Mentor window crew just left our house and I have to say they are outstanding! Dan was our salesperson he was friendly, informative, polite and easy going. Once the windows came in Jen called us to set an install day. Today was the day! Our windows are just beautiful and such an improvement over our old ones. Steve the owner even stopped by to say how much he appreciate our business and to make sure the install was going well.I am an older single woman and I did have a couple other places out that were not pleasant at all, very aggressive and their prices were much higher, I felt they were trying to squeeze every nickle out of me because their quotes were high. I had a Buy one get one free place out and they were very unprofessional in the way they quoted the job dropping their price 15 mins later after I said that was too much. Just give me the best price. Outstanding group of people at Mentor Window! I went with 2 entry doors and 16 windows and a bay window after getting 3 other quotes. They were affordable, professional and very nice to deal with. The owner Steve sent his father over for our estimate and explained he was retired but was helping out because they were so incredibly busy. Dan his father was amazing to deal with. Friendly, professional, laid back and right to the point no nonsense which we loved compared to the other guys the other places sent out. I am sure this company does a decent job. They have a lot of great reviews. I hesitated posting this at all, but if I were looking for a window place I would want to know this, so here goes. My husband and I were looking for just 4 windows, so a small project. After getting a decent quote (yet still comparable to other local places) we were going to go through with the install. 1st issue came when we noticed that the sticker on the windows in the showroom were energy star rated....but not in Ohio. So along with that inquiry, and asking for proof of permits and insurance (including workers compensation for their installers) we were pretty much ghosted by this company. When my husband called the office the receptionist informed us that they cancelled the job (without notifying us at all). Now, it could possibly be that they just didnt have the time for our small project, but I remain suspicious that asking for windows rated in the proper area of the country and asking for proof of insurance had something to do with it. So if these things are important to you, you may want to make your own inquiries.

Love my new shed! 1st off Steve was a blast to deal with from the get go. I stopped at their location and Steve came out and showed me several sheds and filled me in on pricing and the materials they use. He is a bright young man that really takes pride in his products and is a pleasure to deal with face to face, he had all my answers.I was told it would be approx 6 weeks till it could be built and it was built 5 weeks after I signed the contract. The crew showed up bright and early 730am and were done with the site prep and shed by 10am! It was amazing seeing how hard they worked and how in tune they were with one another.I shopped around 4 different places because I am as about as picky as they come. Mentor Window had the best materials by a landslide, their floors are 2nd to none. The best thing is when doing an apples to apples comparison they were $1100 cheaper than another place I looked at with the same materials. The quality of 2x4s and all the other lumber is nearly perfect! Totally pleased with my decision and dont bother looking around if you are shopping for sheds, I did your homework for you!

I replaced 8 windows in my 100 year old house. The service, price and result were amazing. If I could give Mentor Window 12 stars I would. The initial call they were upfront and low pressure. They measured every window and quoted me an affordable price. They installed them in a matter of hours and the two men who installed my windows were nice, efficient and considerate. Within hours of the windows being in we could FEEL the difference in the house. From the initial phone call to the installation process I never once felt pressure or ever questioned my purchase. Mentor Window has the best storage sheds in the area. We bought ours after a couple of months researching local sellers. Steve was very helpful, as he explained different models, features, construction, and carefully walked us through the buying process. Mentor Window sheds have more standard features, including tongue in groove floors (NOT plywood), more available options, and the best materials of any we found. In addition, their installation team was great. Professional, fast and highly skilled, the worksite was thoroughly cleaned after they finished the job. I highly recommend Mentor Window for your home improvement needs.

