I had a very very bad experience with this dealership.. I came in for a route oil change and left out with no oil and stuck on the side of the road. Had to call dealership to get towed back to the shop to where they try to put oil in my car to show me it had oil and to turn around and find out after waiting for hours to find out that they had to replace my engine and no only find out that they was not taking any kind of blame for they mess up then after bad luck trying to go though my warranty to price for the new engine for their mistake finally to only take the blame.. so after three months with my car which I was told a couple days πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ And after firing two employees in the process trying to fix my car.. I finally got my car to only to find out my alignment is messed up, broke middle console and tape coming off wires under the hood and missing windshield cap gone (picture below) so before I left I showed them the problem still won’t take responsibility for messing my car up to where they was blaming the tow company and me… ALL I KEEP GETTING IS I FONT KNOW WHAT HAPPEN.. very unprofessional

Complete strangers can use anyones email address without verification to sign up for car service. Since their mail isnt confirmed during the order process, I can now cancel or re-schedule that persons appointment as I see fit, as the person (accidentally) used my email to book service.Also informing that dealership that they have an incorrect email on file didnt change the fact that I still get information to my email for a service I didnt take, as Im from Germany.

I have NO problem with the dealership or its employees. Your pricing for an air filter was outrageous. I have an intermittent concern about the power lock on the driver side and the fact this thing chews up tires. Thats not a vehicle problem. Just bad tires you have elected to put on. 30k and on second set and had to be rotated again. Frustrating I paid partial for new tires AND alignment to make sure it wasnt me. New tires arent fairing much better. I understand technicians are paid flat rate but my lock concern wasnt listed on my RO. Will you stand behind it when it goes out at 40k? Thanks. Jeff

I was pleased to bring my car in to find out it indeed only took about 20 minutes. When I brought the car in I was asked if I wanted any other services but was not pressured. I am new to Milwaukee and went to the dealership because I don’t know any mechanics in the area. I needed an oil change and basic inspection.When I dropped the car off, I believed I was told it would be $99.95, which I thought was a little high.When I got the car back, I was charged $999.95 plus tax. I was incredulous. I couldn’t believe it. I compared the receipts with the work done on my other car earlier in the month (at another dealership) and they are nearly identical, but the other car cost me $75.I will never be back. Don’t come here. They’ll rob you blind.

The sales person did not pressure me very much, but he was able to answer my questions very well.Since purchasing my vehicle I have been back for routine maintenance. We ended up buying a very nice truck.After picking up the truck I discovered that a trailer hitch cover was broken and couldnt be installed. They offered me $300, My local dealers estimate was $533. After a good experience with the salesman the dealership didnt step up to make this right.

Kyle was an exceptional salesperson! We wanted to buy a 2018 Passat we knew exactly what we wanted however when we went to another dealership they gave us the haggle routine. I am leasing a 2017 GMC Terrain for less than 3 years. It has had electrical issues more than 3 times where the lights go out. Each time the rate of speed is 60-80 mph. The mechanic could not find an issue. I spoke with the service manager Eric and he said he has no loaner vehicles to give me to diagnose the issue further. They had the vehicle for only an hour. He was not willing to work with me when clearly the vehicle is not safe. I asked to speak to his supervisor and they gave me an 800 number. I do not recommend there costumer service at all!

Visited here on a Saturday with my fiancee who is in the market for a new SUV. This was the most surreal experience Ive ever had when looking at buying a new vehicle. The salesman quoted us a price for a Terrain with a few options about $5k over what we saw on other lots and what was quoted to us at the auto-show. After hearing that, we informed the salesman we were no longer interested in a test drive. He asked us to hold tight while he spoke with the general manager who was standing outside. The GM waived us outside through the window and then asked the salesman to go in. The GM proceeded to tell us he doesnt know what is wrong with his salesman and why he had such a bad attitude and that he had overheard him giving us false information. The GM then took my card and I took his. He informed me hed look at what is available and call me on Monday with some options. We agreed and left the lot. On Monday I never heard from the GM, and did not hear from him in the days following. We will be buying a Terrain, but it sure wont be from this dealership. Im dumbfounded at this experience and surely wont be back for my own vehicle in the coming year.

