Went to Idaho iRepair for the first time with a speaker problem on my iPhone. I was greeted promptly, and within minutes the technician had properly cleaned my phone speaker, restoring perfect call volume. As this was such a quick fix, he wouldnt charge me. Very impressive service!

Broken glass on an iPod in the time of Covid-19.The guys kept me in the loop as they searched for parts and they didn’t sugar coat it. They kept it real which I appreciated. When it was all said and done they did what they said they would do. They made it right! I have no problem going back to them when I need to. Life.savers. Had an issue where an iPhone 11 took a tumble off the roof on the Interstate and proceeded to get crushed by multiple cars. Couldn’t replace it without Removing it from the cloud (according to Verizon, their claims and Apple themselves over hours of phone calls). Cameron at the store was able to hook up a temp screen to access the completely destroyed phone and remove it off the cloud so I could complete my claim. Thank you times a thousand. And it was not expensive at all.

They went above and beyond to replace the LCD of my Macbook in very short notice. They overnighted the needed replacement part and completed the repair next day. The original part they used to complete the repair was defective so they overnighted a new part again (under their warranty, at no additional cost) and were able to ship my repaired laptop to me as I had to leave for out of state college. So happy with their customer service!

I was having trouble with my 4-year-old iPhone 6s battery endurance. I wanted to go by the shop on Broad St near my office, but it has been closed because of the pandemic, so I went to the one in Meridian and spoke with Kameron. He diagnosed the problem with my battery (capacity was down to 61%!) and quickly replaced it. He also helped me find a charging cable to replace one I had that was frayed. He was professional, friendly, and efficient, and made it a very enjoyable experience. It was a bit of a hike for me to come from the Foothills all the way to south Meridian during Friday rush hour, but Kameron made it totally worth it. You’ll have all my Apple-related repair and accessory business from now on.

I have to say, I was a little skeptical about what needed to be done on my 15” 2010 MacBook Pro, here is why. The computer had a problem with blacking out and then restarting when I opened GarageBand or photos or anything that used the processor hard. I went online to find out what the problem was. It turned out to be a chip on the GPU that caused the problem. It is a delicate job, because you have to heat the GPU to replace the chip with one that doesn’t fail. I was sooooo happy that they fixed the problem, it works like new. I will bring all my Apple products to them. They’re all great individuals. They know what they’re doing. I give them 10 Stars. I took my Galaxy S10+ to have the screen and digitizer replaced as a small pebble had basically punctured the screen. They were reasonably prompt and professional, letting me know the timeframe for the parts to arrive and keeping me updated on the process (they accidentally broke the back glass and replaced it at no charge). When I got my phone back I was as please as I could be, but now having used it for a while Im realizing there are a myriad of things wrong that couldnt be found on an initial quick and dirty test at the store. Occasionally while typing quickly the phone will think I swiped across the keyboard instead of seeing it as two different fingers. The screen also feels a lot slower as far as the refresh rate; Im getting a lot of ghosting I never saw before. When I paid $450, half the cost of the phone, for the parts and labor i was expecting it to be fixed with Samsung parts, or at least an aftermarket equivilant. The only equivalency is the fit; the function is far worse on the new parts. Im even worried about the fit now as well; the S10+ is supposed to be water proof, but if the touch quality of the screen is this bad, I feel like the seal is going to be even worse. My family has used iRepair in the past without any issues, but ether a supplier has changed, or their standards have dropped as this is far below the expectations I had going in.

I have been here 3 times and dealt with 3 different people, but all of them were very nice!They even kept my receipt on file and I was able to get a copy of it almost 6 months after the fact! While I waited for my print out, they were able to clean my phone auxiliary jack, FOR FREE!If I have issues, this is my place!

They fixed my phone screen, I needed replaced, in just an hour. When I needed my sons xbox fixed, I had it back the next day! I will never go anywhere else! I had such an amazing experience here tonight that I will not cry next time my phone breaks. Victor P was extremely professional and kind given my water logged iPhone. Ultimately my phone could not be repaired because the water it soaked in was a hot springs, however instead of charging me tons of money to attempt to fix my phone Victor steered me in the right direction and actually helped me unlock an old phone I had on another network to get me squared away. Total cost of my experience ... $0 but I would have been happy to pay for the amazing customer service and I highly recommend this ethical business as a place to take your broken phone. BEWARE OF SUB PAR SERVICE So my wife broke her screen on her note9 decided to try the screen repair insurance option. Had to give them a 200 deposit to order a screen, when it came in she took her phone in they put in the screen. In the process they made the charging port not work. So she took it back to them and said please fix it she came back they blamed her cable or or charger, so she went to Verizon bought a new cable. Pocked up her phone came home tried to charge it wouldnt work with the new cable or any others in the house.I took the phone back to the store the kid played with it jammed stuff into the charging port multiple times made it so it would work if you jammed it in at a angle not even close to correct. He proceeded to go online and look up stuff only to tell me to fix it they have to take the back off and it will most likely break when they do so they need to order a back I said before you do that I want to talk to the owner I am not to sure I want to trust you to fix your mistake. After almost 2week I still havent gotten a phone call from the owner I called and charged back the second charge so I can pay for a deductible and get a replacement phone that actually works like its suppose too. I waited this long to share my review because I am a business owner myself I realize how much bad reviews can hurt your business. Unfortunately I dont feel like they even care about that aspect.

