Today I received a Buck Knife I purchased from the Cutlery Shoppe. That is about a week or two faster then I expected it and a day faster then tracking showed it would show up, impressive! Living in a small town in Montana you generally have to order things that are beyond the very basic and it generally arrives a couple weeks later than it was suppose to, you learn to expect it. The gentleman I spoke to at the Cutlery Shoppe said he was going to get the knife I ordered shipped as soon as we finished talking on the phone and he actually did it, VERY impressive!!Professional, knowledgeable staff that actually does as they say they will, good price, I couldnt be more pleased. I know where Ill be shopping in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs/wants, something they are selling. I had a great experience with these folks, and I already have my eye on a couple items they have in inventory as I type this.

My hubby ordered the glow in the dark dragonfly for me and a sharpening stone for him and it came super quick! We loved the little gifts of stickers, lollipops (our son said thank you lol) and the flight tag. First time buyers to your company and definitely will check you all out again! What a wonderful experience! Cutlery Shoppe is now my go to site for knife purchases! I got an amazing deal on a Spyderco Shaman in CTS-XHP. However, the great deal is not the only thing that will keep me coming back. My package came extremely fast and packaged perfectly! The cherry on top was the amazing swag! I received a CS pen, an awesome keychain lanyard(that is already on my keys), a sticker, and a few sweets! I have had some poor experiences with other knife/edc companies, but please rest assure that any experience you have with Cutlery Shoppe will be a delight!

Its small, but mighty. Theres still enough real estate to grip it. Cant flick to open. Maybe it needs break-in period. Foliage green G10 scales look very nice. I prefer G10 over FRN and thats why I got this instead of Dragonfly2 (not sure what differences are). Ambi clip is a must for me. This will be perfect EDC during summer or when wearing shorts. Position of backlock is perfect where I can apply with knuckle of my thumb without adjusting the grip. Overall, very pleased with it. Only negative about it is the fact its on the pricey side for its size.

Its very simple I called Jeff at the Cutlery Shoppe in Meridian Idaho and asked him if he had the new model Cold Steel tiger with the cut out next to the thumb stud? then Jeff kindly introduced himself told me about his long time family business thats been there for 30 plus yrs and then he said Ill go in the back and check and then came back to the phone and said yes I have the knife your looking for and then I said I will place my order. Jeff then kindly talked to me on the phone for 15 minutes telling me more about his family owned business and how they take pride in making their customers happy. I was very happy with my purchase and I will definitely be ordering more knives from this new gem discovery of a knife shop. And almost forgot the nice goodies he throws in the package the lollipops and the free keychain is a nice touch. Thanks again Jeff for the great customer service!!

Amazing service, great stuff, good prices and a very friendly and professional support 👍👍👍The shipping was much more expensive for the shop than first expected (cause of the product size and the shipping to germany) and as i payed. I gave them the possibility to cancel some parts of my order, but Jeff told me that it‘s o.k. and they will pay the difference!! Purchased a folder from CS. It didnt work as expected. I returned it. Received an email confirming it was defective. Did I want a refund? Said Id be open to suggestions. Received a great suggestion, but the cost was a bit higher. CS called it a wash, sent me the replacement folder (which works great), and covered the cost of the return postage. And threw in a bunch of Tootsie Pops. Seriously, the service is unequaled, the staff knowledgeable, and because of this, I have no reason to shop anywhere else. Cant recommend CS highly enough.

Jeff and team are one of, if not the, best online cutlery retailers Ive come across. They have an excellent selection but their customer service is what sets them apart. They include some goodies in the box when they ship, package things well, will complete order requests (product inspection, etc.) and include a handwritten note of confirmation, and always make things right if you have an issue or concern with an order. They also make an effort to ship out the same day, I find my packages from them get in 1-2 days before other online retailers with the same shipping provider. Love the Shoppe!!

Absolutely atrocious service provided by the owner. I called to ask about a product I was interested in, and he refused to tell me his name even though I asked him THREE times.He proceeded to tell me that he recieves hundreds of calls a day from telemarketers, and that I sound like a telemarketer because I asked him what his name was.What a JOKE!!I would never consider purchasing anything from a supplier that provides poor customer services. Much-less one that refused to tell me his name.Seems to lack common business sense, and I would be concerned about doing ANY business transactions with this company.BEWARE

Excellent Customer ServiceI purchased the Kershaw Launch 2 from Cutlery Shoppe at very competitive price. The knife had a manufacturing flaw that interfered with the ability to lock in the open position. The friendly folks in customer service quickly sent a new a new fully functioning knife, and paid for my return shipping, along with some delicious Tootsie Pops. The first and LAST time I order from Cutlery Shoppe.This company and customer service is a complete joke! These people do not even insure their packages! What kind of company ships out high end knives without insurance?!Obviously if you get your expensive Benchmade order damaged or missing you will end up basically screwed with the company telling you oh well and deflect any and all responsibility. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! They do not care about their customers at all.

I have been doing business with Cutlery Shoppe for about 30 years, started out doing it by mail and phone, finally got to the internet in the early 2000s. There are lots of sources for knives, I always go back to CS for knives, flashlights and the odd saw or axe. CS also comes out with interesting exclusive spyderco and al mar knives from time to time. The prices are always among the lowest real prices (i.e. for goods that actually exist) and the Owner will give you straight info on the products. Not sure about that prior 1 star review, doesnt bear any resemblance to my experience.

Ordered from CutleryShoppe online and not only did they send me an incorrect tracking number, but I received a completely crushed/damaged poorly packaged package with missing contents. I contacted Cutlery Shoppe right away, and all they did was deflect the issue over and over again sending me through loops just to get me off their back.They wanted NO responsibility what so ever. Not only this, they do not even insure their expensive packages!!! This was a $250 Benchmade that was supposed to have been a gift!This company and customer service is a complete joke! STAY FAR AWAY! I bought an al mar eagle ultra light upon initial inspection i noticed the blade was severely bent to the left anyone that knows anything about knives know that the blade should be centered in the middle when closed i contacted them and they told me to send it back so i did. Now is were the problem happened they held my knife for almost two months then sent me back the same knife i mean the exact knife not fixed or traded for a new one it was the same knife bent blade and all unbelievable.

Ive bought dozens of knives from the Cutlery Shoppe, and each expierience has been an absolute pleasure. Ive gotten great advice when I asked for it, fast shipping, great prices, and never a problem. These days this on line dealer is a rare find.

Called at lunch time and got the owner. Great advice and product knowledge. Im live near the shop and I was able to pick up my order a few minutes after I called. Very satisfied with my purchase, and after getting some counterfeit knives on Amazon I think Ill stick with a shop that I know is an authorized dealer of genuine ZT, Kershaw, Benchmade, and more of my favorites!
