Me and my dad bought a car off Jon Culver, he was super nice, super friendly, helped us with everything we needed, good worker and overall a great guy. We said we had to get everything done before a certain amount of time and he did his best to get us to finish everything before that time. He also worked super hard to find a deal that would work for us, he made the whole process easy and simple for my first time being in a dealership. In 2019 I bought a Hyundai Tucson and absolutely loved it. Justin was who we were greeted by. He had a fun personality and my husband and I enjoyed talking with him. We test drove the tucson and Justin showed us everything and I fell in love with it. We ended up buying the car. Fast forward two years (2021) later and we needed a bigger car and I loved the Hyundai Palisade. I reached out to Justin again in regards to this because we had such a great experience in 2019 with him. He did not disappoint. He made sure to get the Palisade I wanted and was always available to answer questions if we had any. He is also straight forward about everything and makes the process stress free. Once again his fun personality, made the experience enjoyable. I LOVE my new Palisade and am so happy we went back to Justin!

I just bought a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid at Webb in Merrillville. I usually hate the whole car buying process but Jonathan Culver made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He spent so much time with me explaining all the choices and features that are available, not only that, after I decided on a vehicle, he took at least an hour going over every bell and whistle that came on the 2022 Santa Fe Hybrid. My last car was a 2006 so I definitely was not familiar with all the new technology. I truly appreciated that and would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to give Johnathan a call at Webb. He stayed in touch even after the purchase to make sure I was completely satisfied and had no issues with the car. It is so nice in these crazy times to find a place that really is concerned about customer service and satisfaction. Sales person was nice. No body shop they out source to a local body shop. Went back to visit per google review reply. Owner was really nice. Looked at prices of cars very reasonably priced to sell. Showroom was spotless. Bathrooms clean didnt see overflowing garbage cans anywhere. They are not pushy to get you to buy. Couldnt find body shop they had suggested because directions were unclear so upon returning they handed me printed directions since phone died. Overall Nice dealership!

Zach was unbelievable to work with, got everything wrapped up for us in 1 day at a price that worked for everyone (though we only spent about an hour total at the dealership). The service department at this location the absolute worst! If I could give them a zero I would. I’ve brought my 2015 sonata here since I bought it, the poor service started in January of 2021. In July I took my car in for a scheduled oil change and when I picked it up the hood was damaged and I’ve been fighting with them every since and here it is October. Once the issue is resolved I would NEVER come here again.

What a WEBB you weave, when you practice to deceive!So we went here to possibly buy a car. As soon as we started looking at cars a salesman came over to talk with us. He did not seem as though he wanted to deal with us. He had an arrogant, biased attitude. But we go ahead and start talking and dealing about this car. We are the only customers in there. While were sitting waiting for the salesman to talk to his manager another salesman had been planted at the desk right behind us to hear everything we were saying. Of course I noticed him get up a couple of times and go to talk to our salesman- wonder why car salesman have the rep they do....? As soon as we tell him we want to pay cash this place decides that since we are not getting a loan and paying the outrageous fees they will add another $1500 to the car price! $1500 MORE!!!!!!!! To pay cash (this even legal?) And that no one negotiates anymore because everyone buys cars online.... really? They told us that every car dealer is like this. Idk...but Im calling the state to find out. Its a good thing Im in the habit of recording everything. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CAR DEALER! They will scam and steal from you. Shame on them for trying to con an 85 yo retired man on a budget. We bought a used car from somewhere else. And guess what? NO EXTRA fine for paying cash and we negotiated a lower price! They said they had not heard of this things. And now we have to monitor our credit because Webb has all of our personal info. Its all good though. Carma works wonders. JUST SAY NO! To Webb!

I don’t normally take the time to write a review, but this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a car dealership. The female manager, Kim, was extremely rude and unprofessional. The way she spoke to us was degrading and quite embarrassing to us in front of everyone else in the showroom. She didn’t seem to care at all about the situation we were in, and told us “no one is going to allow you to buy a car right now” loudly. With that, after she ran our credit, it went down over 40 points with no knowledge or warning of this happening. I will say that the best part of our visit was the salesperson we had during this entire experience, he was very genuine and knowledgeable.

Awesome experience. Had been looking for a Palisade for months. I sent a message about one they had on their website and they reached out that morning. I was coming from out of town and they did most of the work over the phone and when I arrived they had everything ready. I was in and out in under an hour. Great service and staff. Had a great experience with John! After a not so great experience at another dealership, my husband called Webb in regards to a used vehicle and they made an appointment right away! We were greeted with smiling faces. John was wonderful and patient. Especially with our kids. Our babysitter fell through so we had to bring them with. After the test drives and the decision to buy, we had to bring the kids inside. We pulled them in their wagon and everyone else inside was so sweet in regards to them. It was a smooth process and we drove away extremely happy in our “new to us” 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan! Thanks to everyone again! We appreciate it!

