A pretty good selection of products. Clean store and some good meat selections.

I did my grocery shopping at Winco today. The store was clean, roomy aisles and had anything I could want to buy. The produce section was huge. Even an organic section. The deli had fresh made California sushi rolls. Awesome!The bakery had delicious chocolate cream filled eclares. 😋 Plenty of checkers available and a self check area.Winco is an enjoyable and affordable grocery shopping experience compared to WallyWorld chaos and CostAlotCo over crowded insanity. Just sayin.

Best prices in town and selection. Great wine selection and beer as well. Meat is great although not if you want bone in. They are now a boneless store so if you want a bone in ribeye or T-bone you will not find it here. But thats a small price to pay for the savings.

It is very difficult to go wrong with a WinCo shopping trip, especially when it comes to their prices. This location is a little older than some of them. The employees that helped me were great. They have a nice-sized bulk section, and a fresh sushi department. No pizza place at this one though. I was excited to find a nice selection of store-cut fruit, so fresh and tasty! I will definitely shop here next time Im in Meridian.

I love shopping at Winco. The prices are great. The store is well maintained. Theres a good selection of the foods we like to eat. They have a nice bulk food section where we can buy large quantities the stuff that we use a lot of. Their produce is high quality.The atmosphere of their stores is nice. They are nice and bright and well lit. The aisles are wide and well maintained. Some sections really feel like a warehouse store. Other sections with the food seem much like your normal grocery store.Their hours are great. It allows me to go shopping whenever I need to go. At some points in life thats been very strange hours.

This store was great with friendly staff. They stock at nighttime but it looks tidy and clean during the day. Overall, amazing shopping experience.

Smaller winco but this store is pretty well stock compaired to the other 3 WinCo I shop as well in addition to that employees at the Meridian WinCo totally rock on customer service they have a more friendly atmosphere and are more knowledgeable and willing to help if you are in need of their assistance kudos Winco

I dont know what kind of dopes you have working at night, but the customer service man was the worst I have seen. The chip reader was not working and I was unable to make a payment. Keep in mind the card worked fine both before and after being at the store. I know that a cashier can set a card machine to accept a swipe from a card with a chip after a certain number of insert attempts had been hit. I asked the cashier several times if he could do that and he said after 3 times. I had initially after 4 tries, and ended on 9 tries, right in front of this mans eyes. Repeatedly I was also told I could swipe when prompted, only being met with an insert chip screen. I have worked with POS systems and card machines extensively. What I witnessed was laziness in its purest form. I left the store on my own accord; my only regret being not getting the mans name. Because there was no name tag. For now, I go to Albertsons for a simple cheesecake.Willing to edit if I am reached out to.

Awesome they are open 24 hours. Its debit only but thats to save on higher merchant fees which would require higher food costs, so makes sense.

Superb experience. Funny everybody was so concerned about masks a year ago and now they dont matter.. kind of makes you think about all the people who were so rude about it now they have nothing to be rude about😀

Cheap, no frills grocery shopping. They need wider aisles. Two people with carts side-by-side are all that can fit. Or one obese person. Saturday afternoon at the first of the month is a bad time to go.

I’m a self-proclaimed WinCo enthusiast already, but a recent trip really made me appreciate this location more. A cashier, Sharon, was incredibly friendly toward my mom and myself. I’d gotten some popcorn seeds in bulk, and the bag decided to get caught in the belt & explode, and she was cheerful through cleaning it up for me even though it clearly wasn’t her fault. Then my mom had some gift cards and needed to split her tender a few ways and, again, was friendly and patient. I don’t live in the area but I’m always happy when I see businesses that take care of my family!

It was really crowded when I went on Friday. The store had 2 cashier open. As I got to the cashier they opened 1 more.I dont think it right for someone to stand in line for an hour 😡.I was tired and I wanted to get home 🏡.Everyone act like they didnt care if you were tired or not . Two many people was standing around chatting to each other.

This location is has very competitive prices when compared to the Walmart off of Overland. Even when its busy it is not too crowded, door-traffic is pretty similar to the Overland Walmart, also. Some things are more of a bargain here when compared to the Overland Walmart, like some of the Pyrex Dishes at this WINCO are a better value than the Walmart. Other things are either not offered, like the obvious Electronics, or they are better priced over there. This is bot an exhaustive list but some items are cheaper at one over the other, #Confusing.

I enjoy the value. Large store with a reasonable selection. Prices rose about 25% over the last year that I really dont understand, but WINCO places itself with its competitors. So, it still offers value in the region.

Need more cashiers during the hours of 5pm to 7 pm during the dinner hours. Went tonight only three check out lanes open and had 10 or more in each lane and self check out was packed as well

Why would you go anywhere else? If you have a family of four, you will save $200 to $300 a month on your food bill compared to Alb or Fre. You will save most of a house payment compared to WF or similar. Winco has real value and it is employee owned so you are really helping the valley when you shop there. Winco employees work hard in their stores for their futures; they want you to be happy.

Nevermind that the products are the same brands as the corporate giants carry, and that the store brands are better, the prices are lower to boot.All the employees are masked, the aisles are nice and wide, the bulk goods are fantastic, especially the spicy peanuts!Please shop at WinCo! I normally love WinCo, but the number of people I saw not wearing masks and the fact that the store was not enforcing mask wearing made it so that I will shop elsewhere for the time being.

The cash register was so rude. His name was John and he has a scorpion tattoo. Most disrespectful customer service I ever seen in my life. How can they hire a person like that.

Windows is my favorite store, but now that I can shop in person, I am seeing people with no masks more and more there. Other stores are more cl.pliant with face coverings.

Update: 2 months after my initial review WinCo has finally made masks mandatory for their employees. A little late, but better than never.Normally Id rate WinCo about 4.8 out of 5, but during this Corona virus times they could do a better job. We were at the meridian store today and while WinCo probably cant mandate shoppers to wear a mask, it would be nice and quite comforting if all the employees would wear masks and gloves. To be honest we felt kind of uncomfortable and anxious to get in and out as fast as possible.

I found what I was looking for plus I purchased a money order to pay a bill.

Staff is always friendly. Very helpful. Even offered another option for a food item that I would still receive the amount but at a cheaper price. Thats why I like going there.

Always treated very well by the people who work there. Seems there are more and more people without masks lately. I know people are tired but we are SO close!

As I walked through the store today I was shocked as to how many people are not observing the face mask rule, as a recovered covid victim i know i do NOT want to get it again, seeing the store today tells me I need a new place to shop that is safe for me and my family.

Fantastic place to do low budget shopping with great variety of products that arent available in other stores at the same low price. Some items that you can get that arent available at other similar stores includes oyster mushrooms, more manageable portions of spices and much more. Fantastic place to do shopping for groceries would highly recommend.

Very friendly staff always. They can tell you where items are located. Bulk foods are clean and stocked. Frequently busy. Customers were mostly masked today but I saw 2 who were not.

The only reason I come back to this WinCo is cuz the employees friendly outgoing always clean I feel welcome every time Im there
