This is my go-to technician for all my auto repairs. The owner, Mike, renders excellent auto repairs and customer service.Ive had both major and minor repair work done on my 19 year old vehicle with complete satisfaction. The car runs great and l will not replace it cause its in such great condition because of the great mechanical upkeep.I highly recommend Moe Auto Repair.

So I purchased a VERY faulty vehicle. For my first ever car purchase, this has been very stressful and depressing for me. I go to college two hours away from home (NW IN) where I bought the vehicle, and I’ve had to go back and forth to NW IN to get my car serviced in the 3 months I have had it. I went to a Chevy Dealership and got a diagnostic test because my car kept dealing with the SAME issue. The Chevy Dealership was going to charge $1800. A majority was labor costs, and because this is a recent car purchase, my dealership told me to go to Moe’s, and they would pay for whatever needed to be fixed. I gave Moe’s the diagnostic test from the Chevy Dealership and they fixed exactly that and even more issues that they recognized. The only negative I have to say would be that they had my car for 3 weeks, but they got the job done. It has been running good this last week, and they even called just to check up on it. Mike for sure is a good working guy with honesty and values his customers happiness concerning his services.The reason given for the long wait time, is that this business works with MANY dealerships, and has A LOT of business to tend to. It’s definitely a trustworthy place to get your vehicle worked on.

Took my car here for new brakes and an oil change. When I got my car back my hood wouldn’t close all the way, which he admitted he knew about when I called about it. So I took it back for them to fix it and he tells me “we can’t fix it so just come get it.” When I got there he proceeded to argue with me claiming that “the hood must’ve flown up on the highway,” “it was already like that when you brought it here,” “the hood isn’t my problem,” etc. He told me to take it to a body shop and they can deal with it. The car is obviously unsafe to drive if the hood doesn’t close and he didn’t care. The place looks like a junkyard and they’ll treat your car as if it belongs there. Absolutely DO NOT do business with them. Highly unprofessional.

Terrible shop. Wouldn’t recommend would definitely give it 0 stars if i could. All i asked was what was wrong with my car but he still took it upon himself to take out my transmission WITHOUT my permission & had me a month with no transportation! I had to call a tow truck to have my car removed from his facility! He always gave me a run around on when my car was ready. No reimbursement on all of the uber rides & gas money that i had to give out & When i asked for a rental or lender he said he couldn’t give out customer cars... there’s a whole car lot full of cars!!! So I’m guessing he messed those up too & left them to sit. Very unhappy & unsatisfied definitely wouldn’t recommend. If there was a way i could warn all customers from coming i definitely would. DO NOT GO.

Where do i start first he lied about installing spark plug wires then i raised the hood then it changed i sent them back the wires didnt fit my car yellow he left it greasy with scrathes on both front fenders next to the Grease and i didn mention the Scratch on my door so everyone take pics first He will lie.

Takes to long for work to get done, guy is also really hard to understand .

Poor A/C Service. Paid 90 dollars to have A/C charged and was a leak in the condesor that I found while in the parking lot. This should of been found after the system was put under vacuum and should not of put R134 in once noticed it was not holding pressure. Will not return and domt recommend their service. He also tried saying my fan bad after i showed him it was ok.

If Spanish is what you want, I definitely recommend this place.

This place had my car for 2 weeks and faked fixed my car they gave it back to me n told me I need to get new tires and brakes I took my car back to them 3 days later becuz my right hub bearing was making noise and and the left side of my car was still making noise when I go over a bump so I tell mike what was the problem he call me the next day and say it’s your brakes and tires so I get the brakes and tires fixed brand new and I still hear the noise on both side so all they did was give me the run around thinking I don’t know bout care mind you when mike was test driving my car the first thing he pointed out was my hub bearing but never fixed it
