Was told they would take care of my plates. Now finding from the OH DMV that the plate is still active and was re-registered in my name on the date of sale - learned this after whoever has them blew a toll in NY. Called the branch manager who informed me he was all over it - a week later I have not received a call back nor response to two emails.

We first went to WeBuyAnyCar to see what we could get for our car. Kelly took care of us and was very friendly, courteous and efficient. After Kelly inspected the car, we agreed on an offer. We did not seal the deal then, as we wanted to see what we could get for the car if we traded it in. Well, the adds are correct, the dealerships do not do justice to cars that are being traded in. We went back to WeBuyAnyCar and sold the car to them. Dave took care of us and he was just as friendly, courteous and efficient as Kelly! All in all, it was a great experience!

I don’t know why this place has good ratings I tried to go through this went i sold my car, they offered me LESS than HALF of what i got offered from more than 5 dealers with not trading in and just buying my car. I will never recommend this service.
