For all your office needs Viera Office Depot is the place to go. Everyone is awesome, helpful and their suggestions are right on. Dave is my guide when I have a problem and he knows exactly what will work best for me. But all the staff is helpful. I love my Office Depot/Viera

Ive always had good experiences here in Viera. Had many things laminated, one just 2 days ago. A poster.... it was perfect. People are usually very friendly, but sometimes rushed. I had an 8 page color brochure done there 2 years ago. Very professional.

After checking out 2 other Office Depot locations, got the right advice and help from Oscar! Got my book 3 hole punched here, when two other stores turned me down😄

After having a very positive experience at another Office Depot in the area we went to the Viera location to have some products laminated. We were the only ones in the store & from the moment we asked the employee for assistance we were treated as we were bothering her. We told her what we needed, having this done at the other location already we knew the process and steps that needed to be taken as far as emailing the item, etc. we were then asked multiple times to connect to the store WiFi to “make it go faster” even though we were already connected to the WiFi. After printing out the items to be laminated, we were told to cut out what we want to be laminated, which we were never asked to do at the other location, and that if they do it, there will be an up charge. We told her that we will pay the up charge to have it done by what we thought was an experienced helpful employee like at the other location. She then told us it would be $50 to have the four items laminated, and proceeded to ask if we are able to pay for this. We asked if this was a question she asked all of her customers and informed her that we can indeed pay for it. The entire time she had an awful attitude making the entire situation somewhat uncomfortable. Once making it to the counter the price went from $50 to $74 somehow. After being completely fed up with the entire situation we left. We ended up driving out of our way to go back to the original Office Depot and were in and out within 5 minutes. I am completely disappointed in this Office Depot because I know how helpful a good employee can be and how damaging a bad one is.

Had a decent variation of supplies which I liked. Unfortunately theyre not very helpful with customer service. I came in with a friend to help her exchange a piece of a desk that they delivered broken. We have been in the store for 30 minutes waiting for someone to assist us. Ive looked around and even bought a few things nd she is still waiting for someone come assist her.Update: after walking around decided to purchase a few items, while waiting with my friend. I jumped in the line, which was about 20 people deep. I made it all the way through the line and we are still waiting for someone to come help her with this broken desk they shipped her. We have niw been waiting for over an hour. Will not be coming get to this store again and definitely would not recommend buying anything from here that you cant take home yourself.

The experience today was so good it has moved me away from online shopping. The staff we super friendly and helpful.Very impressed. I will be back. They even sell coffee. Who knew!!?

I needed some office supplies for 2020, and also was thinking of buying a new office chair. We went into the store and immediately someone said “can I help you?”While my wife gathered the other Items I went and looked at some chairs, I had some coupons that I could use.In 15’ I settled on a Thomasville chair, it felt comfortable and I know the brand.The service at this Viera location is superb. Courteous, and helpful.I love the chair, the comfort and craftsmanship is top notch. The rollers are smooth as silk.Great purchase at a great store.

Ive been using the copy and print services for a few months at this Office Depot. I am always so happy with the service I receive, especially Mary. She is wonderful. Thanks so much!

I stopped at Office Depot a few days ago. I was in a hurry and needed to find an accordion binder. I asked a lady at the front desk where they are located. I was on my way and this nice young lady, Jennifer, offered to help. She took me back to the section. She found me three different types. She took them out and showed them to me. When I finally made a decision. She thanked me, asked if I needed anything else, and walked to the front of the store with me. I asked for the manager, who I told about my outstanding experience with this young lady. He is putting a name in the hat for an recognition award. I also did a survey and included her name. The next time you need office supplies, go to Office Depot and tell Jennifer I sent you. I think you will be pleased with the service. I know I was.

Went in around 9:50am August 17 to get flyers printed and the overweight lady with a Mohawk in a pony tail (employee) was RUDE and not at all helpful. After a failed attempt at emailing a copy of the flyer to the email the employee rudely pointed out I left empty handed. I will not being going here again and I’ll suggest to my friends and family avoid it as well.

Office Depot in Viera Florida is awesome!

My only comment to a clean well stocked store is that customers can use a toner-cross reference guide in fonding the correct toner. I signed up for the toner subscription (toner delivered to your home as anticipated the need). I will update as this subscription program is practiced. More later....

Spent 40 minutes in this store trying to have 65 pages total printed of 4 different items. When I arrived, I had to email my items. I realized 10 minutes later she was still working on another project, which I understand, I’ll wait. Finally being taken care of, during our 30 minutes “together” she went and helped 5 other customers throughout our time while there were other employees around that could’ve helped. I also asked for 5 by 7 for 15 pages but received 8x11 and did correct her but wasn’t up for the argument because I “never said that”. On the bright side, I got most of my order correct, so two stars.

Its a huge place so it was nice that the employees knew exactly where everything was that I needed. Made it in and out of the store quickly with my long list because of their knowledge and great help.

Absolutely great experience with Ryan. He is helpful and knowledgeable and definitely goes the extra mile. He makes the experience of going to Office Depot in Viera worth driving out of the way to do so. The manager Dan was great as well. Very very helpful-E and J

This place is a joke I bought a 500.00 computer here took it home and it had no hard drive and no ram I tried to get them to repair it or replace it and They are refusing to do anything about it. Its a 60 dollar hard drive and 20 dollar ram stick. Its hardly worth buying a 500 dollar computer to lose bussines and not have my company running for 7days when I bring in 1500 a day in New customer orders.

This place cost me a new laptop. Free look at your computer is B S. They are selling you something. They sold me a ram that did not work. Talked me into a new 1TB memory. And windows 10. Windows 10 crashed my laptop. Intalled $400.00 I TB of memory. Then told me the RAM wouldnt work. Considering action against the company. How??.posting this to my Twitter acct and theirs. Done shopping here including my small business

They have everything you need to get your kids ready for school. An excellent prices. Some of their stuff is cheaper than Walmart

Customer service needs some work. Ive waited with no line to get copies and everyone ignores me. Not even a be with you in one sec. They apologized for the wait though later.

Theyre typically fast and Ive always been able to find what Ive been looking for here, in terms of supplies and related.

I went to buy a desk chair and the sales associate promise to check the stock.After waiting 15 minutes I saw him on the register. I asked him about the chair and he said he is busy right now. I left the store and bought one from Amazon. I am sad that that store will go out of business like the Sport authority next to it.
