They painted my car a few years ago and it was a horrible job! Dust in the paint on the entire car. They said it was normal to have some dust in the paint. Maybe here and there but the entire car had dust in the paint. Reversed the credit card payment and they said they would repaint the car. Went a few days later and the paint job was still full of dust. they did not repaint the car. They only wet sanded it! If I wanted my car back, they forced me to pay in cash. If you have a nice car, this is not the place to go. Go there if you have a taxi cab or a bus. Dont let them paint your car!

I love Maaco - this place and my vehicle have a relationship. The 3 times that I have went to Maaco for my SUV being scratched they took very good care of me. They touched-up the scratches perfectly. I would highly recommend Maaco to anyone that needs any paint jobs on their vehicles. Greg was exceptionally nice and caring about my concerns on my vehicle. He displayed excellent customer service. My car looks awesome!!! They did a great job at Maaco in Menomenee Falls. I had my car completely repainted and it looks brand new. I will be going back to them if I ever need another car painted or if I ever get any scratches on this one. I drove all the way from Green Bay and it was so worth the drive. No one could have ever painted it better. If I knew how to post before and after pics of it, I would. I am going to send the before and after pics to Mark and he has my permission to use them how ever he wants. Thank you Mark. I hope you get lots of business from here in Green Bay. I checked around Green Bay for prices to get my car repainted and Maaco charged 1/4 of the amount of money that all of the places in Green Bay would have charged me. And they did just as good, if not better than any place around here would have painted it. Dont let the price fool you. Your not going to get a half a**ed job just because its cheaper. These guys did a phenomenal job! Quick, one day turnaround on a hit and run bit of damage on the back bumper. Looks like new and they even gave it a wash and cleaned off the floor mats! Which was much appreciated in the middle of winter 😁 Hopefully, I wont have another incident any time soon, but if I do, I know where Ill be going 👍

My car was backed into at work by a co-worker. I called Maaco up and spoke with Greg. He was super friendly, and was able to schedule me an appointment. When getting to shop I was greeted by one of the body shop workers who insisted they would be able to fix me right up in a few minutes (it was a minor dent on my front right fender). Jose was able to pop the fender back in place in less than 5 minutes. They werent going to charge me, but I tipped them $20 bucks for their honesty and great customer service. I will definitely keep Maaco in mind should I ever need car body assistance in the future. Thanks guys!

Went to get a estimate they took my car in two days later. Had the work done in 4 days. They were very considerate and caring of my situation being that I was a college student needing my car to get back to school. Greg and tony and everyone else there were so nice. They are good people. Great price and great work. Highly recommend it.

Did great work at an affordable price. Very easy to work with. I had a rusted door on my truck and made it look great again. They replaced the bottom half of the door and the paint looks great. It was not an insurance claim just Wisconsin winters... Lol. I plan to keep my truck for at least a few more years because new vehicles are so expensive. I will be taking my truck there again for any future repairs.

0 stars.Basically had to run behind them to find out information on my car. Made the deposit on the car (on a Thursday went through on that Friday 03/09/2018)was told it would take 2 days to get the parts. Called on Monday they said first truck of parts hadn’t come in. Tuesday I called Greg said the parts were in. Called ahead to bring the car in on Wednesday and GREG said I had to schedule an appointment to bring the car, scheduled it for Friday which was their earliest available. I was quoted for 4-5 days and was told if anything happened they would call me to update. So Friday Saturday Monday Tuesday Wednesday and I didn’t get a call, I call them for an update and GREG says they found something new wrong with the car, can’t tell me how much it will cost to fix or how far back it pushes my repair date. That raised yellow flags for me. I go to the shop to see my car in the EXACT SAME CONDITIONS it was when I dropped it off COMPLETELY UNTOUCHED. Waited for Greg who gave me the new quote to repair the car for ~152 more than the original. ( Also updated him and let him know that we were scheduled to move to Minnesota that Monday didn’t think to tell him before that moment since the original quote was to have the car done by the Wednesday before. )So Greg calls us the next day and says they have found YET ANOTHER thing wrong with the car and still doesn’t know how much that would cost and how far it would set back the update major red flag. Tell him to ring the new quote up (this is the third quote I would have to send the insurance company) but not to do any work on the car because I need to know if the insurance company would allow for a 3rd update. After all this we were completely dissatisfied and wanted our car back so we could take it somewhere more trust worthy and reputable.We asked for our car back that Friday and Greg goes “you take some time to sleep on it we will talk about it tomorrow” told him no we don’t want them to work on the car and we will come get it back and want our deposit on the car since they had not done any work to the car but kept it for 9 days (2 non work days), Greg refused saying the deposit was non refundable and our options were to either to have them do half the work and they would let us take the parts to Minnesota, or just take the parts and go. We told they we didn’t want the parts we just wanted our car and refund. He refused. Had to call corporate to have the issue resolved. I had to file a compliment with the Better Business Bureau and report the incident to my insurance company and bank. Have yet to receive any of my refund and was told that they would give it but they would deduct 2 hours of work (to take the whole front half of the car apart and put it back together?) though I have them on record saying they have not done anything to the car as well as the picture of my car before we brought it in, that Wednesday when we went to see it in the shop, and the day we picked the car up and there is NO DIFFERENCE... They got very confrontational when we went back to the shop to claim our car standing over us. Overall the worst experience I have had would not recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Lost 2 weeks of pay and still fighting to get my whole deposit back or any or it. Terrible experience even worse customer service and management.

