I recently had quartz countertops installed. What could have been a nightmare was quickly and professionally handled by Brandon. The initial countertop installers were unsuccessful in completing the job, even after seven hours and two attempts. After a call from my contractor to have someone come and take a look at what should have been an easy task with one small seam, Brandon arrived the very next day, quickly assessed the situation and fixed it. I love my new countertops, and I will enthusiastically recommend FloForm to anyone looking to remodel.

Our family is extremely pleased with the entire experience with this company. From the start they were very easy to work with. Having new countertops installed in our home was a new and exciting experience for us. There was much for us to learn and everyone from the initial consultant (thanks Shayne!) to the installers were willing to answer all our questions. They allowed us to do some of our own work to keep the costs down which allowed us to get exactly what we wanted on our budget. I would highly recommend these great people to anyone! Looking forward to enjoying our new quartz countertops for years to come!

Everyone is busy right now and they always took my call, never acted put out, completely professional, handled our large custom home and it came out stunning! LOVE my Cambria countertops! Great place

Very nice, open showroom. There are so many colors, patterns, finishes, etc. to choose from. We worked with Shayne, and she was experienced and answered the questions that we had. This is a great quality quartz product.

I cant say enough to express the gratitude for the excellent service offered by this company. The quality of the product and the workmanship are beyond compare. We had been given a quote from Precision Countertops, offered through Home Depot, that was almost $8,000 more for the countertops alone, and we would have had to hire someone else to remove and replace a couple of cabinets that sit on top of the counters. Not so with FloForm. The young men with FloForm took extra care at removing the old counters and did an excellent job of installing the new without damaging any existing cabinets. Kudos to Brandon Fleming, Jake Carl, and Aaron Urban for the work they performed. This company offers exceptional service, and I highly recommend them. By the way, we were introduced to FloForm by their representative at Costco.

If I could do zero stars I would. We bought all new countertops through Lowes. They unfortunately use Floform for fab and install. We were directed to undo all the plumbing for the job to be done. When the installers came out to do the one day job, they made it partially through due top counters being measured wrong. As in WAY wrong. Had to reorder our kitchen sink area due to poor measuring. We had to have all the plumbing re hooked up since all the usable water was only from the tub for handwashing etc. My contractor for our remodel had to fix multiple issues. Sinks were not drilled properly for faucets, edges were wrong etc. Spoke to Brandon the Manager. He belittled my contractor over the phone telling him he was sure everything was right and how they do multiple installs daily and know what they are doing. My contractor asked him to come inspect. He admitted immediately that they were wrong and would be fixed. Sinks were installed in wrong bathrooms etc. When they came back out to do the bathroom vanities we saw some large scratches from transport. The installer said to call the store. Spoke with Lisa. She said they would try to buff it out and go from there. Next install day (day 3) When they could not buff it out the installer called in to let the store know. We were told it would be replaced. So, we had to have the plumbing hooked up once again. Finally the new kitchen counter was installed. Now just waiting for the new vanity. After multiple attempts with Lisa to get some reimbursement for all the plumbing install, we decided to wait until the replacement vanity was installed. Called a few days ago and was told there was no vanity on order and had zero notes about it. Said they would call back. After several days with no response I called again. Kendall had Brandon call me back. He told me it was for me to take up with Lowes not him. Keep in mind Floform scratched the vanity not Lowes. I told him it was up to him. He said it was my problem. I told him he had 2 days to remedy it or I would be at his office to discuss. His little boy response was Im warning you if you step foot in this store I will have you escorted off of the property What a manly guy. I then received a phone call from Ada County advising me not to go to Floform. This is the kind of company Floform is. I wouldnt ever recommend they be used. I am currently in talks with Lowes, the BBB as well as others.
