I went to Sohls due to its proximity to my apartment, but am pleased to say that I left a loyal customer. When I first called Sohls before ever taking in my car, the owner was extremely helpful on the phone, took the time to give me a very rough estimate of what the repair might cost, and came across as genuinely interested in helping fix my car. When his rough estimate came in at several hundred dollars less than what a big-brand repair shop quoted me, I figured didnt have much to loose.I took my car into the shop, and the owner took the time to pull it around, put it on the lift, and give me an estimate more legitimate than what I was given on the phone, all within 5 minutes while I waited. He even brought me back into the shop to point out exactly what needed repaired on the car. Even though the actual work estimate was a bit higher than what I was given on the phone, it was still way less than his chain competitors, so I went ahead with the repair.I dropped the car of at approximately 8am. I got a call from the shop around 2:30 that same day letting me know the repair was done. I couldnt have asked for faster timing.Long story short: the service was excellent; the staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly; the repair was reasonably inexpensive; and the car was ready to go in less than a day. I would highly recommend Sohls to anyone in need of a repair.