Let me start by saying I hate when it’s time to purchase a new car.My husband and I had two appointments at different dealerships to look at two different makes and models of cars.Our first appointment was with Todd Salinas at Webb Hyundai in Merrillville. We arrived early test drove the vehicle and loved it!Todd was great and wasn’t pushy about a sale. We signed our papers with Rob Beem who is equally as friendly. Bottom line we arrived at 2:40pm and was out the door by 5:20pm. Keep in mind that my husband had at least a 20 minute conversation about canceling our second appointment, which we did. That was crazy fast!!! I walked in cranky and left smiling! Job well done!!!

Just moved to Indiana from Florida and needed a oil change. As soon as I came through the entrance I was greeted with friendly smiles and was taken to the service area. Right away Dave had a attitude. I explained my situation of moving here and was told the maintenance service was covered with extended warranty in Florida. So, right away I was told how booked they were and wasnt able to get me in...I stated, I have a scheduled appointment today@4:30pm. I just wanted to make sure Im not paying for something that was already paid through warranty. So, I called Ocala, FL who stated, I dont have a hyundai maintenance package. Okay, so I left the car there and less then 10mins I received text stating all inspection checked out okay and car is getting carwash. Okay, well normally it takes longer for oil change and tire rotation and etc. Plus I stated windshield wiper wasnt working correctly. I was told that was okay too. So, not sure if oil change was even done. When I came back to the service dept. I was not acknowledged at all. I stood at the counter and finally Dave came over and started speaking to the woman behind me as if, I was invincible. So Rude. When another customer came in and asked if I was being help. I stated, not sure because I wasnt acknowledged. Finally, Dave heard me and stated, car is getting wash and I could take the car without it being wash. I can tell he had a attitude and didnt want to speak with me. So, I waited outside until the wash was complete. Dave was now in the sales area and shouted for me to checkout upfront. He gave a fake smile and stated, something I cant recall. I could tell words was said, from the response I received from the young lady checking me out. I will not be back to this dealership for any service. I will take my business elsewhere. Florida Hyundai staff was friendly and very helpful. Merrillville really fell short for customer service. I walked away feeling like I was a bother and unsure if work was really done.

My wife and I went to Webb Hyundai in Merrillville, and nothing short of a great experience! From the GM/owner Brian and our salesman Justin Leiberman we had a fantastic day. They showed that not all car buying experiences have to be stressful.Justin showed us all the features, bells and whistles, and had us on our way. He kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and not getting too impatient (it was a very long day), but it didnt seem as long as it was. Top notch service department. They go the extra mile. Had damaged roof antenna (snapped off) on Tucson. The tech was able to remove the threaded part by drilling it out. This saved me $ for not having to replace the entire roof mounted antenna assembly! Thank you Service Advisor James DeVault!

This dealership was very nice, good people. I did however not give it a 5 because although the experience was great, it was not exceptional. I get I could have went anywhere to get a new 2022 Hyundai Tucson. I chose them because my previous Hyundai had blown a motor covered by warrantee and was in their service area for 2 months so I was like Egh, maybe I’ll look into a new vehicle. So the process for the purchase was fine, however I was never offered any wiggle room on my trade, I was told that was it. The finance manager or general manager never came over and thanked me for my business. It was at the end of the day and they were hurried to get out of the lot. I also was not pleased with the fact they could not get me a security bar nor did they attempt to for the back of the Tucson. I had to call later and ask. Hey? This vehicle didn’t come with one? Well we can get you one sir! But it’s $215! Should I order it for you? No, you should have disclosed it didn’t come with one then I have an option to purchase during the purchase or you could have thrown one in. My in laws bought the same vehicle at another dealership and got that, got the coating for the paint added in for no cost and I felt like I wasn’t treated like my business was valued. It was a new car, what came with it came with it and that was it. I’m not mad, the kid who helped me was nice. In a world of I could have chose anywhere to give my business to I chose this company and I felt like I could have been given something to show hey! We appreciate your business. We will do the paint coating on us, or the security bar, thank you for purchasing with us. This is the 2nd vehicle and 4th our family has purchased from WEBB. Took them a week to replace a spark plug under warranty. In the meantime no loaner. I sent them a text, and called twice the next two days and never got a response. Worst customer service experience of my life. To top it off my car smelled horribly for two weeks despite me washing the leather seats several times and I’ve noticed oil spots on in my parking space where my car has never left oil spots before.