Highly recommend! Mentor Window does an amazing job! Weve used them 2 times now, the most recent was installing 19 windows at our recently purchased new home in Concord. They did an amazing job! I was blown away by both the over quality and timeliness of the install. It took a little over 5hrs in total to install 19 windows. (19 windows!) I know nothing about window installation, but this must be a record in some capacity. Also, you really cannot beat the price. They typically come in well under half the cost of the other nationally known window installation companies. Plus, you dont have to sit through hours of demos and window pitches when they come out to provide your free estimate. This alone was refreshing. They also dont just do windows. We might be having them do our siding and potentially a new shed, as well. Save yourself some time in running around to find the best quote and go with Mentor Window.

I used Mentor Window in the past to build a shed. I was very pleased with the work and that was the reason why I decided to go back and do business with them on another project. In addition to the work that was completed, I like the owner because he is very personable and is a true professional. This was a larger scale project that involved tearing out an old deck and replacing it with a new one. It was a bit on the costly side since I decided to go with composite material as opposed to wood.I was a bit nervous because of the money that I was spending to complete the project. There were so many colors and options to choose from. However, Steve never rushed me to make a decision and told me to take all the time I needed to insure that I get what I wanted. He wanted me to feel comfortable with the decision since it was a sizable project in scope and dollar amount. Well at least based on my standard of large scope.In a nutshell, the deck is absolutely beautiful !!!! Even the neighbors told me that it was a great addition. The work was done in a timely manner and the crew did an outstanding job of keeping the place clean. Upon completion, I felt relieved when I saw the finished product. It makes you feel even better when you know you are supporting a local business. I told Steve that I am looking forward to the next project. Well first I need to save up some more cash. I am not able to print money. I have to earn it the old fashion way. If you are in need of a home improvement project, you should definitely include Mentor Window in the mix. They are competitive with their prices and they have a solid track record. Not to mention, it is always a plus to do business with a local establishment. It is easier to manage and you work directly with the owner.

Our new entry door is beautiful! Really makes the front of the house pop. Mentor window and siding is a very nice place to work with and I love that its local family owned and not a chain with only 1 location. I live in Mayfield Village and recently purchased a 12 X 16, 8’-foot side wall shed that was installed by 4 individuals who did a great job. From start to finish in working with the sales team at Mentor window throughout the coordination of the date they would arrive I was completely satisfied with the value and workmanship. Mentor windows install team tore down my old shed (which they hauled away) and built the new shed, all which was done in 5 hours. I found the entire process, communication, and complete transparency was a great experience. My son who lives in Mentor will be purchasing a shed from Mentor Window in the near future. We had windows done by Mentor Window last fall and we just did business with them again purchasing a shed for our business. GREAT, honest people to deal with and they really care about quality and keeping costs down compared to other quotes we had.We dealt with Matt, Steve and Jen when we ordered the windows and they were on the ball from beginning to end. Our installation crew (Tim I think?) and his guys were a blast to deal with. Super friendly guys that made it actually a fun experience. They even made sure we were happy with the clean up before they left.Now for the shed, we just had it delivered and wanted something really appealing to the eye. My husband is very particular so he went with them because of their materials. I dont know much about construction but my husband said their materials were the best hes seen and they didnt use any particle board. He also made a big deal about the 2 inch plank floors. Anyhow, we have one of the nicest sheds on our industrial road for our business, people RAVE about it! Amazing company top down. We had 17 windows installed after getting 3 estimates from other companies and Mentor Window was the best price, professional, informative and nice to deal with. Steve the owner and Matt the general manager were pleasant, up front and honest from the get go unlike other places we had out. We read the google reviews and it was a no brainer to go with this outfit! Props to them for running an outstanding operation. It did take almost 3 months to get the window in but we were told that from the beginning and other places said 6 weeks which we were very skeptical of. I cant recommend this place enough, excellent service and honest.

We needed to have a window repaired on the lower level of our house after talking to Mentor Window we decided on having the entire window replaced . The new window is beautiful! The install went quickly and quietly a big bonus while working from home.

