After hitting a big tree branch that fell from a tree in a storm there was a lot of body damage to my car. Everyone I spoke with at 1collision was very friendly and helpful. They even picked up the tab on my rental, that was not covered by insurance, because it took longer than expected to fix my vehicle. Excellent customer service and my van looks brand new. Highly recommend them.

I just picked up my vehicle today from an auto detailing appointment. I called last Wednesday and was able to get in on Monday. There was a mixup as to which detail service I chose (interior only vs. interior and exterior) and I ended up being charged the lower amount, which I really appreciate! My car is SPARKLING and it smells great. The exterior detailing was so pristine that the next time I schedule, I will choose that service. Both employees I dealt with were incredibly kind and personable. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience from start to finish with their professional and courteous customer service and the great job on the body repair work. The work was completed when promised and they made working with the auto insurance company easy and painless.

I took my car in after a small accident I had. The people were great, but the best part was the work performed. The repairs were done great but I was surprised how they cleaned my car inside and out. (Even in the spots where you open the doors that carcasses never get.) It was almost like they detailed my car. It has not looked that good since the day I bought it.

I struggled with how to rate 1Collision. There are very good positives and a few issues weve had.The positives - They have been great at communicating and always very friendly. If there is an issue or concern, they are attentive and more than willing to ensure everything meets expectations. Color match quality is excellent, even on the unique colors / flakes weve had on our vehicles.The negatives - Despite being very open about my expectations, I had a few minor issues upon inspecting the most recent work we had done. There were a couple small scuffs and scratches on a freshly painted bumper. Our first time here there was a paint drip that had to be corrected also. These were all corrected before we took either car home.Overall, I trust 1Collision to do quality work and communicate any issues or delays. They are priced fairly, and everyone Ive come into contact with is very nice. That said, there have been minor issues on small details and these things (and the delays resulting to have them amended) can be frustrating.

The drive-in estimate was quick and professional. They did a great job explaining my options for repairs. They finished the job in the number of days they said it would be, even recommending that I brought it in on a Monday or Tuesday so it could be finished by Friday, and not have to spend a weekend without my car. My car looks great. I will recommend them to everyone.

I came in and pointed out the knicks on my car and I was told they would be fixed. I picked up my car a week later and the scratch that I came in for was fixed but the other knicks were not. I called immediately and Jim apologized for the miscommunication. As a result, I came in and he fixed up the small spots that were not done. In addition, he gave me a bottle of paint for me to fix up other spots myself free of charge.Overall, I am very happy with the service at 1Collision. Not only do all of the employees provided excellent customer service, but the quality of the work was exquisite and the paint job was amazing! I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come here with any work they need completed with the utmost care.

Ive had an excellent experience in this place. Very professional people. I had a car accident and had to change the bumper. Their price was way cheaper than everyone else and they gave me an original piece for the price of the aftermarket. On top of that, I had a deep scratch from a previous accident, they repaired it for me free of charge and I didnt even ask them for it. Also, they were very fast, friendly, and extremely professional. Will definitely recommend it to all my friends

The estimate from insurance adjuster was only $2 more the they paid me.. They picked up an dropped off my Vehicle. As I have a disability, an is sometimes hard to get around. They did what they said in a timely fashion. Get your work done from them, You wont be disappointed!

I arrived right before closing on a Friday to get an estimate to replace a cracked bumper on my Buick Lacrosse. Jim quickly gave a very reasonable price on replacing and painting a new OEM bumper. They were able to schedule my car for the following Tuesday and have it completed Wednesday. The work was quality and the black metallic paint matched perfect. I was very impressed with the quick turnaround and prompt scheduling. I will definitely use this shop again if any of my vehicles require collision work. The front office staff was professional and a pleasure to deal with.

OMG!!! My car looks showroom fresh. I had a cosmetic repair and a detailing; there was not a swirl left in the paint when I got it back. My only regret was not bringing my last car in for the VIP treatment.

Great service. Non exorbitant pricing. 50% or more lower than any other estimate i received. Amazed by the complimentary buffing out and touch up before I booked the main repair.

I walked in without an appointment in need of an estimate on my cracked windshield. The receptionist went outside got my VIN number and immediately went to work and made a call. Got a reasonable estimate as well. I arrived on Thursday and I signed an agreement with the amount and it stated that once this agreement was signed, they CANNOT charge me additional for anything. I gave them my car at 8:15 am and was offered a complimentary car wash... Got a call that it was completed a quarter to 3 pm that same day and that it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived I saw that my car was washed, they gave me simple instructions and what they did. And gave me complimentary cookies for doing business with them.