Worst experience ever! I drove for 2 hours only to be jerked around more than I can even explain. The day before we drove out we asked if they would accept Road Loans financing. They said they would. We told them what specific vehicle we were looking at, and if we would be able to get into this vehicle. I stated what the terms and limits of my loan were. We were assured that they could work something out or get me a lower interest rate This was a ploy to get us to the dealership. We believed the BS so we drove out on a Saturday. Everything seemed to be progressing just fine, they had us put cash down, and then we sat there for HOURS wasting our Saturday. It was nearing closing time and we were told we would have an answer as they were still working on it. The following Monday we never got a call back and played phone tag for 2 days. On the 3rd day, we were told we couldnt get into that vehicle and they wanted to get me into the crappiest vehicle on the lot. A day later I called back and asked if we would be able to fit into a less expensive vehicle. He said he would check on it Every time I called, he was just SOOO busy! Obviously they were blowing us off. If they werent going to take me seriously, why did I put cash down??? By Friday I hadnt heard from them. If you have your own financing, DONT BOTHER with them! This was the worst experience in car buying Ive ever had! Now I have to get my money back somehow!

This review starts back in December of 18. I brought my car to IA BUICK?GMC MF for a regular oil change and tire rotation.( 2014 GMC Terrain with 45k miles on it.) Normal stuff. Get a call saying I need both front and rear brakes, an $800 experience by the time the dust settles. Some would say that is expensive for brakes? Maybe, I am not mechanically inclined, nor claim to be. I figured with the impending winter it would be wise to get the work completed. The service guy, Mark told me the brakes come with an all-encompassing one year warranty. Since, I have brought my car there twice for routine oil changes and rotations.Last week, my ABS light came on, and a grinding sound emitted from my vehicle when I engaged the brakes. Concerned, I called Mark to schedule time to address the brake light. Since, you know, they came with a year warranty and I wanted to get it figured out prior to December 19. Mark calls me on my lunch and tells me the repair would be ~$700. The diagnosis, a left solenoid housing was cracked. Would that fall under my 5 year/100k mile power train warranty? Nope. It was considered normal wear and tear. Confused, I asked why my brake light would come on if it had in fact, nothing to do with my brakes. Apparently, everything is related when it comes to vehicles and their systems, says Mark. I said I cannot afford that right now, he offered me a 10% discount since I have spent about $1400 since December, how thoughtful.Went to go pick up my vehicle and the nice receptionist said it would be $129.00. I was shocked, because nothing was corrected. She called a service writer since Mark left for the weekend. He too, was confused and summoned the service manager. At this time I was very frustrated and wanted to get my vehicle and leave. The name of the service manager escapes me now, but he came over and shook my hand. He had no knowledge of the car, nor any knowledge of its history at this location. He said I was charged under the diagnosis fee. Again, I wondered how that is possible since my brakes come with a 1 year all encompassing warranty. We went back and forth with him explaining there was nothing he could do. In fact, at one point he took my keys and put them in his pocket. Maybe thats how customer service works in the car industry. Ended up paying the $129 plus tax and remarked how I would never take my vehicle there and be certain every one would hear this story.Today, I took it to Parsons of Eagle River, a certified GM garage. They diagnosed the issue for free and came up with the same diagnosis. The quote? $200. I understand cars break and need maintenance. However, customer service should be more of a priority, as there are many options in the car game. Morale of the story, do not do business at IA Buick GMC Menomonee Falls.

Took my truck in with a slow leak in one of my tires. Ned less to say they had the truck for over an hour and told me they couldnt find the leak in the tire, so they did nothing (what shop does nothing)? I pumped the tire up to 70PSI in the morning and when i brought it into them it was at 40PSI. Clearly their was a leak that they said they couldnt find it. So i talked to the service adviser and he said we couldnt find the leak and i am good to go, nothing was done to the tire since we could not find the leak So they basically said they couldnt find a slow leak in a tire and told the customer they couldnt find it and the tire is good, so what happens when i am traveling and the tire blows out your on your own they said. In the end I took it to my familys shop after traveling 4 hours and losing air slowly. I took the tire off and soaped the tire down and found a nail in the tread of my tire within a minute of soaping the tire down. I wouldnt take any of my vehicles to this shop even if my vehicle broke down in front of their store. I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone I know. Terrible customer service and terrible techs if they couldnt find a slow leak in the tread of a tire.

Dont go here. First car they had me test drive wouldnt turn on, battery out something. Then they ran my credit with about 25 -35 creditors and every single one reflects on my credit score. I was trying to improve my credit, paying off bills, and they put me right back where I started. Almost discouraged me from even buying a new car all together. Im sure there are more honest dealers in Milwaukee.

