Great place to shop so far! This is my favorite whole foods for my weekly grocery shopping. This location is well organized and very clean. The staff is courteous and friendly for the most part. Kudos for the hiring manager!

Kind of pricey. Good selection for Keto/Vegan/vegetarian products. Ordered through Amazon groceries. Took a long time to get my items. Plus, I had deleted some items and they still charged me and brought the deleted items.

Great grocery store !vegetables are so perfect and fresh

Good sized store with plenty to of items to choose from, that is very clean and well organized. Friendly staff and fairly large parking lot. Very heavily scented(even with mask on)as most whole foods are. But if youre sensitive to strong smells you might not want to go inside. Bakery and nice meat section as well. Plenty of room in aisles and food areas to move around and not feel crowded in tiny aisles, like some whole food stores. Very pleasant store to shop in. Havent been in a whole food store in years because they were so outrageously over priced years ago. But I just got a gallon of milk and some hamburger and the prices were actually not horribly higher than other stores. Definitely will go back and check out prices on other items as I really enjoyed this store. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

Nice, big, clean store with lots of options, friendly staff, and is now owned by Amazon. Supposedly with lower prices but I didnt see anything astounding today. Also they are attached to a Starbucks and share the restroom with their customers.

Thanks to the kind lady who let us into the rest room when the store was not open yet. We came from a travel and my son really wanted to use rest room. All places around didnt let us. Thank you for the kindness.P.S. By the way, great crab soup! Later we purchased it there.

This whole foods is right next to my house and is never too busy which for me is a good thing. Plus their the quality of the produce is always to the highest standards as far as Im concerned.

Whole food market was good but I was a bit confused. They had a lot of half foods (i.e. 1/2 watermelons, 1/2 roast chickens, 1/2 cakes...etc) I will still give 5 stars as I was able to get a whole cucumber & a whole sandwich.Will return.

This is hands down my favorite Whole Foods in the area. This is mostly to do with the patrons being a bit more relaxed than in some of the nearby locations. Its possible the store has a little more space to work with.

The days of leisurely drives to the grocery store are long gone. WFM is now teeming with fast-moving experienced shoppers ready to run over babies to complete their orders. Nonetheless, the food, hours, and service are all excellent.

I love whole Foods for all the purity of the products.Pricey but worth it.

This is the wort place to shop simply because there are way too many inexperienced prime shoppers on the sales floor who literally park their carts right in front of the products while shopping. There is a lady Ive seen who trains them telling them to keep their carts with them wherever they go. It is completely senseless to keep your cart in front of the products and literally dragging all along. They need to do better at training these shoppers. To make matters worst, I had to have a conversation with the manager by the name of Molly and she didnt even care. Every time I am there to shop, Molly whos suppose to be a manager only walks around the entire store doing absolutely nothing with herself. I can tell the frustration from these shoppers comes from management. They seem miserable because management puts so much pressure on them but dont support them. Ive even over heard not one but a couple of times --They keep hiring people who cant seem to understand what theyre doing but firing people who knows what theyre doing for bogus reasons. Managers likes to pick and choose who to fire but never sees the bright hard working side of people. As far as the Whole foods team, their management see to be more wonderful. They seem to care more about customers concerns. They will greet, say hello and know the meaning of customer service. Upper management really needs to have a chat with these prime shoppers and their manager. They need to have an open door policy. Its obvious management takes sides more on how many orders can these shoppers take and not even care if there are babies in the store. Worrying about how many orders a shopper can take is way more important than someone hurting themselves with their carts. UNBELIEVABLE.

I was just a little confused the last time I came here. I was shopping for my mom and she loves yogurt. I went to where the yogurt usually is and was surprised to find it was filled with thousands of tiny lizards. As I got close to the lizards they all stopped and looked at me in perfect unison. I looked at the price tag cause I figured with this many lizards there must have been a deal on them. However the tags didnt have prices on them but intricate coordinates. I didnt end up buying a lizard cause I didnt know if I had enough money on me. Im glad you guys added a lizard section but please make it more clear to where you moved the yogurt.

Gone are the days of relaxed trips to the grocery store. WFM is now filled with fast moving professional shoppers who will run over babies to complete their orders. Nevertheless, the food, hours, and staff remain excellent.

Easy layout nice staff very helpful

I rarely shop here, but I had to do Amazon return there, the place smelled great, and looked super clean, checkout was easy too. I had forgotten how nice it was shopping here and the great produce they have.

Reasonable selection of groceries. Less busy than the fresh pond location. Main disappointment is the halfway measures for bikes. They only have two u bars and they are not bolted down very well, allowing rocking.

Great burrito bowls. Overall expensive prices, but quality costs extra. Great lunch spot!

A nice mid-sized Whole Foods. I appreciate that theres usually a display with seasonal local produce right at the front! This location has more selection than the Arlington location (especially a bigger produce section and the bulk bins) but is smaller than the huge one by Alewife (which I find hard to navigate). I always go at the busiest time, Sunday afternoon, but am still able to find parking and get through the store pretty quickly. Stars of the show: cookie bar and bulk bin oats.

We have recently moved from a large city with many Whole Foods to choose from.We now live in a small town without a Whole Foods.When we visit family in their city, we make several trips to Whole Foods.Organic products abound.Well organized with choices from fresh seafood to beauty needs.A great shopping experience.

I try not to shop here. It’s the closest market to my home unfortunately. It’s owned by Amazon, one of the worst companies in the world. Whole Foods makes rich people feel like they’re doing something good for the world since they sell a lot of organic stuff, but then those same people keep living their destructive lives feeling like they made a difference when they really haven’t.

This particular store has the best vegan pizza (by the slice) out of all Whole Foods in the area. There is this amazing sauce-less mushroom vegan pizza. If you see it there, get it! Soooo good. An after work go-to for me. Have probably had this pizza 30+ times now.

