If you have a problem with your device they get it fixed in a short period of time and for less cost then you would imagine. When I bought my new laptop I got the best deal available from this place. Im happy to say its still running great and has outlived my first laptop I purchased from a big box store. Had two computers bite the dust. The guys checked them both out at no cost and transferred data off them to a new one I bought. They are knowledgeable and great to deal With! My go to guys!!

DO NOT take anything to this guy. I took my computer to him around the second week of November. He ordered the part and broke the mother board. Now I cant get my computer and the owner will not call me or meet with me. He has had my computer now for 6 weeks with no response from him. My next step is to get an attorney. I wish I could give negative stars.

Like others who have brought their phones here to get fixed, my experience was the same. I wanted a new camera and glass protective shield over the camera put into my phone because of scratches on the screen and a cracked shield, they quoted me for the job, and I decided to have it done. It took them longer than they originally said it would and when I got my phone back the scratches in the camera lens were still there. They replaced the glass protective shield over the camera, but it was obvious they didnt replace the actual camera (because the scratches on the lens were still there). When I confronted them that the problem wasnt even solved and that it was obvious they didnt replace the entire camera, they just said I dont know and still made me pay the $80. Incredibly disappointed. I will never bring my electronics here again. I would take your business elsewhere or at least get multiple quotes from different businesses for your issue.

They may be good with computers put not with phones. Dropped off an S7-J for a display that wouldnt light after a drop. Took over a month of calling on status (they never called me once) before before I was finally told it should be ready by the end of day. Stopped in the following day to be safe and to my surprise I was handed the empty shell. Couldnt be fixed I was told. Why wasnt I told this over the phone? Plus they kept the brand new battery (phone was only a couple weeks old). Shady.Never did get to talk with their phone guy. They were either out, the door was closed...

They were fast with repairing my phone but got it back worse than i turned it in. i cracked my screen but when i got it back everything was wrong with my phone. I couldnt talk on my phone without pressing buttons, it would go into apps i didnt even click on, the screen color was off, the screen would freeze and couldnt do anything with it. those were only the major things wrong with it. had many other minor problems with it. i highly recommend not going here guys.

These people are good at their jobs, but they can get really expensive sometimes. I mean $300 for a motherboard? I could buy a new laptop for less than that!

Went to computer needs for just a broken screen on my LG g2 after a week and a half of damaging the screen they ordered I took it to pc doctor not even 24 hours later I have my phone strongly suggest pc doctor to everyone