This is one of the most helpful and respectable place to get repairs on Samsung and Apple products. I would not go no other place. The iRepair on millennium in meridian is my go to place for here on out and Dakota does a fantastic job making sure all repairs are done correctly and fast. So if u need a repair for any of those products I would recommend them.

Went in today to get my iPhone 6 a new battery- I was immediately greeted by Mark S., who quoted me a price and a time and got right to work. If you want your new screen to last i dont suggest coming here. first, when my phone was returned the touch id wasnt working like it did before, took it back in and they fixed the wire that they missed. The quality of the screens is very poor. seconds after it scratched. and a week later i had a small crack with a screen protector on. The next day the screen started to glich and now theres a section on my screen that wont respond to my touch. waste of money.

They wrote my phone number down wrong so I had to call after a week to check on my tablet screen replacement. I wondered why it was taking so long. Seems competent on tech repairs but a little behind on administrative and customer service duties.

I went here to get my Android tablet repaired. I was having issues with the micro USB port. They said they could replace the port for me. They attempted to replace the port and broke my tablet frame in the process. They also melted the micro USB port and told me it was fixed.I asked them to put the new port in, and the employee said they would replace it if they could not fix it. I came back and they put back in the old port again and told me they could not fix it and they would get me a replacement tablet.A month later they called me to tell me that they could not fix it and would not replace it for free like was promised to me. After my experience I will not do business with them ever again.

My phone died a few days ago because I couldnt charge it. I found this place through Google and hoping to get my iPhone fixed. Turned out there was stuff stuck in the charger spot! Mitch took care of it in a second and let me charge the phone to make sure that was the issue. He helped me without any charges. Very friendly and helpful.

My wife went to this place and got our iPad fixed, after 3/4 days touch screen is not working and they broke the start button, u cant turn it off or on and. The touch is not working, we took it to Apple Store and they told us that they used after market part and broke out tablet, Not recommended

Very very upset & frustrated. I really appreciated that idaho irepair refunded me my $150 back. But that s because EDDY knew very well he jacked up my phone. He even wanted to pay me personally behind the company. I said No i wanted to speak to owner. But that didnt happen:( He missed screws on my iphone, missed up my speaker which does not work after the fact that he fixed it, alot of small scratches on my black phone that are now silver, also dented the frame, front screen Not popped in all the way. Pretty much left it in very bad shape. All i needed was my screen replaced, not to jack up my phone after replacing my screen. My Verizon people know the owner Cory but I couldnt even get a hold of him. This situation would of ended great if the owner would pay for my deductible through my phone insurance. Because Now thanks to eddy i need a whole new phone and I will have to pay it. Thanks for the great customer service Cory & eddy. Ive been telling people my awful experience. Not happy at all.

Worst customer service EVER. I took my phone in to replace the charging port, but it was acting weird and that was because the screen got broke by the tech replacing the port. Got it back again and the volume was not right. Calles and spoke to the owner and he seemed to really care about my experience and said he would personally make sure I was taken care of and to call him directly if there were anymore issues. I did call because the phone was acting weird still.  I called that day and left a message for him and told the technician what was going on. I called the next day and left another message and told the technician that I was still having issues. I called the day after that and they informed me that he was a very busy man. I called today and spoke with the lady that assured me that she was his assistant and that she would make sure to get the message to him. I had to stop in there to pick up my SD card that they didnt put back in last time and Cory was there--the owner. He would not come out front to help me.  He  knew it was me and he would not come out front to help me. He told the kid to tell me he was busy.  Ive never done business with this company before, and absolutely will never do business with them again.  Im not Naggy or anything like that I just needed my phone fixed and thats their guarantee. I would never recommend this company to ANYONE--EVER.  Terrible/Disrespectful.  Terrible customer service. I honestly Im having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that the OWNER treated me like this.  Lesson  learned.!

Tried to buy a used phone from them and they were extremely over priced i had found the exact same phone in the same condition for about 50$ cheaper on amazon. They wouldnt even come close to price matching, Your better off avoiding buying used phones from here, their markup is abit excessive. Your better off ordering from Amazon or Ebay.

He then proceeded to tell me my phone did not have certain features that I *know* it had. I was treated so rudely, I didnt even finish asking all my questions. I left.

Dropped off my iPad for a screen replacement. I was told it would be ready in 2 hours tops. Jayda said she would call when it was done so I gave her my cell phone #. Three hours later I called her to see why I hadnt head anything. She said that screen was out of stock and she had one delivered from another location. She said my iPad would be ready in one more hour at the most. 2 1/2 hours later she finally called to say it was done. Screen replacement looks fine, but customer service was deplorable. Ill repair elsewhere in the future.

I took my iPad in to get the screen fixed November 5, 2016 and I STILL dont have it back today March 7, 2017. They broke my start button while fixing the screen then gave me the run around and a few weeks ago said now that its lost and will only replace it with another used iPad. And now Im still waiting for this used iPad. You would think after all the crap and trouble theyve put me through they would give me a new iPad that isnt going to break on me two months later and that they would try to hurry. This place is a joke! I will never go there again.

Horrible experience with this company! I dropped my MacBook off to get the screen replaced that they said would take 3 days to fix. After 12 days I havent heard anything from them. I called them and they said they cant help me because they had a client in the couldnt give me any info. So upset with this companies customer service.

They were very busy but was and could not fix my screen till the next day and I needed it done that day, so the guy actually called another store for me to see if they could fix it that day and they could so I took it there. But I have had cracked screens fixed there and they can usually do the repair on spot .
