Guy I spoke with on the phone says they dont work on Lexus when I asked for a basic oil change. Nothing complicated or any different from any other vehicle. This shop is either incompetent or didnt want my business.
Wow. Can you say scam artists?! My battery went dead across the street so I offered to pay them to jump me off.They said my brand new car needed to be towed in and have the battery replaced. They “didn’t have any jumper cables “.Do not come here. Run.

There is no other automotive repair shop in Lake County that is more TRUSTWORTHY than Chuck at Yano’s. I would extremely advice you to check them out.
