Staff was rude when we asked about a service their website said they had. They said they had no idea what was on the website and didnt offer to find out and the manager was insulting when asked for assistance. We will not be going back.

Came in for 1 item. First time in the store. No one there would help me. Took forever to find what I was looking for. Then when I did find it, the item was on sale, so I picked up two of them. Struggling to understand the layout of the store, I walked around and still no help. I wasnt the only one either. A Dad and his son were having the same issues. They did find someone, but all I heard was staff telling them what isle number. That is not very helpful. When I went to check-out, I was treated very poorly. Masked staff were very rude. One, in fact, seems to make sure everyone knows what his orientation is with his rainbow mask. This is unprofessional and should not be allowed. The mask should be neutral, not political. I was discriminated, and was practically thrown out of the store. I seriously hope that they learn some customer service skills and treat every person who walks through the door with dignity and respect and put aside their own beliefs and differences while they are working there. I will not be back. Ill go elsewhere. Negative 5 stars.

This place doesnt deserve 1 star. Worst customer service. Went in with docs for them to bind together which takes 3 mins and they turned me away because they were too busy. No customers around and 2 associates chatting. This is my 3rd time experiencing the worst customer service w/them within 6 months. Their manager is the least helpful. They find any reason they can to turn people away.

Went for ink cartridges. They have a large selection. The prices have gone up a lot. The service was great. Fast in and out.

Easily accessible from the main road and has plenty of free parking including for handicap accessible vehicles. Store was clean and well staffed with friendly employees. They were adhering to all COVID guidelines.The store was stocked pretty well but a suggestion would be to call ahead for items such as printer ink as like other stores their stock was limited due to the COVID.

What type of business supply store opens at 9am?!? Especially, if most businesses open at 9am?!? Really?! Me and two other people had to tern around and obviously make the trip to Walmart because of the poor choice in operating hours. SHAME! 8am should be standard for business supply stores..

Went there to get my vaccination card laminated. Which they did at no charge!

Customer service helped me print out an important document that I needed to get quickly! I’m very happy I called in to see what type of printing services they offered because sure enough you can go in and print something on standard paper for 12 cents! This saved me a trip 20 minute home to print and you can’t complain about 12 cents.

I had checked online for the product I was looking for to makes sure Staples had it in store, then went to grab it. When I got there, I found the product I was looking for, but it was 5x more expensive in store, but the exact same product number and everything (from $2 each to $10 each!). I was frustrated, but then when I consulted a worker they immediately apologized and price matched for me when I showed them the prices online and that it says they had it. Very impressed!

Absolutly ridicoulus, they have price goes up to do roof, a lots fees just for a simple printing, i hihgly reccomenden OFFICE DEPOT more affordable and fast services with NO FEES

I made an online order for business cards. My credit card was changed (not pending). I never received an email notification to pick up the order. I stopped by a few weeks later (I was out of state for conventions where I needed those business cards) to check on my order. They told me they cancelled the order because of copyright infringement. She could not tell me what about my business card is infringing. The card only had my original mascots that I use to promote my art studio. Wasted my time and potential loss of returning customers since I didnt have business cards to give them. Now I have to call up my bank and dispute the charge.I got my stuff printed from a Staples competitor instead. Looking at my card now, maybe Staples were being sticklers about me using pie eyes for my original characters since the character with yellow eyes made them look like it highly resembles a Pac Man. I mean who really knows right, not even this Staples location that cancelled my order in the first place.

Purchased a printer to support a visiting Calvary Chapel missionary. Unknown to the store, the box had been opened and cleverly retaped. When I opened it, there were signs such as fingerprints on the install CD. Not knowing if there was any ink left in the cartridges, I repacked it and returned it to this Staples. The manager was thorough and professional recognizing the printer had been tampered with. He exchanged it. Many thanks for the quick replacement.

Nice staff but computer hardware (like hard drives) have display boxes on the shelf but they dont actually have them in stock. If I wanted to order and wait for the product to come I would just order online. I feel like if the product isnt in the store, the display boxes should be taken down or marked out of stock.

I needed a product and asked one employee and found what I needed. In and out in 5 minutes. Great prices too.

Pretty helpful staff I been there several time to send fax fax machine real expensive thank good I dont use often. Store is very clean. They have computers laptops chairs etc

Price was a little confusing. Not clearly show. Still had Wednesday pricing and Black Fridays. Was told one thing by customer service person, different when you got to register. Did not honor the price told and on sign. Too confusing for store employees and customers.

I was very disappointed with this location. I needed invitations printed for a baby shower that my wife is having. Instead of looking over all the items we needed printed before charging us and printing them out Tommy the lady behind the counter didn’t check them for copyright infringement. We purchased designs off of Etsy and we didn’t know they wouldn’t print items that had copyright infringement. I’m angry because Tommy didn’t do her job properly. I’m mad that the beautiful invitations and decorations that were printed were just going to be thrown away. Now I have to find an alternative solution to print items I need. I will never return to this Staples ever again in my life. The employees here do not do their job correctly. If you purchase something off Etsy don’t expect them to print it for you.

I have used Staples printing services three times for small items like faxing and special prints and the service has always been professional and very helpful.

Will never ever set foot in there again. Waited and waited to get a simple proposal printed on my way to meet a client. I finally went to their color copier and it was updating the database.... I ended up just walking out.

Total ripoff I was charged an extra .50 cents for having prints from my jump drive. And waiting for them, to avoid the charge I have to come back the next day. That sucks