I stopped at 1 Collision to have them look at a couple of scratches on my car.I met with Jim who owns the company.Vey nice and professional.He looked at the scratches and said he could take care of it.He was Very reasonable and friendly.When they were done all the scratches were gone.I will be using them for any body work in the future.

I walked in with a problem about my cars rear bumper slight pull out and need immediate fix as I was selling the car that evening. These guys fixed it with great care and within no time. Some lady hit my wifes car at her work. Took my Ford Edge to 1 Collision and they worked with the insurance company and rental car. Jim and company were very professional and did a great job on fixing my SUV. We had a small communication issue with mounting new tires so they waived the fees for it. Would recommend, they put the customer first.

Having previously gone to larger chain body shops, I can honestly say that I wont be doing that again. Their customer service and professionalism have won me over.

On my original visit i was quotes several hundred dollars for a repair($800 or so) then received a phone call the next day saying it was going to be 1000$+. I chose to explore other options and i got the work I wanted done for 495$ in Glendale.Owner called me to apologize and ensure me that they have a new policy for estimates and that he takes tremendous pride in his work and his business. I appreciated the call but also believe my story should be heard.

Jim and the 1Collision team went above and beyond my expectations. The car had rust damage and was worse than originally suspected. Both the exterior and interior of the car looked brand new when I picked it up. The rust was completely gone and the interior was spotless. Im rather young and this was the first time I would be handling any damage to my car on my own without the assistance of my parents. Professional work, very consumer friendly re schedules n rescheduled n loner car assistance

I noticed some spots on the hood, roof, and trunk of my car that looked like paint damage. I wanted a professional opinion on what the issue was and how to fix it, so I stopped at 1Collision - which was the best decision I could have made. I spoke with Jim, and he took the time to look over my vehicle and talk through a few options on how to resolve the problem. He offered to test out one option to see if it would work on the spot - it worked like a charm! Even without an appointment, Jim was able to fit my vehicle in that day and get all the blemishes taken care of. He even gave me a ride back to work while they repaired my car. A few hours later, the job was complete and my car looked like new!I was blown away at the level of service I received from 1Collision. The customer service was fantastic, and the job was done perfectly. They will be the first place I go or recommend for any auto body repair!

A landscaping truck backed into my wifes Jeep Patriot and busted up the front end. Called around to a few auto body shops and 1Collision stood out from the beginning. Id highly reccomend taking your vehicles here, we received best in class service. From putting together an estimate, working with the insurance company, setting up the rental car and most importantly, fixing everything correctly and in a timely manner. 1Collision came to my office to quote the repairs, they handled everything with my insurance carrier, they picked up my car and dropped it off again - on my schedule - and my car was returned to me pristine and spotless, inside and out, with flowers on the passenger seat. Lousy workmanships. You get what you paid for despite assurance that you would be warranted like a paying customer. One of the shop workers had hit my car on the driver side door and to the rear door and we agreed that he would fix my car for free. I had assurance there would be no corner cutting and treated as a paying customer. Apparently it was O.K. with the owner. So I agreed. The car was finished in 4 days instead of the estimated 10 days. Had to travel back many times to get missing fender liner clips put back on; door lock caving in; hub cap that was conveniently forgotten to be replaced and replacing a defective headlight cover. There was a shallow dent on the back door that was missed and I had to go back again to have a PDR guy pound out the dent.I mentioned that the door sneaked and after I investigated found that the door molding was rubbing against the roof drip molding. I went back and forth the most amount of time on this. I was first told to see if the problem would continue. My oiling it didn’t work so I went back and was told that a door molding would be ordered as a replacement. Went in one day and the door molding was screwed down but it was still rubbing against the roof drip molding. In the subsequent return the door molding was again not replaced as promised but the roof drip molding was removed and re-installed pushed up. Problem was finally solved after many trips back and forth. One big problem the wrong clips were put on the roof drip molding and it was very loose. Some sections didn’t even have clips because they broke them taking off the molding. I noticed that the chrome drip molding was dented in the front. -- I had it I decided I am not going back. Waste of gas. I order an expensive roof drip molding and replaced it myself. It was a much more professional job from an amateur.I was told that some of the other shop workers gets into frequent accidents often as well and I could conjecture that they were “voluntarily” repaired at the shop as well.-- I don’t know.Update 5/4/2018 : In fairness the owner reimburse me for the roof molding I installed and he said that the Warranty still stands.