Maaco painted my 10 year old vehicle (a good number of rust spots and some dings) and I was extremely pleased with the results and the value for my investment. I am certain that I will recoup most of the very reasonable cost when I eventually sell the vehicle.Jason, the representative with whom I dealt, was professional, courteous, and very helpful. After he had written up his estimate, I asked about the replacement of a wheel well liner. He immediately checked two Maaco sources for prices. After getting a price he told me that I could purchase the part elsewhere for a much lower cost. He arranged to have my part installed without increasing the estimate. He also had a couple defects taken care of that I never knew about without increasing the price to me. And, my vehicle was done exactly on schedule. This was my first experience with Maaco and I was very satisfied.

I had an awesome experience! My Chrysler Town & Country swiped a bright yellow concrete post at a gas station recently. The post left a dent and bright yellow paint across the black vans passenger side. I stopped at Maaco on my way home from work and I received a written quote in a matter of minutes after review of the paint and body damage. I dropped the van off the next day and was able to pick it up two days later. The van looked brand new! You would never had know it had a run in with a bright yellow concrete post. I couldnt be more pleased with the customer service and the appearance of my vehicle. I highly recommend Maaco!

We have used the Maaco in Menomonee Falls on more than a few occasions, and have always been impressed with the quality of their work, their kindness, and their timeliness. They have always gone above and beyond to get the job done. This most recent visit, again did not disappoint. We had driven through a pot hole that crushed the rocker panel underneath the passenger side door. When we came in for an estimate, John put together a reasonable package to take care of some of the other dings and scratches that we accumulated the last couple of years.as well. He was able to complete the work while we were on vacation and was very patient with us when we werent able to drop off the car when we promised, but was still able to deliver the car, beautifully done, in a timely manner. Our Honda Accord looked like it came off the showroom floor. I was really impressed, when a week later, I hand washed the car and was able to see the great finish up close. My wife and I were very satisfied and would definitely. recommend them to anyone who needs body and paint repair.

I took some Harley Saddle Bags to this Maaco, Monday and had them back on Tuesday evening. They color matched the bags to the bike perfectly. The service is top notch and I will definitely be doing business with them again, as a matter of fact, within a couple days of todays date.

Since I was only having the back lift door of my truck being painted, they also went way above and beyond by washing the truck, including the tires and wheels. It was just a great job. Thank you!

This place does amazing work I was a little sceptical about to going to a name brand shop like Maaco because I thought they would be just as expensive as a dealership, but they werent in fact Maaco was the least expensive out of all the places I went to check out. The people here and very nice and helpful the biggest reason why I am giving this place 5 stars is because I had to replace the entire front end on my car, I had to get new headlights a new hood, a new bumper, etc and it only took them about a week! Great prices fast great work

I rescued a 2016 Mazda 3 from a dealership, so I really wanted repairs done right (the first time!) when I kissed a cement block with the front bumper. Maaco did just that - fixed the bumper correctly, the first time.Customer service was very courteous and helpful, also up-front and honest about cost of repairs. I have worked in a car dealership previously, so I knew that I was not getting the runaround. I dont conduct business with those who lie to me, and Maaco staff never once lied.After reading some reviews on Maaco, I began to worry about the paint job / color of the bumper once completed. Much to my happiness, I found the bumper to be in perfect condition - no dents or dings, and paint color was indeed FACTORY as indicated on the receipt. They even took the time to wash my car before I took it home!To those reading reviews about Maaco in Menomonee Falls, I would say they are a company you can trust. Hopefully any bad reviews of this place are minimal, and only because the customer was mean to them (just be nice, and they will be nice back!).

