The manger was amazing and helpful. We bought a generator and didnt need it anymore they very quick to help and even went the extra mile to help us unload it. The girls that work at this store make me feel confident with the product

I hate Harbor Freight but sometimes its the only place to get the items you need. I love their yellow small part sorting bins, the box of chip brushes which are great for applying contact cement, They have pneumatic hand truck wheels on the cheap. Due to pandemic I make my visits there quick, place is always got 10 more people than I want to be around.

Love this place!!! They have it all at a great rate; really need a job here !!! Lol

After shopping the entire area for a reasonably priced hobbyist volt meter and finding nothing but $125 professional models, Harbor Freight got me. Out the door with a volt meter and a socket tester for under $20. Definitely shopping there in the future.

Great place to get tools in a pinch. Just have to remember you get what you pay for and lets face it you dont pay very much for tools here LOL. The great thing is most tools are lifetime warranty so if you do end up breaking them you can bring it back in and get another one swapped out no questions asked.

Tool quality has improved significantly over the years. Its easy to grab a cart and spend an hour or more there filling the cart up. Cant beat the pricing

Beware made me drag welder to the front of the store because customers are not allowed to use handcarts then it was marked open box but pieces were missing, cashier said they werent included but i pointed to the box where it said it was then he changed his story and said it was as is even though it sId it had a 5 day warranty

I’ve gone to several harbor freight locations. In general, affordable. Now, for Medford, OR -The place is not well stocked. The lines are impossibly long, so i usually just turn away when i see long lines.Today, with only one person in line and 4 employees at registers, i tried to purchase items. Three of them attended to a phone call and one cashier worked. I tried to check out with any of the three on the phone and they simply refused and told me to wait on the one that was working. I think this might be my last try at this location.

I was in store for about three hrsMt basket was half way full and saw a tailgater generator and wanted to purchaseWell I found out that they dont sell display models is what Sam the store associate..My mind wouldnt leave it alone so I went back and asked why are some of those display models sayIf wanting to purchase pleas take to store associate.. So I.called Sam back over and asked about why those display models said that.. He basically told me I need to leave my basket and goThat was horrible. And a waist of time

Well I have been shopping here for years and normally, I have received exceptional service but lately, my faith in the business itself has been less than satisfying. I walked into the store in search for an alarm for our driveway. After searching and not finding it, I searched for someone to help me. I walked toward the back and saw a woman who worked there. I saw that she was getting on her cell phone so I motioned for her to ask if someone could help me. Before I got a word out, she yelled Im on lunch . I looked at her and said, well can you find me someone e that can help me? She walked off and when she got to the front she called for customer service and left the store. I spoke with the supervisor and he told me that she was off the clock but it was no excuse to treat a customer like that. I got on the corporate website and made a formal complaint only to be contacted by the manager of the area to inform me that she was off the clock and they would look into it. No offer to make it right or anything. I am very disappointed with the service that has become the norm for this store. Its sad because it was one of my favorite stores to shop in. Corporate needs to take better care of customer complaints instead of sweeping it under the rug by shoving bureaucratic rhetoric down my throat in Hopes that it will just go away. You have to treat your customers as if they are who is paying your wages.

Only 2 workers 1 knew what they were doing other was clueless. Grabbed several generator slips just to be told there out. Cashier was so slow line was through the store

You get what you pay for. I get many things there. They’re not the greatest, but they work and do what I want them to do.

Harbor Freight Tools remains the go to place for affordable tools in many places. This location is standard. You can get almost anything, lathe tools, welding supplies, air tools, automotive and much more. They have gradually been raising quality (and prices) but it still pays to know the difference between a usable tool and a piece of junk. Some of the items here are very, very good, but others are useful as a paperweight at best. Service at this location is better than many, but stock is a bit sparser than some.

Got to love this place. They have most of what you need. Life time items and usually a freebie. Always get that 2 yr replacement it will save you money. Buy any tool and get 27 months to replace it heck ye . Ive never had a problem here. They may be busy but will always try to help each customer asa .

The only place to go for tools and power tools. Some of my best tools come from here. And they have a wide variety of tools and other things such as automotive scanners, hardware, electrical, chains, security camera systems. And also great prices.

Have everything u need....most tools have lifetime warranty now which is awesome but the staff is usually rude and do everything not to make eye contact so they dont have to engage u when ur trying to get their help. Apparently restocking tools is all they are required to do in my experience shopping there 20+ times in 2020

Wide selection of hardware goods. Visited today for 25% off Labor Day sale. It was nice to witness Cindy, the manager, allow a guest who wasnt able to tolerate the store deep line come to the front. Its little gestures like this that make everyone feel welcome and sets some stores apart from others. With the sale the prices are very reasonable and it was extra nice to find shelves well stocked.

Quality of tools are just below mid range. Depending on what youre using tools for will determine how long they last. Fair priced. You get what you pay for. Large variety of inventory.