After visiting multiple dealerships and finding that customer service is no longer what it used to be, Don Munia and his team (Andy Maduka and Brad the Sales Manager) proved me wrong. They listened to us and what our needs were. Not only were they able to meet our needs, they have undeniably exceeded our expectations in terms of customer service. We made this purchase for my husband but next year I will be in the market for a new vehicle and I will DEFINITELY be reaching out to them again. Crooks, took my money and never did the work.I had a lot of work done with this place as a preventive maintenance - when they were a Pontiac/GM dealership.. Apparently they did not do any of it - they charged me around $3k for all the service work.One item that was the worst was the transmission oil change. They charged me for it but never did it. When I went back for a different item, they told me that I needed to change the transmission fluid again. When I showed them the receipt, the service manager told me he had to look into it. Came back and told me that he made a mistake.Now I found out that they never changed the oil, and I may loose my transmission because of it. In addition all the other items that were changed (e.g. brake lines) are rusted and could not have been changed.Never do business with these crooks.

Found IA Falls, LLC on the internet; they had a vehicle that looked promising and they were only an hour away. Talked to Keith and set up an appointment for the next day. Changed our minds and wanted to come that day; Keith kindly made room for us in his schedule. Had the car cleaned up and waiting in the showroom when we got there. Walked around it, talk, talk, talk and then we took it for a test drive. Thats all it took. Back at the dealership, went over the financials and options, no pressure. Talked with Erica who found us a great interest rate and took care of all the paperwork. Picked up our new car two days later and have been driving happily ever since.

I have dealt with other auto dealerships in the area and had low expectations of how EVS service was going to be. WOW, was I surprised. First they have a shuttle service so we could drop the car off and not have to juggle vehicles to get to work. Then we asked for an oil change and tire rotation. We asked them to check the brakes as we knew they were getting closed to being repaired. They called us and told us that yes they needed to be repaired and they could fix it the same day. They were able to send a shuttle to pick us up if we needed. On the bill there was no extra miscellaneous charge which was unable to be explained, everything was clear and concise. Their service department should give lessons to other dealerships *cough UPTOWN in Slinger**. Thank you for exceeding our expectation!! We will be back!!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE! HORRIBLE,, HORRIBLE. I purchased a 2009 vehicle ($14,000 ) from this dealership and this has been the worst experience of my life. 3 weeks after purchasing my vehicle, my engine light came on. I took it back up to the dealership and was told the issue had been fixed. 11 months later Im still dealing with the engine light and 9 other major issues including needing a transmission and this is a total of $8000 of work needed. I have called so many times to be told the same thing or no return phone call back. I wish I would have read these reviews first. Now Im left with a car note but no car.

Being a younger guy I also feel like they thought I couldnt afford the vehicle I was trying to buy, hence the sales manager not budging on the list price of the car. My family and I visited here the other day to shop used cars. We were helped by Kyle Kiley who was the most pleasant car sales person I have met in my life. Completely laid back non aggressive car sales. At one point earlier I had to go to get my son from school and unlike other dealers she had no problem with me leaving since I said I would come back.Had it not been for the stiff arm of the financing department and their no haggle/bargaining with customers policy, I would have walked out $19,000 poorer and a 2014 Chrysler 300. I felt like I was at Carmax, but I guess thats how it is nowadays with internet pricing.1 star off because I think my price was fair and they wouldnt budge more than $200-$300(they offered tinted windows instead of dropping the price) on a 3 year old car with over 19k miles on it. Be aware, what you see online is it.....not including the extra 1000-1200 youll owe for tax/title/licence.I would take a shot there again though just because of the friendly sales people.

Stewart is unprofessional, sexist and rude. Apparently sales lady Kyle (who was as sweet as it gets) is easily frustrated by negotiations. However, at that moment if it werent for her and the fact I loved the Acadia, we wouldve went elsewhere. Outdated building which is absolutely disgusting inside and out. No closing, didnt go through the vehicle, walked away without even saying thank you- which in the end made me incredibly upset with Kyle Kiley. Y I K E S! Well be taking our vehicle back to Heiser for any servicing needs. Nice try EVS but you definitely missed the mark. GM will be hearing about this experience regardless if they send me a survey or not.

Terrible customer service. There was a nice inventory of cars which drew me back to ernies even after other poor experiences. I arrived at 6:20 pm and was ignored by every employee that walked by. It wasnt until 7:30 pm that someone helped me. I was given a test drive as I asked quickly, but then everything slowed down as other reviewers have commented. my vehicle was super low balled for a trade in. Nearly $3000 below Kelly blue books trade in estimate. Please do not waste your time at this dealership.

