The quality of my glasses that I got today was, Not up to the stander that I got my last pair form walmart this pair same day got scratched and major glare. I ordered the scratch resistant and anti-glare and I didnt get either on this new pair.. these feel cheap

Dr. Marcin’s staff was friendly and professional; however, when I asked the doctor to please include my pupillary distance on my glasses Rx, he became somewhat rude and I actually had to ask him twice. I later found out that with my PD MEASUREMENT I could purchase eyeglasses elsewhere (and online), and apparently I shouldn’t have asked because optometrists like Marcin want you to purchase from them alone. As it turns out, Dr. Marcin gave me an incorrect PD (through error or on purpose), and it cost me a couple hundred in incorrect glasses AND I had to see another optometrist to get my CORRECT eyeglasses prescription. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO VISION MAXX.

Dr Johnson is awesome, I’ve been seeing her for a few years. Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and thorough, she answers all questions completely. Never makes you feel like she is rushed. Great care all around.

We see Dr. Johnson there. She is amazing. She is really good with kids as I just took my son there and she helped him feel comfortable. His anxiety went away and he had a good exam.The staff including James and the office manager Karol are the best and kindest. I have been going there for several years now and will go nowhere else. Give them a try. I did a long time ago and we will be back again.

Staff and doctor are amazing! Having worn glasses for the last 20 years, I have had my share of good and bad experiences buying glasses, but this was probably my best experience ever! After I punctured my cornea with a plant, they got me in as an emergency right away. Dr. Johnson was amazing! Absolutely as sweet as can be and made me feel so comfortable. Love them!

I have always had a great experience here. Dr. Johnson is wonderful! Her exams are very thorough and I always feel like I understand what is going on with my eyes. Carol and the rest of the staff are very professional and helpful. 4 stars instead of 5 just because I wish there were a few more less expensive frame options.

My sons glasses broke on one of the arms. The break was in the arm material so it would have to be replaced instead of repaired. We had to temporarily glue it together so he could attend school that day before we went to Vision Maxx for replacement. Once we got to Vision Maxx we were told because we made the emergency repair that it was not covered under warranty. If we just brought it in broken, it would have been covered.UPDATE: I expressed my concern with the warranty policy with the store management and they were able to make it right. Very happy how this was resolved and would recommend VisionMaxx for your eyecare needs.

Dr. Marcin and the VisionMaxx staff are terrific! Ive been a patient of Dr. Marcins for several years now. I once injured my eye a just few minutes before the close of business. I rushed over without contacting the office, and when I arrived Dr. Marcin had already left for the day. The staff reached out to him, and he came back to the office to take care of me. That level of care was unexpected, but greatly appreciated. I would recommend him, and VisionMaxx to anyone with eye care needs.

I am so impressed with this store. I dropped one of contacts on the floor two mornings ago- last pair! I’d been wearing my glasses since, waiting until payday and time allowed me to go buy more. Friday afternoon I rush out of work and stop at 20/20 and Walmart. Neither had my strength in stock (granted, my lenses are strong so I get it) both places quoted a weeks wait, and 20/20 only offered a trial pair to get me through if I bought 2 boxes. I couldn’t afford that so I just went home. This evening I decided to go back out and try visionmaxx. The two associates working the counter were not only kind, but very accommodating. They allowed me to purchase only one box (luckily both my eyes are the same strength!) and still have me a trial pair- plus, my contacts will arrive by Tuesday. I will continue to order through this store- customer service plus efficiency is a rare find. This made my day- thank you!

Visionmaxx with Dr John is the only place we have gone for eye checkups and glasses since we moved here in 1998. They have the latest scanning equipment as well, not available everywhere. This is especially important for us due to special eye issues that require frequent high resolution 3D scanning. They always offer friendly, very informative and competent service. We highly recommend them.

I recently moved to the Melbourne area and was dreading having to find new family doctors. I went to vision maxx and quickly felt like part of a family. They were professional and caring I had a great experience and I left knowing that I have found the new optometrist for my family.

I just moved to Melbourne a week ago, and went to VisionMax because it was near my apartment. Dr. Lynn Johnson and her staff were more than warming and welcome, and the service was high quality. Dr. Johnson told me everything I needed to know and all of my possible options, and they even let me out of there with a new pair of contacts, all of my prescription work, and more than enough extra contact solution just to be kind. I will be returning for frames from them

Worst experience ever 🙄Taking my business to 20/20 eyeglass superstore

Service was excellent and my prescription and glasses were fit perfectly!!!! Staff was friendly and helpful every step of the way.

I went there because they were close to my home and had a good selection. Went there three times to have my eyeglasses adjusted and they never got it right. Finally went to my old eye doctor and he fixed them for me in about 3 minutes and they have been fine since. I have insurance and they were charging the max on all the co-pays. I went back to my old eye doctor because he was more affordable. I find it funny that this eye doctor cost about $50 more for a visit than my other eye doctor with the same insurance. I went back to my old eye doctor and saw just how bad the treatment, skill and cost was at VisionMaxx. I wont be going back there.

VisionMaxx of Brevard violated HIPPA during my visit in 2018 by accessing another patient’s chart and running their insurance as mine. They informed me I had no copay at the time of my visit, which I informed them was untrue. They told me it must be your previous insurance which I said no, you have my current insurance. Not one time did they have me verify my date of birth, either on the phone or in the office. They had the audacity to call me several weeks later to tell me they grabbed the wrong chart and charged the wrong insurance. They were trying to collect money owed, which I informed them they would not receive due to their gross incompetence.Fast forward nearly a year later and I’m in need of an emergency eye visit. I’m told I have an appointment at 12:10. At 11:45 I receive a call asking where am I because they’ve finished up for the morning and that I was supposed to be walking in to an appointment. I said no, I called and spoke with Danny who gave me an appointment or the option to walk in sooner. When I arrive, they tried to collect the money from their previous HIPPA violation which I said no, I will not be paying.In addition, the patient exam rooms are covered in dust mites, so if you have dust mite allergies stay far away.

About 5 years ago, my progressive lense glasses were virtually unusable, from an expensive Indian Harbour Beach business. I went to VisionMaxx and they fixed me up perfectly, and cheaper. I have been going there ever since and I am quite happy.

Dr John Marcin and the staff at Vision Maxx are exceptional. I hesitated to say this but they have never been anything but outstanding. Both my wife and have been seeing Dr Marcin for over twenty years. Thanks for your professional care and dedication to excellence.

Dr. Marcin is wonderful. He is professional and will go out of his way to help anyone. Even though I am covered by a different insurer he has selflessly helped me with my epiretinal membrane condition. I will forever be grateful to him and his entire staff.

I have worked with the staff at Vision Maxx for many years now. I can not say enough good things about the service and the value they offer.

Everything was great except for the condescending attitude of the woman that is in the back handling the doctors patients, she is like that all the time, I noticed it when my wife went there as well as myself...too bad I had to deal with her the most...suggest some training and maybe move another person from the front desk back there!
