Easy in and out for a car wash. Individual wash prices are a little high. The value is when you opt for the monthly wash package. First 2 months are half price. Im in there nearly everyday to wash the my car and the line moves really fast.

The worst customer services I brought my 1978 transam to Classis accident repair center for painting dent on front bumper. They charged me $1000 for it. When I asked them for touch up they could not provided for me. When I asked them for a code for touch up they send me to chevy parts. I when to chevy parts they could not pull it because age of car. Then they told me that they had a contractor brought in to fix my car and that is the reason they dont have it and they couldnt tell me who is contractor. I will never go back to them.

To be honest, I was not impressed. My wife made an appointment two days in advance for a oil change and I waited for almost two hours for the car to be done. I get being busy, and would have accepted this wait time if I had not make an appointment. Waiting two hours for an oil change just seems a little excessive to me. I have a Toyota and go there for oil changes and have never waited this long.

When my time comes for car shopping, I do my online research, then head for the 615-Tyler campuses where I can compare in one afternoon, models from as many as 9 different makers, on one block. Then head to 91 for the BMW-MINI-LEXUS campuses. Great consistent sales staff, knowledgeable and friendly, without heavy handed pitches and sharking of me in the lots. Sometimes I like to be left alone, right? Post-sales, great support and perks, especially high end cars. Love the Lexus waiting area.

Stood in the service department waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I was very patient and waited to be assisted. The clerk gets off of the phone and says whos next? I said I am. She then ignores me and ask a white guy who literally just walked in the door if he was next. I said again Im next. She then proceeds to ignore me and ask the guy again if he was next. He shakes his head and says no. She looks at me and I said I told you I was next and Ive been standing here. She then states that she goes by the cars that come in first. She asked me if the Rav 4 was mines and I said yes. I believe she was racist and I wont go back there again. You dont blatantly ignore someone and thats what she did to me.

Though polite & friendly, they are not honest. They insisted they had changed my oil when my husband could tell it had not been changed, perhaps only added to. I took it back because when I took it there for The recall on the airbag, we asked them to change the oil as well. The sticker wasnt changed, nor was the warning light reset. The customer serviceman showed me the oil was full, but amber-colored and told me that was clean. At home my husband showed me clean oil is clear. I was taken advantage of for my ignorance. Not reputable.

I shouldnt even give the Mini Classic any stars We were there a few years ago and left due to terrible customer service. We went to Audi and bought a convertible there. My husband and I went Monday to look at a convertible. Again terrible customer service. We got in a car and someone finally came over and my husband said were just checking for size. He left and never came back. Now we will go to Columbus and shop there.

I live in Erie Pennsylvania and I have been dealing with classic car group for my last four cars I have bought Cadillac Lincoln and Lexus and now a genesis G 80. We have been so pleased with classic! So glad we went with classic Toyota. We almost went with metro to save a few bucks but classic was able to compete with them and the customer service has been such a blessing . Cant say enough good things about about everyone we have interacted with they have all been very family friendly and considerate. Even when we had service done we got to use a Sienna while our 4runner was worked on. Our 4year old thought the siennas automatic doors and pull shades were like magic lol she wants me to get rid of my Accord and get a Sienna, and my husband agrees with her, we will see. :DThanks again Brittany Valesquez and Dave Alicea

Have bought 3 cars, my girlfriend 2, everyone of them had serious issues. My girlfriend leased with a set buy out at the end and they illegally tried to add money on to profit.I went up today to look at cars, over priced, low ball insult you on your trade in and want top dollar for their used vehicles. After 6 cars, many problems, they have lost my business for good.

I have to say at first I was disappointed because I had multiple problems in a short period of time with a used car after I purchased it and I signed as is. I then was going to have to pay for another radiator hose but to my surprise when I got there the manager took care of the issue at no cost to me. They even sent a tow truck to my house as a precaution since I had fluid leaking. I know cars are unreliable but they really did do whatever they could to help me out the best they could . Thank you Classic Cheverolet!