I recently had Collision 1 repair some paint damage on my car. I was really impressed with Jim and all of the personnel at the shop. I have an unpredictable work schedule and I use my car for work, so being able to drop the car off and having the job completed as promised was very important to me. Jim made a commitment to have the job done by a certain time and when a difficulty arose, not of his making, he assured me that he would have the car done or would provide a loaner at no cost. I was impressed, as the cost of the loaner would have probably exceeded the profit on the job, as it was not a big job. In the end, he got the job done on time and I had my car back. We all know that things do not always go as planned; integrity is in dealing with problems in a fair way, and that is what Jim did. Oh yeah, the work they did was great too.

If you think the winter was hard on you, you should have seen the black carpets in my 2009 Acura TL! Courtesy of all the salt put on our roads, my black carpets had turned white. I was convinced that they could never have been cleaned to my satisfaction. I was wrong! You should see them now. They look like new, courtesy of a detailing service by the staff at 1Collision.I highly recommend them if you have the same or similar issues with your vehicle. You put the problem in their hands, and it will be solved.

This place is AMAZING!!!!!!!! So clean inside, and has one of the friendliest staff I;ve ever met. They were able to squeeze me in with little notice and got my car done in one day, this is never the case. They even arranged to pick me up when my car was done. I cant say enough good things about Jim and his business. With not turning this into insurance, I knew it was going to be a heafty bill. Jim worked with me, and it actually came to less than the original estimate. I wouldn;t hesitate for a second to bring my car here. Jim almost makes it pleasant getting into an accident. Definitely happy I chose 1 Collision, such a pleasant encounter! And very happy with the work.

**Updated** After reading my review I got a call from the owner! Everything is now fixed. If you have issues call him first he is very willing to correct issues that you are unhappy with ect. My car looks beautiful again!Also note they got 99.8% of the dog hair out of my car! Loved that!Aug 2017 Well firstly I had a horrible experience of being hit by a potato on a two lane highway. Cracked my bumper which has more then one part on 2016 rav4.I shopped around at 4 places before picking them. They were nice and friendly didnt under mind me or mind that I wanted to pay cash. (For a 1000 dollar repair)So they said theyd order my parts and I would only be without a car one day. Sounded way better then everyone else I had talked to.So I make an appointment drop my car off and later when I go to pick my car up I noticed that the second half of my bumper is still cracked! Im livid at this point. There happens to be 3 parts to a rav4 bumper they ordered and fixed the wrong part.They DID fix the issue at no extra cost and the part I actually needed was cheaper so my price went down. They detailed it some which I think they do for everyone as a part of service. After they got the right part they came and picked my car up so I didnt have to leave my house which was nice. And also gave me a detail package for a later date.I have rated them only one star because not long after the white painted part of my bumper has started to peal! Yes peal on a 2016. Uhhh just annoying.Im sure everything would have been fine if my car bumper wouldnt of had 3 parts to it. The price is right for sure! They did fix their mistake. I would go back of l had to pay out of pocket again. I am sure this was just one of those situations. And as I said now my bumper paint is pealing!

UPDATE: Since posting this review, Jim has been in contact with me and is working to make the situation right. I appreciate the follow up and his concern with a bad review is proof that he does, indeed, care about his customers and his business. While this cant make it right the first time, it is the next best thing. Kudos for the eventual follow through.I read the reviews, mostly positive. I even had a referral. It ended up being a nightmare. They said they had time to do the work and they told me 3 or 4 business days then had the vehicle 3 weeks! When my calls to Chantelle continued to go unreturned, finally the owner, Jim, got involved. He promised to pick up the extra days of rental and give me a free detail due to the delay. Neither one happened. He apologized several times but never kept his word. It cost me an extra $300 in fees. They blamed insurance over and over but my claims person, Kyle, was in constant contact with me saying he couldnt get them to complete the work or return his calls either. Finally when the work was done I picked the vehicle up because the rental was getting expensive. It looks terrible. A poorly aligned hood, orange peel on the paint, and a poorly chromed emblem. I didnt need a flower when i picked up my car Jim, i needed quality repairs. If you need repairs, do yourself a favor, go to Goffs. Even if they say they are busy. Wait. I didnt want to because they couldnt get me in right away like this jip joint. Buyer beware. Jim talks a good game but does not follow through.

I cant even tell that the dent was there before.
