I was making a delivery in Menlo Park and my sprinter van shredded its serpentine belt. There were no sprinter shops so I called a few shops and these guys were willing to take a look at it. Their initial fix did not solve the problem and it shredded another belt. They persevered, fixed it properly, and charged a fair price for the repair. The belt that shredded was under warranty buy them and I appreciated that. Good guys.

Henry was amazing! He was extremely friendly, scheduled me in right away and solved my problem very efficiently. Overall, it was a great experience and I’m very thankful. I highly recommend him!

Henry is my hero. I just received shipment from CT to CA of my car of 36 years and I ran into a problem immediately. The secondary safety latch on my 1961 Porsche 356 Roadster was defective. The front hood would pop up at high speeds of after hitting a bump. I was so concerned that the lid would fly off and hit the windshield and driver (me!). When I spoke this morning to Henry, the owner of M & R, he said he was quite busy and going on vacation next week, but he would try to squeeze me in today. At noon he called and by 1pm all was fixed. He did not charge me for the service. He has my loyalty forever.

Ive been getting my car serviced at this shop for a few years, and my family has been going for longer. Ronaldo is always a pleasure to work with, hes super friendly and gives regular and clear updates and options if youre waiting to hear whats going on with your car. Theyve helped me with a lot of things - oil changes, brake installs, replacing belts, you name it! Its super easy making appointments, and they are prompt and efficient when I drop my car off there. I appreciate their attention to detail to keep my car running and in great shape hopefully well beyond the 122k miles it has on it now. Their wifi has come in handy a couple times for me in the past when I needed to wait a little bit longer before picking up my car - I was able to get some work done in their lobby. Dennis was friendly and informative, as usual and the mechanic completed the Smog Check in record time. Have brought both mine and my wifes car to M&R for other maintenance as well with better than expected results and plan to use their services for any repair work which I cannot do myself. I went here because my engine light was on and the service I received was superb. I didnt even get anything fixed, but Renaldos assistance was invaluable. The are honest nice people. They dont over fix your car. Plus, they will tell you when they think things might need fixing in the future so you can mentally and financially prepare for those occasional big fixes.

These guys are quite helpful and honest. My cars Shifter knob fell apart and I took it to them. They called Honda immediately and got a schematic of the parts needed so only the necessary parts would be ordered instead of the whole assembly like some other places recommended. I happened to find all the parts myself in the car and the owner Henry came out and put it together in 5 mins and they didnt charge a dime even after I insisted!! Will be back!

They have been working on all our cars for the last 15 years. They are honest, reliable, and their prices are fair. They stand behind their work. I wont go to anyone else.

One day, while driving to pick up our kids our car made a loud pop and smoke started coming out of the front of our ford expedition... After starting it up it made loud air popping noises loud enough to cause everyone you pass down the street to stare. My husband called m&r auto because it was down the street from our home. They were so professional and courteous to our needs and said we could bring it in for a check immediately. Its our only car we have to drive our kids around in so we brought the car in same day and was greeted so nicely and told upfront what we could expect from our aging car. There was no buttering us up. Once Stewart (the mechanic) turned the car on he immediately knew what was wrong. We got an estimate on what he heard and went from there. After initially taking everything apart he found out one of our spark plugs popped off and burned the ignition coil...(what he estimated from what he heard plus the ignition coil). Time consuming fix but what I love about this place is that they dont hound you for other things that dont need fixing. They told us up front what it was and what they were fixing, how much it would cost and that was that. They kept us updated on everything. These mechanics know what they are doing and they are so couteous about it. They treat you like people and get your car fixed in a timely manner. We were driving our car the next day. They are amazing.