Horrible experience. I visited EVS with the purpose to have them appraise my car. Not naming names but the sales person we talked too flat out told us that if we werent buying today that they would not appraise my vehicle. Also that they were very busy and did not have time to appraise my car. My car was older, but still had a value to it to be traded in. The salesperson did not even drive it or look at it and their assumption was we would only be spinning our wheels talking about ACV on my car. I never did get a ACV number on my car from EVS so I left disappointed. However, I ended up spinning my wheels to another dealer (Griffin Chevy) and bought a $40K car. Anyone reading this and in the market for a vehicle go to Griffin Chevy and see Dustin McGinnis. You wont be sorry.

I must admit that this experience was totally an awesome experience given the fact that my previous experiences were less than favorable. Josh Hardwick did a phenomenal job in restoring my faith back into this dealership, especially given the fact that I had been to the dealership three previous visits for the exact same problem. And thats because it took him, two of my visits to not only sort out the mess created by a previous service advisor with the same first name, whos no longer with the dealership, but also embrace ownership of the issue as well, which I appreciated, given that I was a disgruntled customer. On this particular visit, Josh really rolled out the red carpet and provided me with 5 star treatment, all because of the way my situation was mishandled. He negotiated a discount on my bill for my inconvenience and provided me with a loaner, free of charge, so that I wouldnt have to wait the three hours it took to service my vehicle, which I had done in a previous visit, whereas nothing had gotten done. Josh maintained constant communication with me during this process, even being an effective liaison for me between myself and the company handling my extended warranty, by which he chose to do, instead of passing it off to someone else, just to ensure that I wouldnt experience ANY further issues or tie ups. Josh Hardwick is the reason Im choosing to continue my business with the dealership, even though I vowed never to return.

I purchased my car from EVS in April and had what I thought was an alignment issue since June. After EVS looked it over they couldnt find anything wrong even though it still pulled. After taking it to another mechanic I was told that one of the tires has an issue and that is what is causing the pulling. I brought it back to EVS to see how they would fix it, I was told its not their issue and that I need to contact the tire manufacturer, I was not given a number to call or anything, I was told we dont do that and we cant help. During this visit I also had an oil change and tire rotation. The very next day my car was telling me that I had a tire low on pressure. I looked at that tire and checked it, it was fine. The next day a different tire was flat. It turned out that EVS didnt calibrate the tire pressure sensors for the tires being in different positions, which is why it was saying one tire was dropping in pressure when in fact it was a different one. The reason it was flat is because they didnt put the tire seal on well enough and it was losing air.

We recently purchased a new 2014 VW Touareg from Kyle and Serge at EvS Volkswagen and it was well worth the trip from Chicago. All of our dealings with Kyle and Serge specifically and the dealership in general was a great experience. They were very good at quickly responding to all of our phone calls and emails.Nice to see a dealership where they mean what they say, did everything they said they would do and made sure we got the car we wanted at a great price.Anyone in the Milwaukee or Chicago area looking for a Lexus should put this dealership on their list to contact!

Very friendly. Went in because my steering wheel was shaking. I suggested that my wheels be balanced because i was unsure of the exact issue. I also specifically said that i did not want my car washed. Well, They balanced my tires and then rotated them without asking me first, my car went through the car wash causing damage to the paint and my underbody light kit was damaged as a result of the carwash. The service manager said that he would detail my car and fix the other damage that occured, just told me to let him know what day to bring it in. They suggested that i have my rotors replaced because they were warped and that may be causing my vibration issue. Paid $69.99 for tire balancing which is very expensive by the way, and then another $300 plus amount to have the rotors replaced at another site and still experiencing the shaking/ vibration. Taking my vehicle to another dealership for further evaluation.

I had a great experience a couple weeks ago at Ernie Von Schledorn Buick GMC. I purchased a 2015 Chevy Traverse from Edwin Alarcon. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all the products features. The YouTube video sent in advance of the seeing the vehicle in person was excellent. I drove a distance to see the vehicle, given the excellent price tag, and it was parked in front of office building, ready to test drive as soon as I arrived. I received financing through Nic who was very friendly, fast, and answered all my questions. On my way out the door with new vehicle, Edwin assisted me with the Bluetooth and electronic features, OnStar, and has continued to be available for any questions. So far so good with the Chevy Traverse! Thanks guys at Ernie Von Schledorn Buick GMC!
