Needed a new fender painted for a Harley Road Glide. Great quality work done at a fair price with a quick turn around. You really can’t ask for more. Also, Bill was great to work with and seems like an all around decent guy.

I found myself needing a significantly sized dent repaired on my passenger side door, I went to another collision center in the area, paid $200 to allow them to try to pop out the dent. They failed to do so, and caused worse damage and a lot of paint damage (prior to this there was NO paint damage). That company quoted an additional $750 before tax and labor to repair the damage. I did some research of my own and talked to some neighbors and found Bilco Auto Body. Not only was Bill upfront and honest with the damage and what the best outcome would be, he offered a reasonable price to fix the previous companys mistake and repair the dent the way it shouldve happened in the first place. He couldnt guarantee it would look 100% but it would look good. I was completely 100% satisfied with the results. I promised I would write a review and share my experience with everyone. Great work Bill and Bills team! I will return if I need any future repairs or automotive needs. Thank you!

First off, My car needed a knew bumper and needed to be painted as well! My coworker recommended me to Bilco and insured me that this establishment is trustworthy and reliable!! I stopped in to receive a free quote and my car was inspected and quoted within 5mins of me being in the establishment!!! The guys got my car in the same day and to top it off, I was given a loaner vehicle until my car repair was finished: FREE OF CHARGE!!! The next day I was notified that my car was complete and upon me arriving to pick it up, I NOTICED HOW MUCH OF A GREAT JOB WAS DONE INSTANTLY!!! My car looks spanking brand new!!! And my amount was the exact same amount I was quoted for (other than taxes)!!! I would give this place 10 stars if I honestly could!!! THE GUYS WORK MIRACLES!!!

I had a creased dent and deep scratches in a door that was starting to corrode. Bill and his team got my vehicle looking new again for almost half of the amount that other body shops had quoted. Once the appointment was made, he got it back to me 24 hours. Bill and his employees are real nice people, too.

Good, quick service. They were able to fix my car in 2 days and it looked good as new. I had gotten a quote a week before and they charged me pretty close to the quote and gave me a discount for being a return customer. Available by phone for updates and they were able to fit me in quickly.

I got a fairly large rust spot repaired on my vehicle and Bilco did an outstanding job and had by far the best price out of all the auto body shops I checked. The rust spot they replaced looks brand new and the paint matches exactly to the rest of the car. Would highly recommend Bilco for any of your auto body needs.

Did an okay job on my car. Some parts werent lined up properly and there were still alignment issues with the car after I got it back. Wouldnt recommend.

I have been going to BILCO for years and am a very satisfied customer. I started going there because I had some rust on an older ESCAPE, and they were recommended as a shop willing to deal with rust at a reasonable price. Based on that initial work, I have continued to take my cars there for both repair work and preventative body work. More recently we bought a older JEEP Cherokee XJ. Bill and his team once again did all of the rust work, restoring the car beautifully. One aspect that I really appreciate is Bills willingness to layout different options for the body work. With two older cars with relatively high mileage, there are ways to do body work that look great and meet the intent without completely breaking the bank. If anything is missed or doesnt meet your satisfaction, Bill is always willing to make the situation right. I strongly recommend this shop.

I went there to get a cracked windshield replaced. They were quick to respond, get me in there, and then the work they did was great. They also came in about $250 less than another quote I received.

Stumbled across these ratings looking for a body shop. Some years ago, had Bilco repair a dent & scratch in S10 rocker panel. Was a drip-filled mess, with dent still obvious. Complained, and they reworked it with only fair results. Took to another shop to repair the repair to like new. Never got my money back.

Took my car in and they were able to fix it quickly and for almost the exact price they estimated. They were friendly quick and my car looks great. They even allowed me to use a loaner car they provided for free for the day while my car was in the shop. Overall great service that I would recommend to my own friends and family.

HACK job at professional prices. Does just enough to make it look like it was done right. Will line up lines of a fender etc. However take anything apart afterwords and youll see it was slapped together. Had a frame pulled, guy yanked in only one spot and ripped a piece off and welded it back on with the most garbage weld job Ive ever seen. Undernieth nothing was done right just enough so the fender looked right. Honestly should be a safety concern that a bumper shock was ripped off and welded back on half a**ed.

Some spots not painted well. Started chipping less than a year after it was done. Began rusting by a year and a half. Bed liner was covered so thin you could still see the paint underneath. It was done just good enough that it looked like a job well done. But so poorly that it began to fall apart after a few months.

Have dealt with Bilco Auto Body for many, many years. Had a Custom painted 1970 Turbocharged Duster in the early 80s that had a Candy Blue Paint with Metallic Flames that Bilco did for me. Outstanding! Even had a mural airbrushed on the trunk by the late, extremely talented, Coleen McGowan. This paint job received the honor of several Car Show Awards.He also painted my sons 1993 Z28 Camero an awesome Chevy Red with Black Accents!In addition to the Custom work, has done a couple accident repairs, and repaint for me over the years. The latest was my 2013 Kia Forte Koup. Not only did they do an excellent job, but did it in a very quick time frame, working over the weekend to meet my time frame. Absolutely flawless job and paint matched perfectly! All paperwork was handled completely and efficiently by them.I was from Menomonee Falls, but moved to Madison 6 years ago for work. This guy is awful...I went to find out what was wrong with my muffler and he told me to come back around after lunch. I had to ask him to give me an actual time and he said about one Ill be back. Cool. So I come back at one, hes not there. I found a younger guy and asked him about the appointment, and he said that Im nowhere in the books and that bill is still at lunch and that he usually comes back at 130....so I just left and gave them a second chance the next day. I came back, told him again my muffler or exhaust system sounds loud and I needed help. So, he pops the hood..not sure why, the exhaust stuff is under the car lol..and he proceeds to get in my car and Rev the engine about 7 or 8 times. Im like ummmm this makes no sense. Then he closes the hood and leans on my car and start pusing on it in a bouncing motion!! Im like OMG what are you doing?!?! He doesnt answer me, instead he is looking at the other guy laughing while bouncing my car...the other guy didnt get the joke and neither did I. Bill then explained that he was bouncing and giggling at how bad my shocks are..which I have to point out is not true. The nice old man I bought the car from replaced the shocks and engine for me...so he told me to come back at 2. I was hesitant...but I wanted to give them a chance to he fair. I get there at 2, and he tells me he has no lifts open. Im like HOW I made an appointment?!?!...so one magically becomes available and he puts my car on the lift all to say that hes getting old and doesnt fix exhaust/muffler stuff anymore........this place is so unprofessional. Btw-I went up the road to monro, they fixed my car and cleaned of my windows lol AND told me my car actually had amazing suspension/shocks. :)

After DMC in Butler said they wouldnt put a custom c-notch into my pick-up trucks frame so I can lower the truck w/o the axle hitting the frame, I asked Bilco if they would do the work. Not only did Bilco build and install the c-notch in reasonable time, the installation looks like the manufacturer put it there. Im amazed at the quality of the work... it is actually above my expectations.In addition, I was very please that my brand-new truck left their shop cleaner than I brought it in. They coated my truck with a spray-on mask that washed off when they were done, keeping my trucks paint free of any over-spray. I also noticed that no one smokes at Bilco, so my truck didnt smell like cigarettes (a problem Ive had at other shops). Heck, my truck still has new car smell.Ive already got my next project for Bilco lined-up. I highly recommend them for custom work.