After getting estimates at 3 other shops, I decided to get one more estimate from this shop, close to my office. I had them repaint the hood and trunk deck on my 2007 Saturn Sky convertible to restore the high gloss black finish. They did a great job and created a mirror finish that looks very nice! I was skeptical about going there with this, but they definitely did great work and I am very pleased with the end result!

Had some rust spots on my Camry, and I tried to paint it myself with cans. It looked bad. So, I went to Maaco and had them paint the whole car. It looks great! Later, an outside door handle broke. They got the new part, painted it to match, and installed it. I am very pleased. Ben S.

From the day we received our estimate through the final inspection of the completed work, my wife and I were very impressed by the professional manner in which John and his team communicated with us and paid attention to every detail. I hated all of the service that I was given. They took 3 weeks for a paint/rust job..i was told it would take 1week. During the 3wk timeframe they tried to give my truck back with all kinds of imperfections that was not acceptable. Once my truck was given back there was still issues..was told they could correct the issue in 1 day..instead it took 1 week. No discount was given just a rental for 2 days at the end. They tell u all kinds of excuses why your vehicle is not done. They may do a better, faster job if there is an insurance claim involved. The manager I worked with was named Mark. I asked for his boss Mike wouldnt give me his number. Beware of the BS u have to deal with!

2004 chevy tahoe was in bad condition. The guys over their had truck for 3 months. Truck looks alright but alot of shortcuts were taken. I see the place was burned up by an employee. I see why now!

I was devastated when my new car was scratched in the side and back. I tried myself to fix it myself with paint from the manufacturer, and it looked like a picture my daughter drew me when she was two. Being white, the scratches were obvious, every time I looked at it. I take pride in my vehicle. I took it to Maaco in Menomonee Falls, and am THRILLED with the results! Its like my new car again! Great service, very friendly. I am a divorced, single-mom and I did not feel that I was ripped off. Just the opposite, Mr. Roloff worked with my desire to repair the car my teen had crunched a bit. I told him it wasnt worth buying brand new parts. He went the extra mile and found lower priced parts, not OEM, but just as good in my situation. The car looks fabulous and the color match is perfect to my eye. Couldnt beat the price anywhere else and no heavy sales tactics. I would recommend this place for repair. I am very satisfied!

Very happy with the paint job I just got. I have an old work truck, I just wanted an el cheapo bondo and squirt job for low dollars. John (Manager) and Also (Painter) did much more than they said they would, and better quality too, on time, and for price quoted ($1000.) The truck looks almost as good as a $3-4000 paint job would be. I am very happy with it, I got more than I paid for!

On September 6,2019 we dropped a little bus off to be painted. I called about September 16 to check the progress, they said they would be painting it on the 23rd. On the 30th I called, the girl said it would be done by 5:00, I asked if someone would be there between 5:30 and 6, she would call me back. I called about 430, he just finished but, the break lines were leaking, I cannot get it, he shop down the road would look at it on Tuesday. I tried calling Tuesday afternoon, noone answered. I called Wednesday morning, Mark said his guy would look at it that morning, I called Wednesday afternoon, Mark said his guy would have a quote Thursday morning and could have it done Thursday afternoon. I called Thursday night they were closed. Friday morning I called, Mark would call his shop and get back to me. Mark gave me the name and phone number for the shop fixing the breaks. My so in law called the shop, they never got the bus until Thursday afternoon and they would not be able to work on it until the following Monday! Macco knew I needed the bus for a shuttle I had scheduled for Saturday, the one before the Monday the work was being done!They strung me along, lying to me and it cost me about $200! I will never use them again.

