I’m new to the location, but I’ve had my car taken in for service twice and Tory was the one to assist me. Tory is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. I have never experienced customer service, when handling car business, the way I have with Tory. Even when I asked for something to be looked at, at the last minute, his tone never changed. I will be taking my car here from now on, and referring anyone I know to Tory from American Imports!

The repair tech diagnosed my AC repair needs efficiently and accurately. I loved using the text message feature to view my estimate, approve the work to be done, and pay my invoice. Got a flat tire and had to have triple A tow my car. They were the closet shop that triple A recommends to my work. I was gonna just have it towed to a random firestone but said why not try them out. They were amazing. Quick to give me a call and fix my car, great communication on what needed to be done with my car and gave me a fair price. The most shocking thing was when I received my car it looked honestly like it was professionally detailed. I have never had a shop do that to my car. This is a grade A shop and would not hesitate to recommend anyone to this shop.

This is one the most honest mechanic shops I have ever been to. I took my car in to the local Midas for a simple tire rotation and walked out with a quote for over $2,500 worth of work and being told all my struts and springs are completely worn out. Took my car here for a 2nd opinion and the amazing mechanics were able to say there was nothing wrong with my struts. They noticed some irregular wearing on my tires and recommended a simple alignment to assist with that. My $2,500 quote was reduced to a $70 alignment and I couldnt be happier. The honesty and transparency this shop provides as well as the education they gave me was fantastic. Top notch service from a tol notch company. Theyve earned my business for life and this is the ONLY place I will bring my vehicles from now on. Thank you for restoring faith!

I would recommend American Imports to all of my friends! They LITERALLY saved my life! I had taken my car into Car-X to get my brakes done and they ended up cutting my gas line! I smelled gasoline when I pulled in my driveway. I took the car right back there to have them fix it. Needless to say, after several unresolved trips (at least 6) back and forth, I took it to American Imports. Jeff not only resolved the issue quickly and made the repair, he also took pictures for me of what Car-X did! He told me that where the gas leak was my car couldve become a fireball on the freeway. American Imports gives fair pricing and whats most important is that I trust them!!

Always good service here, and never ever have problems. It gets fixed right the first time, and weve taken our cars here multiple times. If you need anything mechanically repaired (they dont do body stuff), this is the place to go.

Car stuff is always scary, but they help put you at ease. Kind, honest, fair. And the waiting room has free wifi, excellent coffee, and squishy couches.
