Honestly, I shouldnt even have to select 1 star. I dont know who trained these people, but they are the most unprofessional mechanics that my family has ever worked with. We try to support local businesses, but whats the point of doing that when you get crappy service? Took too long to get a response on what was wrong with my vehicle, and when it was fixed, something else was wrong and they didnt even bother to tell me. So now, I am stuck with these sorry repairs, and will end up having to pay for the dealer to fix what they messed up.

Great service! They know how to rebuilt alternators well. Mine is still running after 5 years.