Today they built my 10x14 vinyl sided shed. In all my years of home ownership, I have never had such a thorough, professional, neat and knowledgeable group of people working on my home. The quality exceeds my expectations and except for the new shed sitting there,,,,,,you cant tell anyone was here! They left the yard pristine and they worked neatly all day. And I mean these guys worked hard, they earn every cent. I have to come up with a reason to call Mentor Window again!!!!!

It was AMAZING!!!! How fast they were able to build our shed today. The heat was awful but all the workers were so respectful and answered all my questions. New windows installed and a front door by Mentor Window yesterday. We love, love love our new door and windows! Mentor Window replaced my front entry & storm door November 2020. In March 2021 I noticed a fairly large gap in both corners of the door sweep on the storm door made by Larson. I called Mentor Window to explain my concern was that cold air was coming in and also bugs will find a way in when the inside door was left open. I was told that the cold weather can cause the rubber to shrink and storm doors are not really designed to keep out bugs or the weather. I was told that i could get a replacement seal from Lowes. I removed the door sweep and went to Lowes. As I re installed it I noticed that if you stretch the rubber while sliding it into the track this may be the cause of its shrinking later as it contracts over time. I was careful making sure that it was not stretched. I also noticed the door had two sets of drilled holes to mount the sweep assembly, which shows that it was installed incorrectly and then adjusted properly the second time. Whether it was a factory defect or improper installation, Im very disappointed in the service and lack of support from Mentor Window to stand by their product and installation. They could have easily fixed this for me and I would have given a much better review! (Lowes said they stand behind their product & installations and would have fixed this for me.)

I love this place, they not only do great home improvement work ( They did our windows) but they have a super cute little storefront where they sell furniture and lawn decor on the side. I have bought a poly furniture set and a lighthouse over the last couple years. We did some looking around at furniture before we made our purchase and they had the best prices on 5 piece tables sets by far.Everyone that we have ever dealt with there is always friendly, upbeat and super nice to deal with! If you havent been there I recommend checking it out, lots of neat unique things!

My wife and I shopped around for storage sheds and we found Mentor Window has the best quality sheds and pricing around. After looking at 3 other places we found the quality less than average compared to Mentor Window. The sheds are built with all quality products, plywood construction and beefy 2 inch thick planks floors. The other places we visited were more expensive and used particle board throughout the entire sheds!The crew showed up and they were amazing to watch. Efficient and the clean up was stellar. They were building another shed the same day right after our we couldnt believe it! The wait was 7 weeks but it was well worth the wait, I could see why they are so busy and why they build so many sheds a year. Window estimate was done during Covid crisis. Mentor Window made us feel comfortable from the get go and their prices and product were better than anyone else we talked with. Today we have 9 window replaced in our home. We desperately needed these windows, we were losing so much heat through our windows. The sales team was quick scheduling a time to visit to give us a quote, and when we were ready, there was no time wasted ordering our windows. When it came time for instillation, the installation team was on time and very professional. They always let us know what was going on and kept us updated on the progress of the install. It took them only about 4.5 to 5 hours to install 9 windows! We can already tell a difference with our new windows. We are able to keep our curtains open and not worry about losing all our heat! Ordered 11 windows and a patio door from Dan about 7 weeks ago. The windows came in last week and were installed today. This is a super place to deal with, and they were much more affordable than a couple other quotes we received. I cant express to people enough how on the ball this place is with their follow ups, installation crews, and being on time with their appointments when it came to the estimate, measure and install.The windows are such an upgrade compared to the 25 year old ones that we had. Its so nice to deal with a hometown company that has a local owner that you can actually deal with. When we stopped in the office everyone was so friendly and the few employees we spoke with all lived in our area which we love to support locals! Our windows came in last week and were put in today by 3 young men that were polite, professional and courteous. The windows look amazing, Mentor window is such a pleasure to deal with.Dont bother torturing yourself with window nation, universal or Pella. All 3 came across like thieves that try to get every last cent out of you. All 3 places sent out a person that was dishonest and tried charging over $1000 a window! I wish we would have called Mentor Window 1st and avoided the experience we had with the other places, just awful. Thanks again to the great crew and most of all your honest approach!

