Doesnt matter what the temperature is outside, ice cream is always good. Now that I am gluten free and dairy free in took my wife, thinking that I wouldnt be able to enjoy anything. To my delight they have a dairy/gluten/ vegan cookie dough ice cream. Or was a delightful treat.

Always a great place for a Daddy Daughter date. Staff is friendly and the place was very clean.

Love it!! Nick was great, he helped me get my ice cream and didn’t get distracted by the employees trying to talk to him. He gave me a perfect scoop and was very friendly. Definitely a 5/5!!

Just what you expect, nice outdoor seating.

Some of the best ice cream. So hard to choose the flavor to go with. Jamocha is incredible, Momma Makin Cookies is a twist on a great one, and the Stranger Things flavors are delicious. Upside Down Pralines was a chocolate lovers dream! Now, if the staff knew who Wham was, this place would have gotten 6 stars, just 5 for now! Very clean and had a kids table, nice touch, my son loved it!

Our first visit to this location. Since I have to choose 1-5 stars, I choose 1 and thats being generous. Horrible service!!! Overcharged us $5 for 2 ice creams. Didnt realize it until we sat down and read the menu. Tried to get a refund and was told the register messes up from time to time and she would have to call the owner. The owner offered us a free scoop of ice cream!! Of course we didnt accept this and demanded a refund but the girl behind the counter said they cant give money back and to give her our name and number and the owner would call us. After 5 attempts of spelling our names wrong, she got it right....(entire time not making eye contact)...unprofessional to the 9th. This place is the prime example why brick and mortar businesses are failing!!! We will be persistent in our refund and will not be going back to this location again. On top of the above... dining room was a disaster and the two girls that were working were to busy socializing to clean it.

Just left with 2 milkshakes and 2 build your own Sundays and throughout the whole time the employee checked their phone. Just would love to get service without checking the phone out.

Busy tonight. The two girls working hard. Made sure our order was correct (that was my fault...Thanks for making it right).

My husband and I went in last week at 9:30 and wanted quarts of ice cream. There were 2 employees working a girl and a guy named Bryce. No one said hi to us or acknowledged that we were there for over 10 minutes and Bryce was so busy messing around and thinking everything was a joke while the other girl was busting her butt to help everyone. We spend alot of money at baskin robbins and we were so miss treated it was ridiculous. When Bryce scooped my quart of ice cream he didnt even weigh it and when we got home it was barely 3/4 full and I wasnt happy at all. And on top of that we got 4 scoops of ice cream as well and they have us a punch card that says for every 4 ounce scoop of ice cream you get a stamp so we should have gotten 4 stamps but they only gave us 2 and they said thats what our manager told us to do. When my husband asked if we would have gotten each scoop in a separate cup would we get 4 stamps she said well yes. That doesnt make any sense at all but we just gave up.
