Ouch, spent $50 on four bowls of yogurt and five waters! Thats pretty self-explanatory. Its a little pricier than some of the frozen yogurt places in Texas, but I assume it comes at a cost because its located inside this upscale shopping mall. Not sure if I would do that again, but it was nice for a 100+ degree day.

It was very busy at the time. More so around the store than inside. I would like to have more fruit flavor variety other than 5 types of chocolate. I do like my chocolate but it becomes a blur of taste when mixed. There was a good variety of toppings and the cashier lady was very nice and did her job well. I did get double charged but they gave a refund which I appreciate so I got money back. Be careful about how much you put on because it can get pricy. I would come again but only if I had a coupon.

Expensive but hey its located in the village. Limited yogurt choices but hey the space is limited. Rent must be sky high I get it.

Really good frozen yogurt, flavors and toppings. I agree with some of the other reviews about it having not a lot of seating around, but I think that is resolved by simply being able to utilize the other areas of this wonderful shopping center. Why sit indoors when you could take your treat over by the fountains. Also, I decided to give five stars because they also have a selection of Bang and Monster Energy drinks here in the fridge next to the register.

I stopped by to get a quick treat while shopping, only to be pleasantly surprised by the drink options! They have Coke drinks on tap as well as a fully stocked fridge, full of waters energy drinks and tea! The kind cashier told me that I can infuse any drink with their vast list of syrups, including sugar free options! I will be coming back, especially with my energy drink stamp card!

The macarons were so good that I ordered them all. 5/5

La Creme had always been a fun place to visit. Not the biggest shop ever but we have usually gotten a seat. They have a great selection of different frozen yogurts and the kids have always had fun here. I really like their rewards program! The staff have been pretty nice.

Perfect place to grab something sweet with the kiddos. This place is at the Village. Wonderful friendly staff. Light flavors. Well definitely be back.

God awful froyo. I don’t understand why this place has such good ratings; the frozen yogurt is low quality and has an icy (not creamy) texture. To make matters worse, the flavors were way off - as if they went bad - the day I went. Borderline inedible and I threw half of it out - and I’m obsessed with froyo! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Its not bad, but it seems advertised as gourmet... which it definitely is not. The desserts are below average quality. The frozen yogurt and toppings are just like any other frozen yogurt bar. Overall, meh.

Loved the flavor options on the frozen yogurt. The girl working there was very helpful. The have great reward programs and giftcard discounts often.

Pretty delicious and lots of choices. Wish it had more indoor seating, but thats the case with most of the businesses at The Village.

The deserts here are so good. I always grab something on my way out of the Village heading back to the parking lot. I cant walk by without stopping.

Had a coupon for U-Swirl yogurt but they are closed down and were all converted over to La Creme. I called ahead and the gal said they would honor my coupon. That was so sweet of them! Its a really good looking yogurt place. Slightly more expensive than other frozen yogurt shops. I was not that impressed with the yogurt. Although they provided plenty of different flavors and toppings, the yogurt kinda tasted watered-down. Its not as creamy and thick as other places. It reminded me of a smoothie kinda?

Very nice place and good product

We stop here and get Hot Cocoa once during the winter when we take kids to look at Scentsys Lights and we should know from previous years but always try to give it a chance and think things will change, but it doesnt. Their hot cocoa is terrible. Last year it was so watered down. Tonight it was so clumpy and so cold and we ordered 5 and all 5 were that way. Will definitely find somewhere else to get cocoa next time.

The yogurt and toppings were very yummy and the staff was so nice and helpful!! It had a very nice atmosphere. Also there was all sorts of tasty treats in the display case that looked heavenly. I will definitely go there again to try some!

Not much indoor seating. The selections are excellent, if without much variance. The staff is usually pleasant and helpful. The only thing I would not get here is coffee.

Love going to La Creme. Its a family treat. Our family really enjoy the atmosphere. The Village experience isnt complete unless youve had your favorite dessert at La Creme.

Expensive and I dont feel its anywhere near as good as Yogurtz Grill. However the location is nice and makes for a fun thing to do while at the Village. They are different than other frozen yogurt shops in that they sell other desserts.

Tonight we went into the store to get a coffee. They were closing at 10 and it was 9:50. Doors still unlocked, ten minutes to go. Three employees stood there and stared at us with awful expressions on their faces as I said, ‘I’m Sorry! We know you’re almost closed but...’ I didn’t even finish my sentence because one young girl employee rolled her eyes and said (slightly under her breath but passive aggressively loud enough for me to hear) ‘we ARE closed’... when in fact they were not. Then we watched them offer the same awful customer service to the couple coming in after us, turning them away. Hopefully the management team can instill a bit of customer service into their employees; it would have taken them all of 3 minutes to sell us a coffee. We will never return.

We LOVE La Creme. We go every time we are at the village. So yummy and great variety of desserts. Even more fun as a couples night out.

We came back here a second time because yogurt and variety is great. Gave 1 stars because our 3 year old daughter dropped her yogurt within seconds of purchasing... I literally was not done paying and there was absolutely no reaction or acknowledgement by the staff. While I do not expect them to offer to let her fill another cup the total lack of acknowledgement that it had just happened came across to both my husband and I as just completely rude and we immediately decided we would not be purchasing another. My husbands family owns a restaurant and if a customer dropped their meal on the floor before it had even been paid for I can tell you theyd have at the very least acknowledged it with a Oh Im sorry... I mean literally stone cold faced with no eye contact and no reaction... sad that customer service is why we wont be returning.

The frozen yogurt consistency is ok, it is not as smooth and creamy as many other places I have been to. Ive been to many. Not sure why they cant quite get the frozen yogurts right, maybe they are just being cheap or not making it correctly? Can they really not tell there is a difference in theirs compared with places like Red Mango, Pink Berry, Mechies, etc. or perhaps they enjoy being different. Not worth the money, I would go to another place.