Great store. I love having it nearby. A bit pricey so we have to be careful what we buy here. The food bar is also a temptation. My son loves to pick these big heavy salads, with mac and cheese, which adds up quickly!

As with most WF in the area, this one is filled with wonderful and diverse items. Youll also find a range of niche specialities that larger stores wont necessarily carry. Service and staff are all friendly, and can definitely help you find what youre looking for if you ever feel lost or overwhelmed by the selection. Convenient place to stop on my commute home. Usually have a good selection of cheese samples. Staff is really nice, plus this Whole Foods shares the space with Starbucks and a solid liquor store.

Great, small Whole Foods Market. Very friendly. Good selection. Not the overwhelming big, fancy market but down to earth, everyones market. Easy in and out. Actually some great bargains in the house brand, many are less expensive than other local markets.

An employee named Vinnie is the reason i am writing this review. He has outstanding customer service skills, always has a smile, engages my kids in conversation, and is just a ray of sunshine while being efficient.Otherwise the store has a good selection, easy to park, literally 2 seconds away from the main road that leads to Rte 2.

My favorite whole foods! The store is huge and very organized and their prepared foods are so much better than arlington down the road. The staff is cheerful and motivated. Only downside is the traffic on rush hour but that store is worth driving a bit more. If you like whole foods youll love this store.

They could do a lot better.I go in to look to see what I need, or what Itrust because I have bought it before.They want your money but do not treatyou like youre their customer.Customer Service is, if not very poor.Non - existant.If I could find what I need and be satisfied,like yogurt fruit bread. Whole foods in Medford is great. Bakery and produce staff are always a pleasure and so helpful. Prices are coming down; seedless grapes $1.99 this week; 85% lean grass fed burger $3.99.

Pricey but good (especially the prepared foods), as wholefoods go. The pizza wasnt the greatest.Update (2017-09)Certain items have seen decrease in price, but overall, they are still higher than elsewhere. If you value their curation of products, the additional margin isnt too unreasonable.

Please train the Amazon return employees to ask if the customer wants refund or store credit! Refunding for store credit without asking is a dishonest practice, it doesn’t reflect well on the store.

This is my first & last time to this location. I thought the Charlestown one was bad with a poor produce section always very poorly stocked, in addition to other items throughout the store. This location is worse! I’m fortunate to have been to various Whole Foods locations across several states on the East coast, and the Boston area ones are by far the worst. Lynnfield is probably the most decent one in the area.

Our local supermarket, so we go fairly often. Nearly all our encounters with staff have been positive, and the produce and meat options are the best in the area. Its not as cheap as other supermarkets, but you get what you pay for.

Ive been going to this Whole Foods for over a decade since I first moved to the area. The place is high quality, clean, professional workers, huge food bar, and even bigger parking lot. I have nothing to complain about.

I love this store. Its small comparing to other WF stores and but thats what makes it so cozy and special. Staff is super nice and knowledgeable.

This Whole Foods has a great selection of cheese, however its considerably smaller than many other whole foods. Hot and cold bar has limited selection. No Sushi :-(

Although others post that Whole Foods is expensive, I find that shopping carefully provides me with superior quality food, meats, produce and fish at good prices. I regularly stop by to take advantage of their sales.

Goji berries, and granola by bulk. And SO entirely happy they sell Unsweetened Hemp milk!!!! Buy some please!! I know the product sounds weird, but its SO healthy for us and THE BEST bang for your Bux nutritionally, not to mention Fabulously YUmmy!

Employees are incredibly helpful, the store has a variety of items, and there are many options available for dietary restrictions. Getting there is impossible! Theres always at least some traffic and during busy times it can be a standstill. Its difficult to enter the parking lot, only one entrance.

Im obsessed with the fact that whole foods bakery always has vegan items for sale. Its such a life-saver when theres no time to cook at home. They are also catered to a literally whole foods plant based lifestyle which is amazing because they always have fresh produce, vegan alternatives for every food type and soooo much more. The healthcare and wellbeing items for sale are also out of this world. I could spend fortunes in that store! Not to mention the face that Starbucks is a great addition to every store. Loving the Amazon prime membership discount on top of everything.

Usually I stop by at this place for only Starbucks but sometimes would go in for a mini Tuna Salad which is basically this small $4 tuna burger. Today the cashier just rang $8.55 for this small thing without even questioning the steep price for a tiny burger. When I protested, he acted like...what?! and then asked some lady to just disappear with the burger in hand!This is the second time this so called mislabeled incident has happened to me! What if I hadn’t known about the price of this tiny nugget....?By the way I’ve never had this problem at other Wholefoods locations!

I love this location. Its a nice size with good selection, but its never really crowded, and theres always parking available.

Has generally better everything, though as expected, gets pricey. A number of reasonable deals can be found however. And cheese.

Prices are too high and the store is filled with weird items. Its where all the artsie,fartsie, hippy dippy people shop. Toms tooth paste and environmentally freindly dish soap. I only go in for fresh vegetables. Otherwise everything else is overpriced. You can find all your everyday items in weird packaging and going for a dollar more than its competitors. I shop here occasionally because its within walking distance from the house. But I would never shop here intentionally. I had an incident in there once where the Bakery manager was not only rude but 100 percent. Wrong in an answering a question about a baking technique. 38 yrs in the industy, I believe I know what Im talking about. Its a long story I wont bore you with the details, but her answer to a customer was absolutely 100 percent incorrct, and she couldnt have been more condescending. The whole store has a were so much better than you vibe.

Hard to get a vegan-friendly non-GMO parking space, but their quality bakery selection, fresh produce and underground social justice mixers always make up for it. Four stars!
