, they took the existing pump back to their facility, repaired a broken part, and brought it back a day later. I was VERY pleased with the result and appreciated both the attentive service and the inclination to not have me spend more than necessary to get the fountain working again. Highly recommended!

Its an amazing place! All of the different ponds, and wishing wells. There is a man, who uses a chainsaw to carve various statues. They are totally awesome! Youve just got to check this place out!

They have so much to see here and their prices are very reasonable!There are lots of outdoor items for your pond and garden like fountains, birdbaths, carved rocks, water plants, wood carvings, metal sculptures and garden plants. During warmer months they carry live fish for your pond as well.They have a full section of water garden and pond items for building, decorating and maintaining your watery oasis, as well as trained friendly staff who have the necessary knowledge to help you do it.The atmosphere of the store is friendly, open and spacious. Its very easy to wander comfortably throughout the building looking at all the pretty home decor, statues, wall hangings, nic nacs, clocks, etc.The merchandising is pleasurable and thoughtfully layed out for customers comfort.They also have a small section of cute jewelry and fun clothing items and an adorable room full of baby anda nursery gifts. Lots of nice things for the newlyweds on your shopping list as well.Outside the store on their front covered porch they had a SALE section where I found some delightful bargains and had fun rummaging a bit.I spent an hour shopping here on my first visit and came back the same day to find more things Id seen that decided I wanted.This will definitely be a store I visit every time Im in the Medford area!They are located on a main thoroughfare with very easy in and out access. A large parking lot right in front of the store.Update: After I was back home a bit, I found there was a damaged item I purchased unknowingly. I emailed the store (after hours) and they responded immediately! They gave me a full refund with a gracious apology with zero hassle. Now that is how you make an awesome business a customers favorite place to support!!!
