Just moved to Ohio and asked a friend where to take my car in for service and he said this was the best place to go because they will only fix what needs fixed and wont upsale you. I couldnt be happier, fit me in within a reasonable amount of time, diagnosed the problem, told me what was going on and how to fix it. They ordered the part and had it fixed in a timely manner. I will be taking my SUV here for all my auto needs, including oil changes.

My grandfather has always come here to get his cars taken care of, and I see why. The service is good, and for a smaller business, they have many customers like my grandfather who keep coming back. Just goes to show that they do a good job.

I brought my car in to get an estimate for breaks. First time ever coming here. I spoke with Al and he took my car back right away and let me know what needed. I was quoted $350-750 the higher end if I ended up needing Calipers. He was able to save my rear Calipers so it saved me money. I was so thrilled! He also said my front breaks still had about 50% left. Most shops would have tried to get me to replace even if it wasnt needed. He was very accommodating. I dropped my car off right at 7am and my car was done within a couple of hours. Only cost me $350 out the door. Honest shop and wonderful service. Highly recommend. These guys are absolutely amazing! Was broke down and got stuck in Mentor otw to to my husbands daughters graduation party. They were fully booked but still said bring it in... They not only fixed my jeep but got us on the road in time to get to his daughter. They really saved our whole weekend! I really cant thank them enough. So friendly, and just down right good people!!! I would definitely take my vehicles to them every time if they werent 4hrs away!

I was on a road trip and had a muffler problem. I called a few chains who weren’t able to get me in at all until the next day. I called Rohaley’s and explained the situation. They were very sympathetic and they had me in and out in an hour and a half! Very friendly and professional, explained what was going on without being condescending, and very reasonably priced. A friend recommended them so I brought my truck in for some vibration that I figured was either a rotor or a wheel bearing. Turns out it was the piston to the rotor. They got it fixed quick for as fair a price as can be expected nowadays. Ill definitely use them in the future.

I called around to several places for a price quote and a time slot for brake pad and rotor repair. Everywhere else quoted much higher, even double, what Rohaley quoted me and for a wait as long as four days to get it fixed. Here, I was told to bring it by asap, it was fixed within hours at cheaper cost than anywhere else. Complete satisfaction with the service.

We were driving across the country when our axle seal and bearings gave out. Al had us bring the vehicle right in and had it fixed in under 48 hours. He went the extra mile to fix it correctly and he worked hard to save us money. Id recommend Al Rohaley to anyone that needs mechanic work!

I cant say enough about this place. I found Al during an unfortunate incident when my car broke down before Christmas. He arranged a tow during rush hour, got me in, and I was on my way the next day. Customer service is top notch as well, super accommodating. Plus he knows Saabs inside and out- hes the only mechanic I take my 9-3 to.

We had a tire go flat on our Sprinter RV while nearby and these guys hopped on it and saved our trip!

I had uneven tire wear and lots off wobble and noise. F@#%Stone and N*B said I needed 4 tires, shocks and full brake job. AL told me before he ever looked at it that was upselling. Turns out it was broken bands in 2 tires. His honesty saved me $2000 in unnecessary work, and won my business. New tires and thats it.