Mentor Window did a complete tear off and redo of a terrible siding job that was completed on my house two years ago. They did an amazing not only with tear off but fixing all the problems created by the previous workers. Cassie and Mark did an outstanding job. Neat, thoughtful, kind, experienced, timely are words I would use to describe them. Most of all, my house looks amazing - 150% improvement. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for siding or roofing if I could give them 10 stars I would.

Just had a new shed put in. Mentor Window took the old shed down, hauled it away on a Monday, and framed the ground for the new shed. They came back 2 days later, arrived 10 minutes early and in just barely over 90 minutes had the new shed put up! These guys hauled butt! The new shed looks fabulous, and I highly recommend Mentor Window!!

I am truly impressed by the professionalism and quality. We bought an older home and found that many of the original windows did not operate properly. We decided to start replacing them in stages so we had several companies give us quotes. This was a real eye opening process particularly when it was obvious that others were selling the same exact window which, after much research, we found to be a very high quality product. When MW came out there was never any nonsense or pressure, just a very straight forward presentation and quote. Our sales rep was outstanding! I decided to go with this small locally owned company and am very happy I did. Although we had to wait as they are very busy, the initial install went amazingly smooth. The installers were amazing and did an incredibly beautiful job which changed the entire look of our home. We are now anxiously awaiting another major project we hired them to do. I have already added a patio door and will be adding the remainder of the windows soon.

I contacted them requesting a quote on a single window for my bathroom. They were never pushy at all, I never once had their representative pressure me or even suggest to me to do more than what I had requested (which other places I had called did). Their quote was right in line with what I expected to pay. The timeline for install was exactly as quoted. When the install technician came to perform the install he asked me how I would like it to be done, and took his time spending a couple hours meticulously making sure it was perfect and cleaned up when he left. I would highly recommend Mentor Window to anyone, and now will only call them in the future.

Just on here to say thank you to the whole Mentor Window crew. My windows look great and what a difference sitting here on a 20 degree day and not feeling a thing around the windows. Pros, absolute pros all around. Only had 4 windows done but they are pleasant, no pressure, very reasonable price wise and treat you with respect. The installation crew was fantastic, in and out in 2.5 hours flat. Excellent attention to detail and clean up. I had another company do windows for us that we saw on tv 2 years ago and we got ripped off and pressured into buying. Wish we would have found Mentor Window back then, great job to the entire crew!

Fabulous people that do quality work. Had windows, doors, siding and gutters installed as well as a shed and there were no surprises. I paid the exact amount of the estimates and there was great communication between the contractors, Mentor Window and myself. I would definitely recommend them for any job. My husband and I had a shed built this morning and it looks amazing! We did shop around and even went down to Amish country thinking prices would be better and that was not the case at all. Also my husband said the materials Mentor Window used were not particle board, it was real wood and they also had plank floors which he loves!The owner Steve was very thorough in explaining their products, material and why they were able to sell their sheds at a better price than other places. They do more than sheds, windows, siding, roofing etc which allows them to sell better quality sheds at a better price than all the other places. Makes sense! Just had a roof and windows done and what a difference! Pleasure to deal with all around, fair prices and most of all they were friendly and accommodating. We had ridiculous quotes from other places and we had no idea the place right around the corner from our home in Mentor on the lake did such wonderful work. We looked up reviews and were very impressed and felt very comfortable with this company. Thank you for the great experience Mentor Window!

My husband heard great things about Mentor Window through a co-worker so we decided to get an estimate from them after getting 2 other quotes. The 1st place we had over last 10 minutes, the sales person was rude, pushy and obnoxious. Their buy one get one free didnt exist, they were over $1300 a window! The 2nd was a little better but was still high pressure and ALL OVER the place with prices.The person we had over Dan from Mentor Window was polite, friendly and not pushy at all. He quoted us on 8 windows and a patio door and we were pleasantly surprised with the price which was thousands, not hundreds of dollars less! It took about 8 weeks for the whole order to come in and be installed but I now know why it was worth the wait to do business with this company. Fair prices, the installers were phenomenal, clean and friendly most of all!I will recommend Mentor Window to all my friends and family in the future, great experience from top to bottom. Well done guys!

