I am over the moon about our new sectional and accent chairs. The quality is great, and I’m glad I finally got what I wanted for our living room. From the start, it was lovely to work with Rene. There was no pressure—just information about the options and a tip that a sale was upcoming. She let me take my time browsing and thinking. Then when I was finally ready to order, she and Manager Chance made the process easy and her communication was consistent and clear. I knew exactly when my pieces were coming in, and the delivery was a breeze! Great customer service, plus beautiful high-quality furniture. Could not ask for more. I originally ordered a BenchMade bedroom set and have since ordered an additional bedroom set, living room sofa, chairs, tables, a dining set and kitchen counter chairs. My first order arrived in just under 8 weeks! The second order arrived in 9 weeks. Im exited to get he rest of my furniture. All of the sales employees are very helpful, however, I was fortunate to work with Christine. She is very knowledgable and great to work with! I cant wait until Christine is able to come to my home and help design and coordinate my pieces.

Finally found the perfect lamp! Ann was very helpful, yet not at all pushy! They did an excellent job of packing them so we got them gone safely!

The last thing I wanted to do in life was to shop for furniture. After going to several furniture stores in the Boise area and getting sub par service, my wife and I went to Bassett in Meridian and was very impressed with the quality of furniture. Renee and Chance assisted us with selecting a bedroom set and mattress and made the experience an ease. They were both professional and down to earth. They didn’t try to push you into a sale and were very patient while we were trying make a decision. I would strongly recommend people who are shopping for furniture to stop into Bassett and see what they can do for you. If I need any furniture in the future, I’ll go see Renee and Chance at Bassett.

We will forever go to Basset Furniture in Meridian to find our furniture. They are the best high quality furniture company there is! We ordered a couch that was delayed and we provided the wrong contact phone number so the store manager, Chancelor, drove to our house himself to contact us and let us know. He went even further and offered an AMAZING deal on another sectional! They are all very friendly, honest, professional, and helpful. Warranties are good and quality is high end with good prices. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced!

Was very impressed with the quality and design assistance . No pressure with great assortment of current up to date fabrics. Being in the market to update my new home I visited other furniture stores in the area and Bassett to fill the bill. It was a welcoming to see furniture made in USA and delivered in a quick turn around time. I also visited Ethan Allen but the lack of insincerity and the wait time was unacceptable . The were quick to tell you what you want to hear, false promise so Im told after asking others and even offer discounts further than what you can find on line. Do your homework 1st and save yourself headaches. American owned Bassett is the way to go . Very please with staff, Design and quality.

My experience with Bassett Furniture in Meridian has been good. My sales rep, Linda, has been very helpful in identifying the pieces that will work best for me. I have purchased several items including two rugs and a custom chair & ottoman. The quality of the furniture is very good. Yes, the prices are higher than other local furniture companies, but the quality is superior. A good rule with furniture--like most things-- is you get what you pay for.

I had always liked the quality of Bassett Furniture so when I needed a newqueen couch bed I decided to go to my local Bassett store and see whatthey had. So happy I did. I was able to get exactly what I wanted, in thefabric, color and style that was perfect for my guest room. Must add in the price range I was looking for! Guests compliment the comfort of the mattress on this bed. I also purchased custom made drapperies that aregorgeous on dining and living room windows. Again was able to choose from so many fabric swatches for color and quality. So happy with their customer service and coming to our home for correct measurments wasso helpful.