Quality AND service, all in one place.Hard to find both of those qualities at any given establishment on any given day. We definitely lucked out here.Quick backstory: I have a bright blue 2015 Volvo V60. Someone decided to take their white car door/metal something and hit/scrape my car not once but THREE times!! There were a few scratches and what looked like rust (most likely from their car - mine is a 2015!) mixed in with the white paint. At first I thought it was bird feces (darn birds) but at closer glance, it was definitely paint. It took a few passes through the car wash to remove the paint! Oh, I was heartbroken. My new car.So on good advice from some close friends I decided to take it in to Maaco. I made the appointment online (love that feature!) and showed up on my appointment day. I was met with a smile by the owner and after a few minutes and a quick walk-around, he gave me a few options. All reasonable and not at all what I expected it to cost or length of time in shop. Im elated and of course I accept the quote.Come the day to turn in my car, I completely forget. I called later that day (after realizing that I was forgetting something important) and the owner graciously rescheduled my appointment for the following day. (Who does that anymore?!?!) The next day I turn the car in, slightly apprehensive at leaving it with someone new (its like its one of my kids - so sad, huh?). The gentleman that received the car saw the apprehension on my face and reassured me that all would be ok.2 days later (and several days earlier than I planned) I received a call from Maaco saying that my car was ready. Went to pick it up and you can NOT tell that anything hit it. It looked BRAND NEW!!! I cant tell you enough how happy I am with this Maaco and their team. They did an outstanding job! Will definitely recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Terrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. They forgot I made an appointment and instead of trying to make something work, they said they won’t be able to do anything for weeks. Very unprofessional service. I drove out all the way from Waukesha to get the estimate. What a waste of my time. If you cannot remember your customers appointments in the first place, you shouldn’t be making more. So disappointed. Sally and Jeff at Waukesha MAACO are much more professional and curteous.

TLDR: Maaco had my vehicle over a week, never touched it, lost my key, and was unapologetic about the entire event.Based on the ratings here I got an estimate (which was reasonable) and scheduled a full repaint.They needed the vehicle for a full week. I had to drop the vehicle off after hours (Thursday evening) so I asked about a key-drop. They told me to put the keys in an envelope and put them in the mailbox. Surprised by this, I re-verified and they responded its how they do it. This seemed a little odd to me, but its how they do it, so I dropped the vehicle off and left the keys in an envelope in the mailbox as instructed.Unsure if needing it for the whole work week meant I can pick it up Friday or they need it Friday and I pick up Saturday. Thursday I called to ask. They said they were running a little behind on the painting so to pick up Saturday. Also a little odd, but I roll with it.Saturday my wife drives me to Maaco and we notice my vehicle is still in the same spot where I dropped it off and in the same condition.Theres no one at the desk. I shout Hello a few times with no response. I use my mobile to call and hear the phone ring on the counter right in front of me; it goes to voicemail. There are doors to either side of the counter so I poke my head through to get someones attention. One side is an office (its empty), the other is some kind of storeroom with a door further back. Uncomfortable walking further, I return to the lobby. At this point another gentleman and his son (I assume) enter the store, and have a seat. We call out a few more times with no response. The gentleman uses his mobile, gets the same counter phone and voicemail. Then another man enters, observes whats going on, and says I know these guys, Ill go get someone. He heads into the storeroom. Its now been 20 minutes since our arrival.The man returns with Maaco employee (Mark). He give Mark a key, quickly arranges to have his car painted, and leaves. Mark turns to us. We say were here to pick up our vehicle, but we saw it outside and it looked like it hadnt been touched? Mark tells us hed been out of town, there were some staffing issues so yeah, they didnt get to it. I asked if they knew they hadnt worked on it, why tell me Thursday to pick it up today? Mark didnt know. So what now? Mark says they can get it done by Wednesday. I questioned why they needed it for a week if it only takes 3 days? Mark replied theyll rush to get it done. I pointed out a Maacos Promise sign prominently displayed that promises Youre going to like the service... Your time is important, and you wont be without your car for long. I ask Mark to take something off the price, even $100. Mark shakes his head saying Nope, cant do that.Id no faith this Maaco will be able to deliver on the promise do it by Wednesday, I hadnt planned to be without it even longer so I say Ill take my business elsewhere. The gentleman with his son says Based on this conversation Ill go elsewhere, too.Mark begins rummaging through papers on the counter and asks what my key looks like. I describe it and he continues to look under random papers. Maybe its in the car, he says, walks slowly out to my vehicle, tries the doors (theyre locked), looks in the windows, and returns to the store empty handed. As hes scrounging around, I tell Mark Im going to take my vehicle. Ill be expecting him to find the key and call me on Monday. We wasted 45 minutes in the store, have no painted vehicle, and are missing our spare key.No call on Monday. I call Tuesday about the key. He cant find it. The guy who brought in the mail says there was no key. There are three possibilities: someone took the key (he tells if someone stole the key theyd have stolen the vehicle) Im lying and didnt drop off the key (he tells me he doesnt think Im lying) or an employee lost the key (he tells me no one lost it). I ask him to replace the key. He says its only a few dollars so its a waste for him to cover it.No one ever apologized or tried to make things right.