Had a few unexpected issues with our house, but the guys that were on the job kept me informed all the way through and got the job done within a reasonable amount of time and money! Used these guys for gutters and siding after my next door neighbor got their house done. . My home looked like a brand new house once they finished and the price was incredible compared to others I received. The owner Steve is a pleasure to deal with and Dan was thorough, friendly and really cared about my house as the project was going on. He stopped several times to make sure everything was going smooth because the guys had to work around a week of off and on rain showers. I will be using them again and I highly recommend this company to everyone !

I didnt write a review the 1st time I used this company but after a 2nd stellar showing I decided to give them some props! My 1st experience was a new roof with them. I desperately needed a roof and I had Matt come over to quote the job. He was on time, friendly, and very informative. They said they were out about 2 weeks on the roofing and ended up calling a week later with an opening.The crew was outstanding, they did a wonderful job tearing off the old one and really cared about the clean up and picking up all the trash from the roof. It was a seamless great experience by an experienced bunch of men.We recently decided to get a new front door and bay window to dress up the front of the house. Matt once again came out and exceeded our expectations when it came to pricing. We had 2 other companies out that were pushy, almost bullies and very high priced.The day of the install came and the guys showed up and were done within 6 hours. Impressive for such a big job. Once again they paid attention to detail and did a wonderful job of cleanup. In the future we want to get the rest of the windows done and we will never bother calling anyone else. Well done Mentor Window, you have a customer for life.

Ive been dealing with this company since 2007 with nothing but great experiences. They are very well organized, knowledgeable, courteous, and keep their deadlines! Would recommend to others looking for an experienced home improvement contractor.

Mentor Window uses a subcontractor to do the basement windows - for me it was a father and son team and they were fantastic. I had 8 basement windows installed at either 9 or 10 in house windows installed. I do have issues with the kitchen and bathroom windows, and have now spoken directly to the owner and they will come out to fix the issues. Will update once repairs have been made. I had been upset because I had not been contacted after my initial request, but my message appears to have gotten lost which is not a big deal as the owner has called me and resolved my concern. With the exception of the minor issues, I would definitely recommend Mentor Window, the price is better than others around and I believe that had I been able to be home during the install the minor issues would have been addressed immediately but I was at work for those two days.

Bought a shed from this company after shopping around and they are the best hands down when it comes to materials, pricing and installation. Most of the places I saw used particle board /smart panel/T1-11and other lousy products. These guys not only use better siding but their floors are 2 inch thick planks which is amazing. I highly reccommend them to anyone looking for sheds.

Called 2 other places and mentor window was less than half the price of the other two for the same windows! My uncle had them do a roof and siding and was amazed how affordable they were compared to others. I refer them to everyone! A+++

Just wanted to drop a BIG THANK YOU for the fabulous job your team did yesterday at my home. Crew was courteous and very professional. They did the patio sliding door with the built in shades and 8 windows the whole house in one day. Cleaned up everything inside and outside. Even rehung all the window treatment shades and curtains. Its like you never knew that they were there. Thanks again for a job well done I really did not think that a customer could get this kind of service any more!

Mentor Window is the best. I have a 180 year old house built by a carpenter who seems to have had one leg shorter than the other. There are no truly level floors and the walls all lean a bit to various degrees. The door installers compensated for all of my home’s issues. I now have two excellent exterior doors. Thank you.

