I needed to send a fax to my health insurance company today. I had been fruitlessly calling around to several big box stores, who would not accommodate my request to email them the pages I needed faxed. For some inexplicable reason, they required that I be physically present during a pandemic to send a fax. Frustrated, I decided to call Mail Stop & More. I am so glad that I did! Julian had excellent phone skills. He effectively, helpfully, and pleasantly answered my questions. He took care of my fax needs via email and called me to accept payment, then sent me a receipt via email. Wondrous. It was very pleasant to deal with someone who clearly values their customers, I would highly recommend.

These folks are great. Quality service and advice whenever I have to send packages. Lots of options but never trying to sell me more than I need. They help me get everything taken care of quickly and efficiently.

I would give this place six stars if I could. I’ve been a customer here for months after moving to Patrick Airforce Base. I get the best service here and have saved so much money. They use their shipping discount and apply it to your packages. Recently I saved 58 dollars shipping back a heavy steering box for my truck. I never have to worry about my packages being stolen and there’s accountability for sketchy sellers on eBay.Even with all these great attributes— the monthly cost is a fraction of what it costs at the UPS or Fedex stores. Even better, I never have to deal with lines out the door. When I used UPS it wasn’t uncommon to spent 30-45 minutes just picking up my packages. After moving I ordered a ton of items from amazon. Visiting the store and experiencing Julian and his families positive demeanor always brightened my day. I was also really impressed how quickly they learned my name. You even have access to your mailbox 24/7.This is one of the best business I’ve found since moving to the area. I cannot recommend them enough!

Not only is this a wonderful local store that is very nice to deal with for your regular shipping needs but they go above and beyond for their customers. I made an error in sending a package to my son who is away at school. Julian went the extra mile to it hunt down and it was retrieved without a hitch. Additionally, I have observed Julian as he patiently explained to several different customers the changes Amazon has made to their shipping. He then walked each one through the website so they could properly make their returns. Stellar customer service!

I came in with financial documents requiring two separate witnesses and an additional notary. During that time I went to several other shops who mail and notarize, but they were not able to assist with the witness requirements.
