Came for a routine oil change. I had a meeting later in the morning so I needed to ask how long it would take before officially going forward with the service. I was told an hour, or hour and a half maximum. Ended up taking over 2 hours. If they were just honest with the timing I wouldn’t have gone forward with them but they decided to lie instead so that they would get my business. Kept asking for updates and they just said “20 more minutes” very rudely, even though that was also a lie and it ended up being 40 more minutes after they said that. Certainly shady people and will never be back. They have also not updated their website with the proper address. Ended up going to two different addresses on their website before getting to the correct location. Overall this location seems to not place any priority on customer service. If you still decide to go here make sure you have several hours of free time and don’t trust the time that they will tell you it will take.

Good place to bring your vehicle. I actually trust these guys and I dont trust many people. They even offer discounts for military and firefighters.

Joe and Tony will treat you like one of their own. They will go the extra mile every time, making sure that not only is your immediate repair/replace done, but anything else that goes wrong too. Their prices arent just competitive, they are bottom line, and their mechanics are all knowledgeable and respectful!

We currently operate 4 box trucks at my place of business. There is plenty of auto-mechanics in Mentor to go to for maintenance and repairs. However, none have been as amazing as Vehicles Unlimited.I have been impressed with the flexibility, quick service, and low prices on everything so far.It can be difficult to have trucks serviced, as we use them for deliveries. Being down a truck for a long period can be difficult to say the least.Vehicles Unlimited has made my life so much easier.. They always find time to accommodate my hectic schedule and never act like I am asking for too much in regards to scheduling repairs or oil changes.Currently, I will not take our trucks to anyone else. Doing maintenance on 4 trucks has been and will be much much more manageable with the services provided by Vehicles Unlimited.

This was my second time there, and I will be back for several more after this. You cannot find Im more professional courteous staff in a vehicle repair shop. Do not hesitate to just stop in and ask questions and get your repair done efficiently, very cost-effective, and the work is always guaranteed with a professional staff

Wow!!! I hardly ever write reviews, especially negative ones, so you know that if Im taking the time to write a review you know business is horrible. The name Im referring to is Tony. I dont get if because Im a female or what but he gave me a completely different charge when I came to come pick up my car after being 2 hours late. I explained to him the charge I was quoted was double the charge and he laughed in my face and said there nothing he could do and in order to take my car home with me I would have no but to pay the inflated price. I had no choice as I was already late for work. I will be reporting this incident with the BBB. This is criminal. If your a female buyer beware I implore anyone, especially a female or even a mail, go someone else and get different recommending from people you guys know.. You will be ripped off and lied to while laughing in your face.

Great service. Great price. Just stopped in for oil change. On a Saturday morning. No appointment.... Said it would be an hour.. Less than 30.00 for a synthetic blend and 35 minutes later I was done. They under promise. And over deliver!

Any place that has a friendly dog to greet you at the door is good to me.The brakes on my car needed to be checked out. I was surprised when I was told I didnt need new brakes. I appreciated the honesty and I will definitely be back when i do need them 👍

Do not take your car to these people. I used a PRC voucher through JFS which covered $1,500 in repairs but still had to come out of pocket almost $300. Initially told them the issues I was having was my brake light was on(which I had just had the front brakes done a few months prior so I knew it had to be back brake work) and my front left tire was making a knocking sound. They ended up doing work on the front brakes anyways and fixing the front right tire, got my car back and it still had the same issues. Called to tell them and took it in just for them to say now the left tire and back brakes need work, on top of them supposedly doing “exhaust work” but I got my car back and it was louder than before. I specifically wrote out a list to show them, when my car was taken up there, what all my concerns were and NOT ONE of the issues were fixed. Now I’m supposed to pay another $500 to fix these issues that were supposed to be fixed the first time. All they could say was “we took care of the issues we seen first” NO!!! Take care of the issues I told you I was concerned about. I don’t know much about cars but even I can tell when driving the car what needs work first and what can wait.

My rear door lock in van went bad & I stopped to see if they can repair. They did it rite away.

These guy always do a great job for me. These guys are professional and they really know their stuff. They have been doing my repairs for 13 years. They do it all and do it well.

Would never come back here. Had my AC compressor replaced in my Honda CRV two years ago. When he fixed the first one he left my window open in a rain storm and my passenger seat was dripping wet, even a towel couldn’t dry it. A few months ago it stopped working and another mechanic informed me the part was bad. When I called Vehicles Unlimited they said the part was no longer under warranty, which was fine, and they’d call me back and would give me a discount. They never called back. I had to call several times and finally they quoted me at $100 more than the original! I pointed out that he said he’d give me a discount and he told me that was the price.A week or so later when driving my CRV to a different mechanic my AC compressor seized, ignited the serpentine belt, which snapped while I was driving 70 mph down the highway. Pulled over and my hood insulation caught fire, smoke everywhere. A good Samaritan helped me put out the fire, and fortunately my car was saved. You couldn’t pay me to come back here.

Great service. I was able to get my car in and fixed the same day without an appointment. I was explained in full detail what was wrong with my car I was even shown my vehicle in the shop area where it was explained to me. Most shops do not allow that. Some business use video to show you, but its not the same as actually being shown in person. My vehicle was fixed to my satisfaction and I would definitely recommend!

Came in for alignment. They got me right in, and had my truck aligned and good to go in less than an hour. Great guys, always a pleasure to deal with.

I was quoted 1600 dollars to fix my rear AC. Was told there was a hole in hose and would need to be completely replaced. I took my car to another shop and was told that there was no hole in my hose. That the seal was leaking. Seal was replaced and AC recharged for a little over 200$. Will never bring my car here again. Thank you to First Time Automotive for taking care of me!

I always go here for an oil change and I am happy with there service! They always told me if something needed repaired and gave me estimated prices when they were finish which Ioved! highly recommend they have great oil change prices.

I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change when they gave me the keys and sent me out on a route 20 my brakes didnt work at all. Ill never take another vehicle here. These guys are scam artists trying to force customers to pay for repairs to things they break.

I had a great experience with them. I was referred to them from an employee at Auto Zone. I took my van there to get an ignition coil replaced and also a bad oil leak taken care of. They took care of the problem in a decent amount of time. They were even kind enough to give me a ride home when I dropped my van off. They kept me informed of everything they were doing and I should also add that they have a kind and friendly staff. I will refer them to family and friends!

BEWARE! The discounted oil change is a gimmick to find other necessary repairs. Charged $20 labor to change 2 tail lights which I dont believe even were burned out.