I found an old car that I’d been looking for. The engine was solid but the paint was long past its prime. I heard Maaco did auto body painting, so I took it over to them to see what they could do with it. I was thrilled with the results; it’s even very close to the original color.

After looking for months for the right car, I finally found it. The only thing was the color and slight damage to the body. Still the car was a great deal. I had my boyfriend bring it to Maaco. I knew they did detailing and repair because my mom always went there when we lived in New York. They got the car repaired and painted purple just like I wanted.

First off Greg is dishonest and terrible at his job. Notice that anytime you ask him something he always has to ask somebody else. Basically a secretary, never has the answers. WHY ARE YOU AT THE FRONT DESK IF ALL YOU ARE GOOD FOR IS TYPING? I was in a mild collision and needed body work done to my Nissan. When I first got there Greg did a general estimate, nothing unusual, I decided to get the work done by them and went to drop off my car there was no follow up estimate I just gave him the keys,the deposit, and left. He tells me that it will take Thursday/Friday at the latest to get it back. Thats 5 days since they dont do work on weekends. Fine. Then I get a call from Greg saying that the price has gone up from what was anticipated, okay as we all know an estimate is exactly that, an estimate and subject to change but Greg called me on Thursday...the day I was supposed to have my car back. I ask Greg how much more are we talking and he says $169. Me and my gf went up there and the mechanic took us to the back where we see our car with absolutely NO work done. The mechanic then tells us that $169 would be impossible because just to straighten the frame it costs $400. Greg comes back and tells us not only will it take 3 less hours than expected but it will only cost $112, even printed the estimate out for us displaying such,and all of a sudden they can have it done by Monday (but they dont work on weekends,right?). So we were being charged 5-6 days for a 2 day job, is that honest work? No problem, we leave and less than 10 minutes later Greg calls us and says that the estimate is wrong and dont send it off to the insurance company. He also says he will issue a followup call tomorrow on time-frame. I get a call from his partner the next day saying that the price is going up higher than the first estimate and it will not be done by Monday. He tells me how his machine was broken and how they had such an influx of cars like I care. I paid you for a service not for a sob story. I dont care if you have to work double to fulfill your obligation, its not my problem. At that point I told them not to touch my car, I just wanted my down deposit and I wanted my car back. That day I told them both I no longer wanted my car worked on. Greg then calls me back and tells me that I HAVE to take the parts that I CANT have my deposit back and that I have until tomorrow morning to make a decision. I just called Corporate and went to get my car and when I got there Greg again, was so desperate he argued with me about multiple mistruths he uttered for example, on the phone I asked for a higher up or owner and he said he was the owner. They told me they had to put my car back together before I could take it when I TOLD THEM NOT TO TOUCH IT THE DAY BEFORE. So desperate, its sad really. Once I get my car and a container of screws from the deconstruction I leave. Now that Corporate has contacted the shop Greg is telling us that we will have $200 deducted for the taking apart of the vehicle and whatever the cost of sending the parts back. No compensation for an unfulfilled agreement. No remorse. Just charging me more money like Im soft. Naw. Thats not how this works thats not how ANY of this works. If corporate does not take care of you we will be suing you. Its honestly sad that you are that hurt for money that you must pinch and try to keep a few hundred. Business must not be doing that well? Well I hope this review either puts you out of business or gets you fired. Im making sure that I spread word of your practices throughout all of Milwaukee. All my family will know not to go to you and everybody that is familiar with me from various social communities will steer clear of you. All because you wanted to be petty and greedy.