During the winter storm this past winter in February 2021 Webb Hyundai in Merrillville Indiana was beyond exceptional to me. That service department was was so concerned about me that I actually felt like family. Making sure I had a way home during my service and during a snow storm was not expected. They also knew I had work a long night shift on the Covid-19 unit at one of our local hospitals and they acknowledged and thanked me for my service. This was a difficult time for most healthcare workers and for these guys to be providing service and still thinking of others shows how well they represent Webb Hyundai. They kept me informed while my car was being repaired and even providing me with transportation until the job was complete. So many other costs I could have accrued during that time. I politely asked that my seat not be moved due to the fact how bad it is to get the seat right for driving. Has to be the worst seat buttons ever. I also said dont use the lock button on the key fob and they did it multiple times which changed frequency on alarm. Cost me $90.00 to get it reset. Went for recall and the manager hands me receipt and walks away with out telling me what they did. Then puts that I refused oil change and 2 others things that he never evem asked me. I will never go to that Hyundai again. There were a few others things also.

I have been very pleased with Webb Hyundai Merrillville. I have taken my car to get maintenance for every oil change I have needed for the past 2 years or so, even though I live about 40 minutes away. The wait time can sometimes be a pain, but I appreciate the kind employees that make each visit enjoyable. I appreciate the service department because they always do a good job when I have my car serviced. I especially appreciate the cashier named Karla because she goes out of her way to show me kindness and she is a great worker. I’ll definitely be happy to return to see her and the others.

Very disappointed. Went to this dealership looking at a vehicle 2017 red elantra. They acted like they had it. I drove 30 minutes to go there didnt have it. They claim it was sold a week later still on your site........ And top insult to injury they offer only 500 for my trade yet their other location offered 2000+ hmmmm. Shame on you. Had the money to buy a new car cash from you. Lost a sale. I had a issue with Webb dodge in Wheaton. I helped close them.

My oil change and bulb replacement took 90 minutes, which is unusually long. Thats a small thing, but added to the bigger issue, it just helps to add a sour taste to this experience. After I left the dealership, my car began to smoke from the exhaust pipe. I called Webb Hyundai, and the receptionist informed me because it was after 5pm, the service dept was closed but shed have someone call me in the morning. When no call came, I called back at 230pm and was informed by the person who answered I saw the note this morning, but I hadnt got around to calling you back. Then the tech informed me that they saw the smoke BEFORE my service. I asked why they didnt tell me about it while I was at the dealership, I was told Well, it wasnt happening anymore so we didnt say anything. Is that a Hyundai policy to let a customer drive off the lot with a potentially dangerous issue without notifying that customer? I hadnt seen smoke ever until AFTER my oil change, so finding out that the Service dept let me leave with knowing that happened in the shop was surprising and frankly, unacceptable. What if I had kids in the car? Would I have been notified of the possible issue then? I will never take my car to this dealership again because there is a serious lack of urgency regarding customers safety and I know I cant trust that Ill be informed of potential problems with my car.By the way, the issue was that my oil was overfilled during the oil change. My car is operating safely and correctly now, no thanks to Webb Hyundai.

On my 6th the car in 23 years. This dealership has always taken care of my needs. My last one was totaled by the Insurance company. The sales person was able to find us a new car a year newer. The car was delivered in same days we came into look at cars.We also are still driving the 2007 Sonata we bought here.I also have my car serviced there. it doesnt cost any more than if I took it to a quick change place.

I usually dread the new car buying process because of the pushy sales people. This experience was completely different. I was immediately greeted by Glen Hoffman upon my arrival and he was excellent all throughout the process. He was very patient and very informative. This by far was the easiest and most pleasant car purchase I have made. Glen looked to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. Once the vehicle arrived, he was very helpful in making sure I was aware and understood all of the options available to me on the vehicle. He even called me a few days after I had picked up the vehicle to make sure everything was good and that I was satisfied with the purchase. Top notch salesman. I would recommend Glen over and over!

Purchased a 2019 Elantra from them about a month ago. Now the car is running badly and I contacted Webb for service. I explained that we had just purchased the car. We were going to have to wait almost a week for them to take a look at the car for service. I text the original salesman, Todd Salinas, for help earlier this week, and I still havent heard back from him. We decided to contact a different dealer, we contacted World Hyundai, and they got us in the SAME DAY. Turns out there was a loose coil which needed to be tightened. World Hyundai fixed the car and it was covered under warranty, NO CHARGE. We are taking all future Hyundai business, both service and purchased to World Hyundai. World Hyundai made time to see us and resolve our issue, Webb Hyundai did not.
