NRG Flooring is simply the best, best best! I first met them at the Home Show Expo. Friendly, Knowledgeable, Professional- so I kept Tamicas business card... Fast forward a year!!! We decide to refinish the floors & I remembered them- First Impression was all I had to go on... From the first phone call inquiry to job completion, they are attentive, professionals. We had a big job- hardwood flooring sanding/refinishing... and had a couple of glitches during the job- a portion of our floor was not installed correctly when originally installed by the builder.. many years ago... Nick (owner) knew exactly how to solve the problem, fixed it for us. We also had a dishwasher flood, during the resurfacing phase!! OMG! Without missing a beat- Nick and his crew came to our rescue! Guided us thru the drying-out process, making 3-4 trips to our house with the moisture-meter so we could then finish the job at the proper time...Attention to detail is a 10++.And WOW! How amazing! Our hardwood floors are now better than brand new! The house feels 15-years newer!! ...and The satin finish!!!Thank you NRG!! Everyone at NRG was really helpful and accommodating. We had a last minute tight deadline and they went above and beyond to find an opening for us. In addition, we asked the installer about what can be done to a carpet area that needed stretched, and he took care of it right then and there!Definitely would recommend

My experience with NRG was excellent. From the time we walked in the door to the time the installation pro Brett walked out the door, they took to time to explain everything in detail to us. The product they provided was fair priced and excellent quality, plus the service was great. It was such a relief to have someone who really knew flooring explain the differences and make informed recommendations. I’m so glad we chose a local company instead of a big box store for our flooring needs.

NRG Flooring was a great find. We were struggling to find a flooring company for a last minute carpet stretching job before a load of furniture showed up. Irena was great on the phone and the two flooring technicians were great. They showed up early and finished quickly. The carpet looks almost new again. They were very respectful of our home. NRG replaced carpeting with hardwood, and new carpeting in the bedrooms. They have been great about follow-up and returning to deal with issues that arose after installation - baseboard replacement and stretching of the carpeting. I highly recommend their service and products.

This is the second time Ive called NRG Flooring. Both times I was very happy with the floors. The installers were skilled and conscientious. Like I said, I had creaky floor boards under old carpet, I assumed youd replace them but you out new flooring over it. My only issue. I love the floors, you were prompt got the job done fast, Im happy for the most part

NRG flooring is so great to work with! We bought LVP and had carpet installed with them and they did a great job through every step of the process. Very fair prices and professional service. NRG had the best prices around for the LVP flooring we were looking for. They followed up with their coordinator Theresa, as well as, Taggert. The installers, Evan and Justin were wonderful and worked together as a team. They put down the flooring very quickly and the floor looks very nice. This morning, the carpet person, Aaron came by to finish up the transitions from the existing carpet to the flooring. All in all. NRG flooring experience was EXCELLENT! NRG replaced carpet with red oak wood flooring in our living and bedroom, lacing it in with existing wood flooring, and staining a darker stain. Michael was the finisher and I must say that hes a perfectionist, which is what you want in a flooring installer/finisher. The follow up by everyone was fabulous - I was updated often by text and phone on what their next steps were. My questions were promptly answered. Very professional company and a joy to work with. The floors came out even better than I expected. I will definitely use them again when the remainder of my carpeting needs to be replaced and would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends/family.

We called NRG for a quote on re-carpeting our large office and Theresa came right over and was so knowledgeable. She helped us find the best and most affordable options. Nick and Ashley do the right thing because it’s the right thing to do. We had a really bad experience with a contractor and instead of making excuses, they made it right. Also taggart and Hudson are stud installers.

Ive used NRG for 2 separate flooring projects. They worked with me and the timeframe of our project, and they were the only contractor to show up on time and not try to charge more than they quoted for the project. I recommend them to all my friends.

May 2015, I contacted 5 hardwood floor refinishers, I got back 5 estimates. NRG from my interview with Nick was by far the best, and co-incidentally was nearly $2000 less than the high bidder. Clearly a win - win situation.I had NRG divide my job into two parts, to give me a place store furniture while one side of the house was being done. Then moving my furniture into the finished side while the other half was being completed. This made the job take longer, but allowed me to live in my house while it was underway.Roland is the artist who sanded my oak floors, he did a magnificent job, and did so without removing the base molding, Very clever and it worked beautifully. I had multiple pet stains, and Roland got the vast majority of them to just disappear. As Roland needed he stayed late, started early, but always got the daily portion of the job done on time. I agree Roland is an artist whose canvas is hardwood flooring...Nick the owner of NRG Flooring is a wonderful communicator. He was accurate in his time to get started/time to complete each task, this helps the home owner in planning how to live with the work while it is in progress. With Nick you do not have to worry about dust form the sanding, or tools being left in the living areas after work is done for the day. Nicks guys left excellent instruction on when surfaces would be dry, signs to warn of wet floors, and how to minimize the odor of the floor coatings.In summary NRG is excellent, their work, their workers, and their price. Called him for a quote, and he was VERY knowledgeable! He even offered to answer questions about the job if I went with someone else.I ultimately went with him, and I cant be happier! A little over a week and the carpet was removed and floors installed, and they look beautiful! Professional work all around, and he and his team were willing to answer questions as we had them. Allowed us to look at the work being done each time we went back to the house during the demolition and construction. HIGHLY recommend NRG!
