Great product and wonderful installer!When my husband and I moved into our home it had a sliding door from the 70s with fabric blinds. Within a few weeks my cats had chewed the strings and the blinds were a mess! We had the Pella Designer series sliding door installed with the blinds in between the glass. Now the cats cant touch the blinds! They also dont get dirty or covered with fur. I love the door and have never been sorry we purchased the one with the blinds between the glass!

I have a brand new built home where the great room picture window cracked. It was covered under warranty at no cost to me. Ora Summfield and Kevin Stone replaced and installed the new window which was ~400 lbs. They explained to me why the window cracked due to stress and how they would replace it properly reducing the risk of it happening again. They were both courteous, professional and respectful of my home and myself. They were cognizant of the Corvus-19 virus and set my mind at ease protecting all our health safety concerns. We had an issue while cleaning the windows from Pella where the window wouldn’t close. Michael Beauregard had us send him pictures and he sent us back a video and pictures of how to fix it without a service call. He was willing to stop out and fix it if it didn’t work but it wasn’t necessary since the video did the trick! He was very accommodating and helpful! What a great experience!