We had several high priced, pushy salesmen in our home and got tired of being hustled. We had Matt over from Mentor Window and siding and he was pleasant to deal with and never made us feel like we were getting worked over. He gave us a FAR better price than the other awful places and explained everything thoroughly.The installers showed up a half hour late but we understand things happen especially with traffic near our home. They made no excuses, apologized, and got right to work. The crew knew exactly what they were doing and barely took a break. I was quite surprised to the detail they took when cleaning up after themselves. They cleaned up as if it were their own home!In the end the experience was absolutely fabulous and the owner ( I think) Steve? called to ask how everything went and that meant alot he took the time to do that . Most places arent that courteous nowadays! Thanks guys we love our new windows!

Good, honest company! They gave us the best window and gutter prices with no tricks or run around. Installers were on time, polite, and cleaned up after themselves immaculately. We will be back again for siding.

Mentor Window is one of the best placed I have dealt with when it comes to home improvement needs. We were referred to them by our neighbors that had windows done and we are so happy we chose them. The neighbors are the type that do their homework so we trusted their judgement after they had several places out.Most important thing that stuck with me and my husband was they weret pushy at all. We did have another estimate last year from Window Nation and they were just awful. Pushy, rude, and worst of all they were more than double the price of Mentor Window and they use the same windows from what we understood! Anyhow Dan was pleasant to deal with and didnt pull any misleading sales tactics on us like Window Nation did. We signed that day and the windows just got installed last week. They really have their stuff together at Mentor Window, very organized and most important was everyone there was so kind, friendly and helpful.I love the difference the windows make and you can really tell the difference on windy, colder days. I highly recommend this place if you are in the market for any home improvement projects, they were wonderful!

Mentor Window was recommended by 3 family members, and they came out to the West side for our project. We had 27 windows, 2 storm doors, the roof and partial siding replaced by Mentor Window. Matt provided us with a detailed, no pressure quote, and he gave us informed recommendations. He brought samples and did an excellent job managing our project from beginning to end. The price was very fair, lower than expected. The installers were highly skilled and professional, and there was a point person for each stage (Bruce for glass block, Brad for roof, Chris for windows and doors, Mark for siding). Each installer made sure we were completely satisfied with their work before leaving. They kept our property clean and used best installation practices (didn’t cut any corners). We couldn’t be happier with the finished product, and highly recommend them.

If you are looking for replacement windows do not pull the trigger unless you get an estimate from Mentor Window. I had 3 other estimates, high pressure and misleading pricing was all I got. I had Dan out and he was totally opposite the other places. Friendly, informative and no nonsense. We had our windows installed 6 weeks later and the installation was flawless. The installers were funny, friendly and they cleaned up like no one was ever there! I highly recommend this company!!

Shopped around everywhere under the sun for a shed for my backyard and 8 replacement windows. This place is a 1 stop shop! Their prices were more competitive than other quotes I received and they were a pleasure to deal with overall. Friendly, professional and most of all the communication was non stop from when the shed was ordered to when it was installed.We ordered the windows the same day and it was about the same time the shed was built, 7-8 weeks after we ordered. The shed crew was outstanding, start to finish it took them 2 hours and 40 minutes and that was doing a site preperation on top of building the shed! Cant wait to do siding with them next year ( Have to save up a bit! ) All around a 5 star company, you can really see why they have such a wonderful reputation online in the reviews including Angies list which is how we found them as members.

Wonderful company and people all around. 2 doors and 11 windows were installed for us yesterday and they were flawless with the install. We shopped around and got some really ridiculous quotes then we had Mentor Window over and it was a no brainer. They were on the ball from day 1 when they came over for the estimate, on time and most of all they didnt lay a bunch of BS on us like the others guys did.I was really impressed how well they cleaned up too after some difficulty getting a couple of the steel windows out. They took their time and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. I will be calling them again in the spring to do our roof, we couldnt afford everything this year but their quote on the roof was also very reasonable. Thanks for a great job!