Anyways, my name is Melissa.. not Anna..**Never do business with the Maaco in Menomonee Falls, WI (Silver Spring).. They are now refusing my service (to paint my bumper) after they have already had it since last Thursday.. They’re basically upset because I sent a complaint online.. This is the exact comment I sent (they keep calling it an email):I scheduled an online appointment for 4/19 @ 4:30 to drop off my bumper to be painted. I ended up deciding to go early around 1:00 on my lunch break to drop it off instead. I was told it would take until Tuesday 4/24 to get my bumper painted (not installed).. That seemed like a long time to me, but I agreed. A few hours after I dropped my bumper off, I got a call from ‘Greg’ telling me that a piece/tab on the bumper is broken off. He claims it was like that when I brought it. I don’t think it was. Long story short, he was supposed to call me back that day with the cost of the repair after he talked to the mechanic. Greg is horrible at returning calls. He never called me back that day at all. I decided to call him the next day. Even waited until 4:30 pm to call, waiting to see if he would call first. Nope. When I spoke to him, he still hadn’t talked to the mechanic to see what the broken piece would cost for repair. Told me (again) that he would have to call me back. I never heard from him again that day. He then contacted me this morning (4/23) and let me finally know it was going to be $120 to fix the problem. I told him to not even fix it. Paint my bumper and let me know when it is ready. I will find someone else to fix it. He also mentioned that now my bumper won’t be ready until Wednesday 4/25. I’m not happy with these services and definitely will never be doing business here ever again.*****************************************************After I sent this, I received this reply from Maaco:Dear Melissa Rockefeller,Thank you for contacting us at Maaco. Our goal is to place our customers first and we are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the customer service that you received at our center. We have forwarded your feedback along to the appropriate levels of management.Thank you for taking the time to alert us of your concerns.**************************************************So, today I receive a voicemail from Greg telling me to give him a call. I called him back and he then tells me to come pick up my bumper. I thought he was implying that it was ready. so I say ok.. then he replies with, “Yea, we aren’t going to have the time to do it. We close at 5 today so you can pick it up before that..” I was in shock, to say the least.. End up asking for his manager.. he tells me he is the manager.. so I tell him I want to speak to HIS manager.. Whoever is higher up than him.. He refused to give me a contact name, phone number, email and told me I will have to look it up myself.. So that is what I did.. I called corporate and placed a complaint.. They’re telling me they will have to get back to me. I’m curious to see how they handle this. I truly feel like if I was a man, this would not have happened. I feel like I was taken advantage of and talked to rudely because I am a woman and he thought he could get away with it. He was extremely rude from the moment I dropped the bumper off and on every phone call I had with him.They keep trying to say the reason they won’t paint it now is because they can’t get it done in ‘my timeframe’... I literally NEVER gave them a timeframe, nor date that I needed the bumper done. This was just an excuse, and the real reason they are mad is because I gave a bad review online (above).I also posted a video (from when I was forced to pick the bumper up) online if anyone would like to look it up on Facebook.

Terrible I had maaco do a hood replacement a simple swap on my car. After the hood was swap out they broke the windshield wiper line attached to the hood and said it was broke before they replaced the hood, even tho it was working fine before taking them my car. Ill never take my car back. Maaco by lying with poor service.

Its tough to find a body shop where I live. Luckily when I was driving around one day I found a Maaco Collision Repair. Good thing because the next week I was in a fender bender and needed to get the damage repaired. Good thing I found that Maaco!

We were quoted a certain price to include fixing of the dents in our car. This didnt happen. The owner lied and said he was the person who gave the quote (he wasnt) and that the price did NOT include repairing the dents. Now why would we spend that much money and not have the dents fixed? Horrible communication and he never returned our phone call.

Kia forte Oct 2012. Got my car repainted with a recommended paint they offered at a discount. The final result was terribly inconsistant and started to chip off in months. Wouldnt warranty the work. They also lost my antenna and provided my car dusty and dirty when i picked it up. I will never have my car repainted by a chain car painting shop again. They cut corners and to make a coin and waste yours.

I Had replaced a bed on one of our 2007 chevys it was a different color than the truck we wanted it painted to match the truck when the truck was brought in to have the work done and I was asking about existing paint chips and small dings they said that they dont do those they are a production shop meaning they just tape and spray I was told they will not do it and to take it to a higher end body shop. Never in my life have I been to a place that open says they are not confident that the work they put out would be to my standard

WORST auto paint job EVER. Painted my car and 1 week later the whole car paint job started to bubble. PAID them over enough money to paint my car the right way but they didnt not only did the paint start to bubble on the whole entire car my car once i got it home never ran again they are CROOKS and i would not TRUST anybody in this shop to touch any vehicle. THEY ARE THE WORST admitted when i came to pick up the car that they missed some spots. Kept my car for 2 weeks and they told me it would be finished in 1 week couldnt do a complete job in 2 weeks there very crooked and fake in my opinion.