I want to start this review by saying this company treats you like family. We had several estimates on siding our home and replacing 14 windows. The 1st 2 places had representatives out that were pushy, high pressure and one was just rude at the end when we told him we were getting estimates. We literally had to almost push him out the door!We decided to call Mentor Window because they are less than a mile away. We read sparking reviews on them and I can tell you they were spot on after having our home done! We set the appointment with the owner Steve who was friendly, funny and informative. We already felt comfortable before having one of his sales reps over. 2 days later we had one of their reps over Matt. He could not have been nicer and was a pleasure to deal with. Oh and did I mention they were $6200 less than the 2 places we called from television advertising? Now I know how they afford to run all the commercials we see on tv every 10 minutes. Awful sales tactics, we felt like we were being scammed . They went from 1 price, to another to another the longer he was in our home.Matt made us 100% comfortable and we signed up on the spot. He gave us the best price he could and we didnt even try to haggle because he told us up front they dont price things like the other places we had out. I cant tell you how nice the installers even were! Totally professional from the siding crew, to the window crew and the cleanup was top notch. I am not one to write alot of reviews but this is well deserved. We absolutely chose the right place to call and they were right in our back yard! I have been a customer of Mentor Window since 2003. Why you ask, because since day one they clearly explained every detail of their services while providing unbelievable value and service compared to every other companies I made inquiries with or had provide me their service in years prior. While many companies make excuses when an issue arises after services provided, Mentor Window goes out of their way to assist. Even when the issue is not related to the service they provided but the responsibility of the manufacturer, my own culpability due to misuse, damage caused by family or pets, or my own failure to properly maintenance the products provided. They have always returned my call or email and helped guide thru the where, when, and how or directly provided their services to get the issue resolved as if it never happened.Bob Mlakar

3 things we had done by this company in the last 6 weeks and I will grade them accordingly.Storage shed ...................... A+++Siding....................................A+++13 windows and a bay window..................A+++ !!!!!We have had some awful experiences in the past with contractors but these guys take it to another level when it comes to quality, price and just simply being nice to people!We dealt with Steve the owner on the shed and we shopped around and were so glad we found Mentor Window. Their sheds blow everyone else away that we looked at in materials and they were even cheaper than most of the places we looked! My husband is a picky one and he got along great with Steve because he didnt try to B.S. us or upsell us on anything. Well the day came for the install and his amish crew was phenomenal. They did ours 1st thing in the morning, tore down our old one, laid out a stone base and built the shed in 4 hours, it was amazing to watch lol.When we were there looking at sheds we told Steve that we had Universal windows direct over who advertises buy 1 get one free. We had some guy in our house quoting us over $1100 a window and he was there for an hour before we threw him out. Pushy, rude and just un professional!. Steve proceeded to show us quotes that his customers gave him recently from this place and showed us contracts they wrote up for less then half the cost of what Universal charges and they use the same exact window! Now we know the window scam on the places that are on the television, what a lousy way to do business and to treat people.Well the day the window installation came the guys were 10 mins late but they showed up and apologized which really wasnt necessary. Ill take 10 mins any time of the week when it comes to contractors. They put all the windows in and the bay window in 1 day! The guys were super friendly, clean, professional and lots of fun to have in your house. Excellent service all around. We had Jim and his helper (Chris?) I think his name was and they were great.Finally we had the siding done, everything was on 1 quote but they were more backed up on the siding than anything else because of all the wet weather this spring. Marks crew was one of the most prepared guys I have ever seen. Its summer but he has a trailer on his truck that is heated in the winter time, thought that was really cool! They worked between rain drops and when it was all said and done it took 5 days to finish the siding because we had vinyl that had to be torn off. Mark was a perfectionist and he really took the time hanging panels and nailing them correctly, my husband loved him. When it was all over with our house looks brand new! We have one of the nicest homes on our street :)We cant recommend Mentor Window enough, we need a roof next then hopefully everything will be set for our retirement. We will definately be calling them to do our roof as well. Thanks to Steve and all his crews, you guys are one of the few honest, hard working contractors left in our area!
